This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a Nintaijutsu. However due to being enveloped by lightning chakra, wind techniques cause more damage.

I think you meant, lightning is weak against wind. But yeah, nicely explained. Moving on I want you to gather your chakra and basically meditate until you figure out how to make it distort, sharp and irregular like lightning.

Great work, now we begin the fun part. There are few things I always want you to remember which most people forget. Using a higher rank jutsu is not important in the battle, its not the trick, using the lowest in such a fashion that it is most effective is indeed the fun part. We will take that feeling of yours which you felt while drawing the lightning from the sky and bring it to life without any external help.

2. Using the bolts that you will learn after the first jutsu, fire a wave of lightning.
All of this is suppose to be done on the wood dummies in-front of you, make sure your aim and chakra control both are in you possession and mind.
*I stand about five feet away from the dummy with my right arm extended. I begin to make the Raiton chakra in my body vibrate and I concentrate all of the vibrations into my right hand. When I feel the spark I exert the raiton chakra and small bolts of lightning shoot out of my hand and they all hit the dummy in the chest*
Okay that went well onto the next one
*I lower my arm and put it back to my side and then concentrate and make my Raiton vibrate in my entire body. Once I hit that point I exert all of the concentrated Raiton chakra in waves hitting the dummy*
*I stand about five feet away from the dummy with my right arm extended. I begin to make the Raiton chakra in my body vibrate and I concentrate all of the vibrations into my right hand. When I feel the spark I exert the raiton chakra and small bolts of lightning shoot out of my hand and they all hit the dummy in the chest*

Now explain how both jutsus can be utilized, their advantages and disadvantages. Note even though these are the lowest ranked jutsu in lightning you MUST not forget them while rping. ^^
(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique
Advantage: It does not require any handseals so you can perform it very quickly
Disadvantage: Any wind jutsu could dispell this lightning jutsu

Advantage:If this jutsu can paralyze the opponent which I don't think it can that would leave them vulnerable at a very close range. But if you can't use this to paralyze the handseal advantage again.

Well thats actually good, but for the second jutsu I think it will have more of a burning effect, now moving on;

All three jutsus above require some sort of electrical field creation pricess, now you have to focus on not just detaching a bolt but regulating it at a distance to create the field. Perform all three jutsus in detail, and tell me the difference between them, advantages and disadvantages of all three.

As soon as my palm hits the ground I release all of the stored up Raiton chakra ans send it towards the wooden dummy's feet but not shocking him because he's an insulator.
Advantage: If you do manage to hit your opponent and shock him he is open for a frontal attack that if done correctly could win you the match.
Disadvantage: If your opponent dodges this it leaves you wide open.

I begin to then slightly release the chakra from my body but as it releases I begin to form a shield around my entire body using the chakra. I then run at the dummy and punch it in the face but again not shocking him.
Advantage:If you do end up hitting the enemy you're close enough to deliver fatal blow
Disadvantage: I'm not sure about this disadvantage but if the opponent hits you with a water jutsu you will be shocked.

As I go to punch the air whilst my arm is travelling forwards my chakra is following it down my arm. Once I punch the air my chakra is exerted from my fist forming a shield and it flies through the air hitting my dummy knocking it back.
Advantage:If you make the electric field big enough it will be hard for your opponent to dodge.

Acceptable description but for dis-adv and adv I would like to add few things;
1. All the jutsus performed were in short range meaning they will only work in close combat - disadvantage
2. All jutsus are of lower rank, hence very quick and fast. - advantage
3. They do not block any sight nor they do limit your actions, some of these can be really helpful in destroying earth jutsus with ease of lower rank, usually they are the sneak ones.
Moving on to more useful jutsus, which require a tad-bit more chakra than the last ones, for the jutsu below you have to concentrate in creating a wave of electricity. Do mention the advantages and disadvantages also with respect to Earth jutsus how will they work (What will this jutsu counter)?
(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
*I stand at the ready four feet away from the wooden dummy and I raise my hands at the ready aiming for the dummy's chest. I focus my Raiton chakra in my hands by creating vibrations using my raiton chakra. I concentrate and think of a wave of lightning forming and blasting from my hands. Once I feel the spark I release my raiton chakra through my hands and create a small surge of lightning aimed at the dummy's chest. It hits but does not shock it because it is an insulator.
Advantage: This can pierce through a D-Rank earth jutsu
Disadvantage: If you are trying to use the full power of this jutsu to break through an earth jutsu it will take a whille longer to perform leaving you open for an attack from behind, above or either side of the user.

*I turn around and walk so that I am a medium distance away from the wooden dummy. I hold my right hand out in front of me and begin begin to concentrate my Raiton chakra in the palm of my hand by vibrating it. I then slowly release the lightning forming a sphere in my hand of pure Raiton chakra. I slowly move my hand around trying to steady it and I raise my hand face it forward and release it flying towards the dummy. It hits the dummy in the head and knocks it back a bit causing it to fall to the ground.
