1st Jutsu:
I have to state that this tech is far better than the earth release version, aside the paper gathering it doesn't give off hints like vibrations to the intended target. Also by description konan can produce "several" spikes meaning more than at least three(3) so it is good for keeping the opponent busy and also turning the battle in your favor (if worded right), and lastly the technique doesn't require hand gestures or anything of such making it more difficult for the opponent to predict were the paper spike will emerge from.
A setback I can think of right is the fact that it is wise to perform a paper tech that produce a source of paper near your target before performing this jutsu, by NB rules that means a jutsu slot most be wasted or utilize for this move to be efficient.
Question can I produce a blunt spike instead of the regular pointed edge spike?

2nd Jutsu:
First I love this tech and can't wait to use it :D, the fact it doesn't use hand seals or the user producing a fresh supply of papers makes it even more effective, by using what is already available it reduce the performance time making the tech fast and while moving through paper sheets, konan doesn't have to show her figure making it almost unpredictable (seemingly like haku ice mirror tech). The attacking aspect of the tech allows for easy conjunction of other jutsu to attack since the term "attacking them multiple times" doesn't really define her actions which in return allow the user to be as creative as they wish
A set back for me is based solely on paper's weakness to wind, when battling a difficult opponent they can simply perform a wind blast that pushes the papers away or damage the papers which in turn nullify this jutsu, the short range is a problem.
Question can you receive damage while traveling through paper sheets?

It is all up to you, your needs and description. When it comes to the second one, it depends on the way in which both you and papers are traveling. This being said if you are taking the same route no. But then again even if you aren't, it will solely depend on your description. :p

Firstly, user infuses chakra into paper and sends multiply crescents of paper at the opponent. They can be directed from different sides, making escaping them somewhat harder. Upon doing so, the user will take them into the air while again infusing chakra into paper and shaping that paper into a spear. As soon as the user creates a spear in their hands, she can throw it at the opponent. This technique is only usable in short-range, when you are close to your opponent.

( Kanari Kami no Jutsu ) - Pretty Paper Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Konan will attack the opponent with multiple crescents of paper before taking to the air and creating a paper spear that is then thrown at the opponent.

For this technique, you will infuse chakra into paper sheets and upon infusing chakra, you will manipulate paper and create an overall shaped projectile with which you will shoot towards your opponent. This projectile is able to push your opponent backwards and can be used up to mid-range. In my opinion, it is best to be used as distraction or to try and push your opponent from one range to another.

( Kami Sōshin no Jutsu ) - Paper Send Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Konan manipulates her paper to create a overal shaped projectile that it shot towards the opponent with some speed and force pushing them backwards.

1st Jutsu:
In my opinion, this just an upgraded version of Paper spear tech, though the range remains the same which I am skeptical bout, the tech is way better since it is a combination of two move in one, due to crescent of papers, the opponent is kept busy and unable to stop konan from forming the paper spear. Also it is a wise way to move mid air without having to create too much time gap for the opponent to attack, the technique enables you to remain on the offensive.
A setback I can deduce is the range and accuracy, (in my opinion this range is wrong), since the spear and paper attacks are only upto 5meters from the konan, that means simply moving further than 5m would be enough to evade the tech and this might cause me to triple-think before using this move since it cost 20 CP to perform. Then due to the opponent moving about in order to avoid the multiple crescents of paper, it would make it harder for konan to hit her desired area like the palm or thigh on the opponent and as a result force the user to go for a rather large area like the torso(chest).

2nd Jutsu:
I agree with you on this, its more of a distraction move meant to either slow down the pace of the battle or create a greater gap btw you and your opponent (and why it is a B rank instead of a C rank I am puzzled >_< also puzzled bout the range). The use of projectile shaped paper such as a windmill shuriken allow the user to better target which improves accuracy and the fact that the projectile is expected to be blunt in nature (according to the description no major damage like deep cut is caused) makes it perfect for battling opponent you don't instead to kill.
Setback; depending on the selected overall shaped paper projectile, the tech can be sluggish or fast, for me I prefer to go for a big sized projectile since it will make much more impact and this big sized projectile would take me time to form with my papers allowing the opponent to better prepare with a counter.
Question pls emphasize on the speed of the jutsu, I don't want to have to abuse it. o-o

Uhmm, well speed is of normal B ranked projectile technique speed. xD < Speed of projectiles moving at 0:24 approximately would be equal to the movement of the overal shaped projectile. I hope that helps. Next set will consist of three last B ranked technique c:<

0:36
This is pretty nice technique. Firstly, you will, by using paper sheets that are infused with chakra, send multiple streams of paper at your opponent. Upon sending few streams of paper, you will jump into the air and thrust your arms back and create a whirling of paper that will spin around you and attack your opponent as well as push them backwards. This technqiue is only usable in short-range, when you are close to your opponent.

