Cool. The raiton jewels. First and foremost I have some questions. I havent learned the original shadow clone jutsu. Do the raiton shadow clone deliver back experience and knowledge among its dispersal? I presume kenjutsu can also be used by it? I know my target would be shocked, but that is somewhat general. The raiton clone in the manga seemingly briefly paralyzed the target. I assume the same goes the RP? Can the Raiton Clone walk atop of the Swamp? What is the current ruling on creating a shadow clone to move you out the way of an attack like Naruto did in the beginning of Shippuden. I heard it was ruled freeform and vice versa. None of these rumors were confirmed by mods or senseis though.

Using my knowledge of raiton and basic ninjutsu, I gather raiton chakra 1m to the left of me. With shape manipulation, I mold the raw chakra into a humanoid shape and with my basic ninjutsu skills, I transform its out appearance to be exactly identical to mine. All of this happens in quick succession of course. Upon creation the clone walks and acts just as I would.

Now for Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword. If I use this with my sword can I cut other ninja's swords assuming they are invincible? If so, how fast? Like can I do it in one clean swipe. Regardless of that, I assume I can cleanly cut through small ninja tools like Kunai and Shuriken correct?

I unsheathe my sword and start to channel raiton chakra into it. To the naked eye it is now charged with electricity. At the molecular level though, the molecules that make up my sword start to vibrate at an increased rate. This allows my sword to more easily break the molecular bonds of other materials thus increasing its cutting efficiency greatly.

Yes, all shadow clones and whatnot do that experience and knowledge. Yes, kenjutsu and taijutsu can be used, up to B-rank of course. I don't see why the clone can't not walk atop the swamp, and, yes I would consider that free-form movement. But I would be careful how you use it, in that terms.

You can cut through kunai and shuriken, yes. As for swords it would depend on the sword, custom weapons no, or any other chakra enhanced swords, but for a sword with no special abilities, I'd say yes.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Merely a basic type of lightning technique that is released via your hands and sent to the sky and then rains down as a bolt of lightning pretty much, pretty boring.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

By channelling lightning chakra into two large shuriken and by throwing them, if they hit your target, they will pin him down and cause a numbing effect, causing them to not move and things like that, as well will cause good amount of lightning based damage.

Simple and straight forward, you release a lightning strike that has a purple like colour to it, it knocks away and shocks your target, though the range is rather...short.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

A streaming based lightning technique that creates a barrier of lightning around you up to short range, while using this you are unable to use any techniques, before taijutsu, or other lightning techniques, so it restricts you in that sense.

SImilar to rain based techniques, but instead of water it produces lightning rain.

Very simple jutsu. The user releases lightning from their hands that has short range. Along with shocking the target it seems to have concussive properties as well

( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

A good 360 degree raiton defense and can defend again very large techniques as well as damage the target if they come in contact with it or discharged in a wave. It doesnt require hand seals so it good if you need to defend yourself quickly or attack at an angle youre not facing.

( Raiton: Kaminari no Shōgeki Ame ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain
Cool automated jutsu. Based on the wording even if I was blinded by a hidden mist jutsu, the jutsu would still go after enemies within range. Its a good jutsu to hit targets that arnt perceptible.

( Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

Basically a weaker but ranged chidori or an outright inferior version of Kakashi's version of S Ranked Raikiri where he throws a kunai charged with it. Still has its uses. Ninjutsu can be used to multiply it into hundreds which increases lethality and make it harder to escape.

( Raiton: Denkō Noroshi ) - Lightning Style: Lightning Signal

Cool jutsu for RPing in the NW. If one were to need backup or to communicate over long distances this would be the go to jutsu. It can also be used as a diversion or distraction as the opponent would not know that jutsu has very little to no lethality and thus would waste a move avoiding it.

This a good jutsu to deal with close range doton as they often can appear anywhere from the Earth within short range of you. This jutsu also creates space between the user and their target if they with to avoid it. It can however be avoided if the target transverses through the air.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

Somewhat more powerful version of the rigged shuriken. This jutsu has more lethality but doesnt come with an paralyzing effect.

( Raiton: Raisogekishin ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Rat Violent Quake
Good ranged jutsu although it gets weaker the more disk you create. Most raiton also dont require handseals so thats a con. I'd use lightning flash over this jutsu because I can multiple it with the Shadow Clone jutsu.

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds
The OG Raiton of the series. My Sasuke bio can perform it without seals which is great. It requires great speed and such and can be used to defend. And since my Sasuke bio can use the jutsu without handseals, he can integrate this jutsu into Taijutsu combos.
