Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Twin Lion Fist absorb chakra? :wut:

According to the Databook it Only absorbs chakra from the chakra network. I don't recall TLF ever absorbing anything outside of the chakra network (even that didn't happen) so unless you have manga scans or something to prove your point Rotation remains superior thus Hanabi remains superior. :bdpf:

I think your mistaken, I think it also fired a chakra blast so therefore contains chakra. Anyway the databook entry for TLF says it drains the network of those it touches. The network carries limited chakra which is restricted by the gates. No mention of draining manifest chakra, chakra shrouds or actual jutsu composed of chakra.

Well if that's true then I concede to that point regarding the previous matter.

However Rotation isn't all powerful. The attack just needs to overpower Rotation.

And Rotations power is dependent on the user. Considering Hinata is vastly superior, Hanabi takes the L either way.

No, what I've seen is that the webs slowed the rotation down enough for Kidomaru to attack, ergo they weren't repelled.

The reason is because of what I stated above. Rotation deflects pure chakra and physical attacks, the web was in middle, it was a living being.

If we go by overall power or those who perform the Rotation jutsu and how powerful it'd be, then the list goes as follows :

1. The Byakugan Princess, Hinata(young, vibrant, and has Rikudo Chakra to boot, which puts her on an entirely different league)

2. Hiashi(he's old)

3. Neji(he's dead)

4. Dead heads of the Hyuga clan(because it's a Hyuga heir jutsu)

5. And Hanabi (no real world experience).