( Kame Kaze no Jutsu ) - Paper Wind Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Konan will attack the opponent multiple times with streams of paper before jumping into the air thrusting her arms back and creating a whirling of paper that spins around her and attacks and pushes the target backwards.

At first, you infuse chakra into a large quantity of paper sheets and then molding that chakra, you will shape a single chakram-like shape. Upon forming chakram, you will aim it at your opponent. This chakram is moving with great speed and its movements can be freely manipulated which means that as long as it is in the air, you will be able to manipulate its movements. You could send it straight at your opponent, making it seem as if it is easy to defend, and as soon as it gets closer to your opponent, you could swiftly manipulate it to make a turn and attack from left or right. They way you describe your performance is most important when doing so.

( Kami Chakram ) - Paper Chakram
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user combines a large quantity of paper sheets into a single chakram-like shape, which they then throw at the intended target. While in flight, the disc spins with tremendous speed and its trajectory can be freely manipulated, presenting opportunities to attack the enemy from all angles, even if the disc is initially avoided. When two of these discs collide, they result in a considerable impact.
Note: Can only be used by Konan

Last B-ranked technique. Upon infusing chakra into paper sheets, you will be able to shape them into shuriken which are stronger than normal shuriken because there is chakra in those paper sheets which greatly uses paper’s properties as an advantage. Firstly, this shuriken will levitate around your body in a ring and then, you will release them towards your opponent. This technique can be used up to mid-range. Using it as a distraction would be a good thing and sending them from several sides will make countering of this technique much harder.

( Shikigami no Mai: Kami Shuriken ) - Formula Paper Dance: Paper Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Konan will release multiple sheets of paper manipulating their shape into shuriken and levitating them around her body in a ring before then releasing them towards the opponent.

One thing that I dislike about paper ninjutsu list, is that many of the techniques within the list can only reach short range.

Yeah, the video better explains the jutsu speed <_<

1st Jutsu:
Its an all round attack, quick fast and require no hand seals and doesn't need papers to be also floating around beforehand. It ability to push back the opponent is impressive and thus perfect for those situations where you want slow down the battle or better yet create an opening for an escape or evade. It is best utilized in close quarter combat due to its range. It is also a perfect way of going airborne without having to waste a jutsu for it. Also it covers up for paper weakness to wind.
Setback: it doesn't do any fatal damage to the opponent unless it is combined with another jutsu like paper shuriken tech, its range is limited to short range which might end up a risk factor for the user since most ninjutsu can reach short range normally.

2nd Jutsu:
This should be at least mid range U_U. Well the ability to change is trajectory is a plus to the tech not to mention the added explosion if two chakram collide with each other, it is perfect against a moving target whom speed you may not be able to keep up with. Another plus is that the manipulation of the paper disc while in the air doesn't require hand gestures of any kind which makes it less predictable.
Setback; it require a lot of papers to form which makes it a less faster technique compare to other techniques I have learn so far, its range is limited to 5 meters and the user can't perform other jutsu while this jutsu is active.

3rd Jutsu:
(I love this tech cos it makes konan look badass lol, esp with that stare of hers).
The shape the paper take in this jutsu allows it to deliver fatal damage to the target, the number of paper shuriken made by this jutsu makes it almost impossible to evade or get within close range of konan without the use of a powerhouse counter jutsu, it can be used to force the opponent to a desired location or trap and lastly, according to the anime she can manipulate each paper shuriken individually or in a group which increase the technique accuracy and reduce the chance of a successfully counter attack from the opponent.
Setback: the technique seem to take her whole attention to perform which means against multiple opponent this might prove to be an obstacle if any of the opponents are master at sneaking or disappearing act.

Lovely job as per usual. Anyhow, let's get going onto the next rank when it comes to Paper ninjutsu. I will start with the technique which will allow you to use those I taught you beforehand within C rank. It is quite a powerful one.

