Performing technique :*I mold up my Raiton chakra and focus it in my body. I let it flow to my hands and slam my hands on the ground exactly the same time I'm releasing the lightning chakra from my body. The Lightning chakra spreads over the ground and shocke anyone in range where they're standing t.
Pros :
I can use this lightning release jutsu to attack people that are standing within the range of the jutsu and destroy weak earth jutsus.
Cons :
CONS This jutsu is not so strong so it's not very hard to block or dodge it and unreliable against long/mid range ninjas.
uses :it can be used to stun the opponent, making him slow in dodging the next attack and also to shock the opponent.

*I gather up my raiton chakra. I focus it around inside my body.I then release it from every single point of my body to creat a shield of lightning around my body. Any opponent that's near me will get hit by this jutsu.

CONS:It is a short range attack so can't be used against long-mid range opponent, it can be blocked or destroyed easily and also weak against water/wind techniques
