I think so. And all Rasengan are more powerful than Chidori and they also can throw too but Chidori can't.

The Chidori is far more versatile than the Rasengan, so in my opinion it's better..

It's useless for those who don't have lightenning as their element or lack Sharingan. So excatly not that versatile.

Minato state'd that the chidori had its disadvantage.If someone does'nt posses the sharingan it would'nt be a good jutsu to have,its good for striking only for those deadly kills but if the hit does not land you have a problem.Rasengan is better in my case.

Rasengan is more powerful. I kinda like how you can flex and shape the chidori more though. However, if Lightening Blade was on this I'd vote for it. Why? Kakashi rule! XD
