Alright, what can you tell me about Raiton element and its properties? What are its strengths and weaknesses, and how would you use this element in battle?

Raiton, is essentially electricity which can paralyze nerves, burn, or even cut if harnessed well.

Raiton is strong against Doton and weak towards fuuton.

I would primarily use it as an attack based element due to its lack of tangibility and defensive capabilities, it works better as support ( stunning an enemy ) or attack electrocution.

I wont accept poor descriptions as a reply. What I want you to do is harness the electricity, not let it pass through you. Do more then just grap the cables.

ok * serious face * i let raiton chakra channel through my body, flowing like a stream, i reach out and grab the cables, as the electricity flows into my body i grit my teeth and concentrate gradually allowing the electricity to flow through my body without harm. I then channel it out of my body into the ground

Hey man, I will be the one conducting your training from now on. I would like you to include at least one advantage and disadvantage to every jutsu that you are learning. I would also like you guys to be fairly descriptive when you are explaining what you are doing.

i channel my raiton chakra through my body into my hands, i use shape manipulation and release the raiton chakra from my hands as small static bolts.

Advantage: if used on their body, this jutsu could cause short-term paralysis and nerve damage

Disadvantage: this jutsu isnt large enough to defend against attacks effectively

Another advantage is that it could stop kunai and basic D - C earth jutsu, of course using reasoning behind that.
