Then lets start off with some basic knowledge of techniques. *kicks the floor and a table and two chairs made out of rock rise up* Sit down and *makes series of hand seals and a tea pot and some cups and some cookies appear* take a zip. While you're doing that, please tell me in your own words what are these following concepts:
-Chakra
-Ninjutsu
-Taijutsu
-Genjutsu
-Kenjutsu
-Fuinjutsu

Chakra:- is as a result of molding physical and mental energy gained as a result of experienced training. It can be channeled through chakra circulatory system to the tenketsu.
Ninjutsu:- refers to any technique in the naruto world that requires chakra by the user to perform actions that a normal person can't do.
Tai-jutsu (body technique):- means hand-to-hand combat that doesn't require chakra manipulation, although chakra can be used to enhance techniques.
Genjutsu(illusionary technique):- this requires chakra and hand-seals to disrupt the opponents senses. It causes the opponent to experience illusion
Kenjutsu(sword technique):- this is the art of sword, it can be combined with taijutsu or ninjutsu to create a more dangerous technique.
Funinjutsu:- they are ninjutsu sealing techniques of the ninja. They allow the ninja to contain elements and suppress other jutsu.

As i said before...wikia serves only to give you the knowlegde. Not to copy paste it... :| Let me complete those notions for you:
Chakra- The result of COMBINING both the spiritual and the physical energies of ones self. Chakra flows inside the chakra circulatory system and is also tied to the life force of every being that possess it.
Ninjutsu- The ability that a ninja has of using his chakra to produce actions that were otherwise impossible or to difficult to do. It results of the application of two key concepts: Nature and Shape manipulation. Nature manipulation refers to the ability that chakra has to take the desired form to the achieve the given end result. Shape manipulation is the ability to shape chakra and mold it into the form that enables you to achieve the end result. All uses of chakra that result in a physical effect are classified as Ninjutsu.
Taijutsu- Hand to hand combat. This ninja skill depends on the Physical Energy more than in chakra, but chakra is still used as chakra itself is used to maintain one alive. You can just say that chakra itself isn't molded when punching someone but its still used in a way. Also, physical attributes can only take you so far. As seen with the Eight Gates, chakra is the only way to surpass the body's limits and enhance taijutsu even further. Also, Taijutsu can be combined with Ninjutsu to produce Nintaijutsu, like the one A, the current Raikage uses. Its one of the basic ninja abilities.
Genjutsu- Any technique that produces an illusion instead of a real effect are considered Genjutsu. They generally use chakra to alter the chakra flow in the opponents brain, making him experience an illusion, but in reality any illusionary technique can be considered Genjutsu.
Kenjutsu- the art of hand to hand combat using one or more swords. Can be, like taijutsu, combined with Ninjutsu to produce Ninkenjutsu or with chakra to enhance it's effects.
Fuinjutsu- The ability to use chakra to surpress chakra or matter. Basically the highest skill a ninja can possess. One uses chakra to infuse a comand (an order of sorts) that results in surpressing or sealing/storing something. It can be chakra, matter or both. Weapon scrolls are an example of that. You use chakra to store a weapon on a scroll. Every sealed "thing" has to be sealed in something like a scroll, a person, an anymal, a rock, etc. That "thing" can in some seals be called back out.
With me so far? This isn't generally part of elemental training but i think no one should start training without first completly understanding these concepts. Any questions?

Np! You're doing good! Now, we are going to undertake the journey into learning Lightning Release or Raiton. I need you to tell me what is lightning? what is lightning release? weaknesses and strenghts? possible uses? characters shown using lightning release techniques other than kakashi, sasuke, A and Bee?

lightning is a natural phenomenon of electrical energy caused as a result of the spark of positive and negatively charged particle.
Lightning release is the ability to release and control lightning by manipulating chakra.
Lightning is weak against wind and strong against lightning.
Uses: I think it is more of an offensive element used mostly to pierce like chidori, it can be used like wind to increase the sharpness of a sword or any weapon, it can also be used for fast movement like A. Users are

Good!!! Also you should interpret the essence behind the elements. Lightning represents harshness and power without control. Lightning itself is an almost uncontrollable force and you can see it in techniques like chidori, were the lightning isn't shaped and controlled. Also, in fire for example, you easily shape it into a controlled shape/form. With lightning its more difficult. Lightning is one of the most powerful attack elements but can also boost ones defense in techniques like raiton armor. Now *suddenly the sky darkens and a lightning storm rages around us* sit on the floor and meditate. Conccentrate on your chakra and on the storm. Try to make your chakra gain the properties of the lightning around you. I'll be here drinking a bit... *sits underneath the tree drinking sake*

i'll try harder sempai*i try harder and put more effort and concentrate on my chakra, as i do that i mold my chakra and shape it to become as sharp and wild as possible, as i do that, i start to feel small bolt of lightning around my body*

well i think it can be shot a small distance, although since it is small it won't do major damage i also think it can be used during hand combat. I don't think i understand what you mean by pros and cons
Well I train by stimulating your ability to analyze each technique in its "plus" points (good things) and its "negative" points (bad things), meaning it's pros and cons. Basically you describe how you do this technique ("I focus my raiton chakra and mold it and bla bla bla"), you analyze it for its good things and bad and then you figure out possible uses of it. Then i evaluate, complete the information or correct it, then if there is no questions we move on to the next one.

I still think it can be shot a small distance, although since it is small it won't do major damage, however it is not reliable for long-mid range opponents.
