How/when might you use this in battle?: When the opponent is wearing doton armor, when the opponent is blinded or cannot see me. More when the opponent is distracted.
Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?: If the oppoenet is long ranged.....also not the best to use against a Taijutsu user.
Why would you choose this in battle?: Its does a lot of damage,most likely will kill the opponent if you mention where you were aiming for (unless the opponent GOD MODS their way out of it) and also it can leave another chance for you to attack the oppoenent.
How would you counter this?:With a A rank-wind technique. Oh also use a technique that causes the opponent to lose balance or slip.
Any combinations you can think of? (If you use a jutsu combination, just post the full name): Well i would first use Hidding in Mist Jutsu to cover the area around me and the opponent. I will then use Rain Tiger at Will Technique so that I can detect the opponent, giving me that adavantage sense I know where he is and he can't see me. Then I will use One Thousand Birds True Spear.
Does this effect your or your opponents field of visioin? If so, how: No
If you were blinded, how could you distinguish this jutsu from others?: Well....I would hear them running towards me and also the chirpping of the chidori, which could mean the oppoenet my use a different variant of the jutsu.
Any questions about the Jutsu?: If you soaked in water and you try using this thechinque, wouldn't that harm you?

Create a large Raikiri with both your hand claped together, pulling it apart to form two raikiri's on both your hands. Race at my clone an uppercut him into the air, jumping above him with a chakra charged jump to appear behind him where you'll release all the lightning from the raikir's to form a massive cyclone of lightning to crash down on my clone.

1. Must be timed and used at the right moment due to it only being short range
2. Since you have to run, any jutsu that alters the terrain, like making the ground muddy, sticky, or just making the ground sink will disable usage of this technique
3. Since most futon techniques can be used from a distance, the opponent can keep you from reaching them

How you would use it in battle: Mostly in close range situation, especially for a taijutsu expert. I could also propel myself with a futon technique and then perform this jutsu to increase my range
How you would counter it: Keeping distance since its only short range. A rank futon jutsu and also you can alter the the terrain with a doton jutsu, or trap the opponent with Syrup technique

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start by channeling a large amount if raiton chakra into both of my hands clamped together. I then begin charging the chakra, causing large amount of energy to emit and coat my hands. I then grasp the energy with both of my hands and split it apart, having my energy both in my hands, I quickly dash towards your clone and uppercut him into the air with my left hand's lightning blade. I then swiftly appear behind in the air and strike him with my immensely charged lightning blade in my right hand, with all the energy built in my right hand, it creates a giant tornado of lightning as I send your clone into it.

1. It can avoid obstacles
2. It can hit multiple opponents (clones)

Strategies and combinations: Since it can avoid obstacles and chase my opponent, I would use this to distract my opponent while I use another stronger technique. If my opponent creates clones, I can use this attack to disperse them.
How you would counter it: With Hiding-like-a-mole technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I perform the Tiger → Snake → Dog hand seals and then channel my raiton chakra into hands and charge it, causing electricity to emit. I then slam my hands onto the ground discharging an electric current towards you, I control the current to avoid a few boulders that was between you.

Strategies and combinations: I could use the water technique that makes it rain and then use this technique on my opponent, since water conducts electricity.
How you would counter it: With a Wind technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I channel my raiton chakra throughout my whole body and charge it. Coating my whole body with lightning, I release a bolt of lightning towards a tree, leaving a blast mark on the middle of the trunk. Piiiiikachuuuuuuu!!!!!!

Three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Each disk does 60 damage (right?)
2. Can be fired at different directions

Strategies and combinations: I can run around my opponent while firing disks, which will cause him to defend against a few of the disks, but still end up taking damage from the others that I fired. You can combine this with a strong gust technique to increase the speed of the disk.
How you would counter it: With a Wind technique >.>
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I begin by performing the Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger hand seals. I then channel my raiton chakra into my hands, and then charge it, causing lightning to discharge from my hands. With shape manipulation, I shape the discharged energy into discs and then throw 4 of them at a tree.

Q:Can it cut through my opponent?O_O
