Bring both of your hands together and concentrate your raton chakra on them. Keep doing it until you an electrical energy around them. Once that's done, I want you to slam your hands on the ground in front of my 3 clones that are evenly spaced out.

I bring my hands together infront of my chest, i afterwards concentrate my Raiton chakra into them, i keep concentrating my chakra into my hands, until i see that the ground around me is starting to crackle a tad, as i see that happen, i slam my hands into the ground, sending all the accomulated Raiton chakra into the ground, the Raiton chakra travells at high speeds to the clones that are spaced out from eachother, the chakra hits them all at the same time from below, the three clones get shocked, and afterwards disperse.
- - If the opponent is standing on water, this techniques is unavoidable, and it will render many Earth Release Techniques useless, if a large-scale Earth Release Technique is used, this would be a near perfect counter, and can also be used as a starting Technique -
- - I'm really, really bad in noticing a disadvantage, can't we delete this and put Defense here .-.? -

I wouldn't recommend slamming your electrical infused hand on water lol. If you're standing on water then don't use this at all. And no we can't. If you don't learn the disadvantages now then how will you fully understand the jutsus?
It's why I stressed earlier with asking questions now, i'm here for an obvious reason. Anyhow one disadvantage that we can already establish clearly sense we're on that topic via the advantage that you gave would be that this jutsu can pretty much be performed only if you're on ground. True your fights take mostly take place on the ground, but for the few times that you don't or you're on the air this jutsu won't be really available to you. Now another disadvantage to this jutsu is the fact that one can pretty much avoided simply by going into the air or stopping the lightning from traveling with a rather C or higher wind jutus. So yea, basic stuff that's simple, but it needed to be stated.

It's good that you're thinking like this, but think to yourself, there is one out of however many jutsu there are for whoever who's trying to use this jutsu to get blinded by a dust cloud.

Ah, well it's short range. Here's a lesson for you. Part of figuring out a counter /or a disadvantage to a jutsu is knowing the range of it. For example, this jutsu we're currently looking at only has short range capabilities meaning that in order to counter it one must have the quickest counters available because that gap between you is close, so you don't have much to react upon. So in essence, this jutsu biggest disadvantage is it's small ratio effect (being short range), very limited really.

No, it can reach all the way to long ranges, but it's way more difficulty performing Kirin than hiraishin.
