Strong points

• Can be used to attack mutilpe targets.
• Can be used upto Mid Range.
• Its a Controllable Projectile

Weak points

• Involes raising a hand infront of you, which can be costly in a CQ fight
• Glowing Yellow hand will give the users position away

Combinations-strategies
Best used from a distance, as the horn shaped lightning can be guided towards its multipe targets. This could also be used to safely electricute an opponent who is standing on a water source.

Ways to counter this technique
This jutsu could be blocked by any defensive C-Rank or higher Wind jutsu. But another defence can be to stay at long range.

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

I want you to focus your lightning chakra on your hands, you will then slam them against the ground to release a surge of lighting across it.

Rasnall:Here we GO!!!!

*I begin by building my Raiton chakra and channelling this into the palms of my hands. Turns to Mathias in a dramatic manner.*

Rasnall:Watch this....

*I quickly slam my hand onto the ground but do not release the chakra in time to channel it into the ground through my hands, instead i accidently channel it through my legs which means the Lightning just numbs the muscles in my legs which makes me flop to the ground.*

Rasnall:O_O......Ha im fine dont worry about me.....

*I stand up and ready my Raiton chakra once again. I channel the chakra into my palms and slam them down onto the ground once again. This time I release the chakra at the right time and send the Lightning into the ground around me, resulting in a circle of Lightning around me.*

• Can be used to paralyze multiple opponents.

• Limited to short range.
• Not really an attack to cause great damage.

Combinations-strategies
I would use this during CQC to paralyse a close range opponent and then follow up with powerful physical strike. Also would be good used when trapped by a weak Earth jutsu.

Ways to counter this technique
Stay at mid or long range lol. Or maybe....restrain an opponent so their hands can not strike the ground.

Description: The user hits the opponent with an electric field shield that covers the users body.

I want you to focus your lighting chakra throughout your body. You will release it outwards in the manner of a force field that is similar to a shield that will hit your desired target.

*I begin by concentrating my Raiton chakra and channelling this through my entire body, imitating an electrical circute. Once ready, I release the Raiton chakra outwards, releasing it evenly across my body to create a sphere of electricity, with me at the centre.*

Rasnall:That was so awesome I poo`d a little ^^

Strong points

~ Allows the user to attack a 360 area.
~ Requires no handseals so can be used as a quick counter.
~ Used to paralyse a close range fighter.

Weak points

~ Limited to short range.
~ Used more as a counter then to inflict great damage.

Combinations-strategies
I would use this jutsu together with Earth Release: Earth Flow Spears from behind the opponent to force the opponent forward into short range. Once the opponent is paralysed, I would strike chakra points with the gentle fist.

Ways to counter this technique
Due to the quick release of this jutsu im not really sure of the best defense. Depending on the situation I would say Wind Release - Gale Palm to push themselves out of range.
