- Do they require hand seals? If so, how many? (esp. Raikou Oonami)

Also, from now on, is it okay if you mention if hand seals are needed and if so, how many hand seals are needed. ty.

sorry but there isnt a source where we could see the hand seals to all of the jutsus. there are some that are in narutopedia and I will most certainly tell you the hand seals. however there are some jutsus that we dont know if there are and how many. like these 2 jutsus. I cant remember seeing this jutsus anywhere in the anime/manga and from what I can tell they dont require hand seals. for the rest of the jutsus that does require I will tell you dont worry

One Of my faveorite jutsus....my first victory was with that jutsu so don't screw it up....xd

now perform the Ram hand seal and try to summon 4 giant pilars around my clone *creates shadow clone* and then send your Raiton chakra to the pillars and shot 4 bolts of lighting at my clone...

The jutsu is realy good it doesn't only blind...it also hurts the user by attacking him from 4 different places...altough the blasts isn't powerful enough to kill the opponent...maybe to shock him and of course blind him xd

Which allows me to summon 4 pillars surrounding your clone, when this happens I convert the raiton chakra into lightning bolts. Which I use to shoot out from the pillars (one bolt from each pillar), striking your clone simultaneously with the 4 bolts of lightning.

Then I follow up with Raikou Oonami (well, attempt to..)

*Since I already have concentrated raiton chakra into my hands..immediately after I perform the Ram hand seal, I slam my hands onto the ground converting my raiton chakra into a surge of lightning and consequently hitting your clone with a surge of lightning almost immediately after being struck by the previous tech.

*Seeing as there wasn't enough of lightning produced the first time..This time, I concentrate even more raiton chakra into my hands then I do the Ram hand seal; allowing me to summon 4 pillars surrounding your clone. From which I shoot out 4 lightning bolts (one from each pillar).

Oh, just a few quick questions..
- Is there a limit to how many lightning bolts I can shoot out? And,
- Where do you go to view the official NB jutsu list?

I can find one place that has the jutsu list but it has missing jutsus..because Ive been reading some battles and ppl are using ninjutsu, for example, that aren't on the jutsu list (And Im 100% sure they weren't using a custom jutsu, the rules of the battle didn't allow it)

Then start concentrating your Raiton chakra into both your hands. Once you feel the pressure it's enough, make a powerful steam of lighting and send it at that rock over there *points at rock*

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

This is a very good jutsu to deffend from weak Doton attacks (meaning up to C and some B )

Now this is more tricky as you have to release Raiton chakra trough all your body. So first concentrate and relax. Then mold your Raiton chakra and move it trough all your body. Then release it all around your body and by increasing the vibrations of your chakra make the chakra that surrounds you in pure electricity. You need to constantly add your Raiton chakra to maintain the armor, otherwise it will just fall apart. Now perform the jutsu and when I see you are ready I will use some earth jutsu to attack you.

Then I convert the chakra into lightning, immediately making my body light up with electricity. Then I continue to fuel the armour by "pumping" more raiton chakra into the cloak around me. I "pump" as much raiton chakra as I can to increase the density of the armour to its fullest.
