How you would use it in battle: I would use it to disperse shadow clones. The jutsu could hit all of them and easily put the user closer to the clone limit.
How you would counter it: Since the jutsu can avoid obstacles, I would use a very large aoe jutsu to consume it. Out of my current jutsu arsenal, my best bet would be to perform the same jutsu and cancel it out.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by performing 3 handseals, Tiger → Snake → Dog , and gather raiton chakra in my right hand. I decide my target is a tree 20m away with a tree 10m away thats between. I release a current of raiton chakra from my hands. The current goes around the closest tree and hits the second tree.

Also how exactly does this jutsu avoid obstacles? Can I control it like Darui controls his lasers?

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

A simple wave of lighting, can be used in two ways; either by using it as a surge to shock your intended target, and also get you out of low ranked genjutsu. Or a stream of lighting that can cut though no enhanced rock. This technique can also be used with a water technique to give you a added bonus damage.

• 1. If the user is not careful it can affect any water around them.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it to enhance my suiton jutsu. For example a Water Jutsu could then be used to both defende against taijutsu and shock the enemy.
How you would counter it: I could use a jutsu to move myself outside of the short range, intercept the jutsu with a raiton of equal rank, or intercept the jutsu with a fuuton of at least d rank.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):Note: I don't know suiton but this is an example of how I would combine them.
I start molding suiton chakra in my left hand and create an orb of water. At the same time, I gather raiton in my right hand and apply it to the orb of water. With the orb of water now carrying an electrical charge, I create multiple spearing streams from it, which still carry the raiton, at the target.

Questions: Does this jutsu give any suiton the ability to break through B rank Doton jutsu since it is enhanced by a C ranked Raiton? You specifically say low ranked genjutsu. Shouldn't it be able to break genjutsu A ranked and below? Its a raiton or low level voltage.

A Rank Genjutsu: High ranked Taijutsu, Stabbing Yourself in minor muscle, Cutting yourself, Breaking Smaller bones, Low level Burning/Voltage, Painful Cold

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

Pretty much just send lighting chakra all around your body to form an armour of sorts, it can protect you against B-rank and below earth techniques, of suitable size. Kunais, and whatnot. But only one of these, also shocks your target if they are close enough to you, but that also counts as an attack.

• 3. Is a bodily chakra surge jutsu which can break genjutsu

• 1. It lasts for 1 attack
• 2. If a B ranked doton is big enough, then it can possibly prevail.
• 3. No numbing or paralysis effect

How you would use it in battle: Defensively I would use it to protect myself from B ranked or below raiton. Offensively I would combine it with Taijutsu in order to add an electrifying effect to it.
How you would counter it: In a cqc situation I would pierce the armor with a stronger raiton like chidori or rakiri.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by concentrating and molding by chakra equally all throughout my body. During this process I change the raw elemental chakra into Raiton and discharge it everywhere from my body.

Question: Can I move while doing this jutsu and can this be used to enhance freeform taijutsu

(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

This technique only works depending on the location, so perform the hand seals. And see that cliff over there, go stand on it. From that you will release a small shock of lighting that will dislodge a few rocks, and whatnot causing a landslide.

• 2. A fuuton can be used to blow the rocks down with more force.
• 3. The rocks draw the targets attention.

• 3. Doesnt actually deliver Raiton damge

How you would use it in battle: I forgot the name of the jutsu, but there is a doton jutsu that can raise and lower land. I would lower the land my opponent is own and perform swamp of the underworld to keep them down there. Then I would perform stone avalanche to lose the land underneath but above the man made ditch I created to cause rubble to fall atop of my target and kill them.
How you would counter it: Well for one, never let my opponent get such a good height advantage on me in the first place. Otherwise, I would shoot a strong raiton jutsu upward towards the rubble to destroy the rubble and go towards my target.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I go over the cliff as sensei directed and perform the hand seals, Snake → Upside down Tiger, and clap my hands. I then send raiton chakra into the cliff to dislodge the earth and cause rubble to fall down.

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword. It will begin glowing in a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards, allowing it to attack multiple targets.

So get one of your hands and raise it infront of you, similar to like that of a sword. Then send your lighting chakra into said hand until it starts to glow a pale like yellow. From that you will release lighting in the shape of a horn that will spread outwards and being able to attack more then one person.

• 2. The Jutsu seems to take a bit more time than average to start up and use
• 3. Doesnt numb or paralyze

How you would use it in battle: I would use it to defend and attack the the same time. Id could have some horns destroy or intersect say some doton projectiles while the other horns go after the target.
How you would counter it: A large aoe fuuton. It would have to be large for the raiton horns couldnt avoid it.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Doing as instructed, I raise my right hand forward and start to concentrate raiton chakra in my hand. Shortly after it glows pale yellow. Then I release bolt of raiton in the shape of horns outward torward a nearby tree.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm. The user will then slam their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

So with this one gather up your lighting chakra in your dominant hand and around that arm to create lighting bolts, that you will then proceed to slam that palm flat on the ground releasing the bolts of lighting towards my clone who is at short range from you.

• 3. Discharges multiple bolts

One/three disadvantages:

• 1. Only up to 5m
• 2. Substitutes handseals for getting down and slamming hand on the ground

How you would use it in battle:I would use it to stop an incoming taijutsu and simultaneously attack them.
How you would counter it: Use a basic doton or fuuton jutsu to move myself out of the 5m range.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start my concentrating raiton chakra in my right forearm. Then I slam my right palm into the ground and discharge my raiton chakra throughout the ground in the form of lightning bolts. I then direct the bolts to come out around your clone and attack it.

(Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

So you will need a sword from that point on you will send lighting chakra into it to increase its cutting. Then by using your chakra you send it towards the blade. That will cause it to levitate infront of you. Then as you keep doing that, you will send more lighting chakra into the blade to create two more blades out of completely made out of lighting chakra. But will still feel like a real sword (weirdly enough). You will then get them to spin around, and then send them towards your intended target, you can control anyway they go by moving your hands. BUT the only downside is that you cannot use any other techniques that require moulding of your chakra.

Quite a confusing technique.

[B]How you would counter it:[/B] I would use a large fuuton. The fuuton will cancel out the electrical charge of the sword and destroy the clones. Plus the jutsu will keep going.
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):[/B] I unsheathe my sword and start to channel a great amount of raiton chakra into it. So much that my sword keeps the charge when out of my grasp. I then release my grip of the sword. Due to the raiton chakra in it, my sword defies gravity and levitates. I then channel more raiton chakra into and create 2 clones of that sword out of raiton chakra. With quick small movements of my hands, I direct my sword and its clones to start spinning and cut up a tree 3 meters away from me.

If the sword of the user possesses any special abilities or characteristics, are those also copied as well?