This is the most useful Paper Ninjutsu technique. It allows the user to transform their body as well as their clothing into many sheets of paper that can be manipulated at will. This technique enables you to reshape your body into basic things like small airplanes or butterflies which are good for transportation, spying, as well as escaping many techniques or create a weapon with which you can attack your opponent. One of the good things that this technique allows you to do is to completely cover your enemy into sheets of paper, upon which you are able to suffocate your opponent. As a surprise, you can hide explosive tags among paper which will in contact with the opponent, easily explode and make damage. While this technique is turned on, your consciousness will be untouched which means that you will be able to register what is going on although your body is divided into many parts. One more thing that is important to say about this technique is that the user is immune to any physical attack because it will just go through paper which will scatter and reform again.
Advantages of this techniques is that you will be able to turn your body into uncountable number of paper sheets, while keeping your consciousness clear and making your movements much faster because your body will be lighter. While this technique is active, you are able to turn your body into small airplanes and butterflies in free-form, with which you can move your body faster or create a paper spear with which you can attack your opponent. You can easily move your body behind your opponent, creating a surprise attack, or controlling paper to wrap around your opponent, suffocating him/her. One of the good usages of this technique is that you can hide explosive tags which will explode on touch and make more damage, or even kill your opponent. This technique will allow you to easily perform techniques like Paper Coffin. One of the most important things to state is that when it comes to this technique, it allows you to fly. You are able to create paper wings (hence Konan’s nickname Paper Angel) with which you can easily levitate through the air and attack your opponent from all sides, as well as easily escape many techniques.
Disadvantages of this techniques are that you will be vulnerable to water as well as oil like techniques. If you are hit by oil, your movement will massively slow down and paper will start to stick with each other. If paper comes in contact with water, it will become heavier and much harder to control and movements of user will become much slower. While this technique is active, you will only be able to use Paper Ninjutsu techniques, making your arsenal much smaller.

(Shikigami no Mai) - Dance of the Shikigami
Rank: A-rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30 (-10 to sustain)
Damage points: N/A (60 if used to attack)
Description:
Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan can turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, streams of paper sheets to attack from a distance, butterflies or other seemingly "sentient" paper animals for spying or combat, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. It was this technique that gave birth to her nickname "Angel" as she often shaped her body into sprouting 2 large wings from her back, which she used to fly and maneuver while airbourne. As her body turns to paper, she becomes very light, able to gently hover above ground on will. This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of her body converted to paper; and how much paper she can expend depends on her chakra reserve. She can also hide explosive tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her attacks. While using this technique, Konan is virtually immune to physical damage and as long as some sheets of paper remain, she can reform, granting that she has sufficient chakra for it.
Note: While active, the user can only use paper techniques.
Note: Can only be used by Konan

Yeah i agree with this technique being the most useful such that i have a ton of ways to use it when needed.
In my opinion, this technique almost made Konan invincible too bad her opponent was obito another almost invincible character x_x I like to think that in this form she closely resemble sasori since she can't be hurt by physical strikes (tho unlike sasori she doesn't have a weak point), also the wings idea was cool but she could have gone further by forming paper tails or a river of paper like she showed in the anime when she split the ocean to trap obito.
The tech tend to double the user base speed while removing every restriction and friction involve with twisting and turning of every of their body parts, the range is a big boost, the no hand seal part makes it almost impossible for the opponent to prevent the user from executing this technique and if worded properly this tech can be used to cover up an illusion effect performed immediately. another perk is that the user doesn't require a paper source the user chakra amount is all that is required to maintain this tech. Addition; the user doesn't lose awareness of their surrounding in the course of this tech being active.
I can only point out one setback right now and that is the user is restricted to paper jutsu only ( tho i don't see this as a disadvantage, the cannon paper tech list should be sufficient enough to take on an average opponent)

The technique whereas she split ocean against Obito is one of F rank, truth be told, I am going to say that that is perhaps one of the most powerful canon jutsus on the list. Almost can't be countered. I like your answer, let's get going onto next two techniques :)

(Shikigami no Mai: Bachi) - Dance of the Shikigami: Punishment
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60 (+20 if used with paper tags)
Description: The user will stream a large amount of paper from her body and create a large whirlwind of paper around her target. As the whirlwind forms, the paper sheets cut and shred anything inside it. The user can make the whirlwind with explosive paper tags, adding +20 damage to the technique by making it explode on will.
Note: Can only be used by Konan.

This technique is especially great if you have a source of paper on the ground. I am not sure why I never used this technique. z.z Upon infusing chakra into paper sheets, you will release large amount of paper from your body and create a large whirlwind of paper around your target. As soon as the whirlwind forms, paper sheets from which it is formed will cut and shred anything that is inside of it. When it comes to this technique, you are able to use explosive paper tags instead of normal paper, which will explode on will and add bonus of +20 damage to this technique. This technique can be used up to mid-range, although you being closer to your opponent will make your opponent have less time to react to forming of the whirlwind and make his arsenal of technique with which he can defend himself/herself much smaller.

(Shikigami no Mai: Arashi) - Dance of the Shikigami: Storm
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user throws paper flowers which burst into petals and create a giant tornado, consuming the opponent.

Upon infusing chakra into paper sheets, you will firstly shape paper into paper flowers and then throw them at your opponent. As you throw them at your opponent, the flowers will burst into petals which will create a giant tornado witch which you will consume your opponent. With this technique, you will make vision of your opponent limited. This technique can be used up to mid-range.

1st Jutsu:
The range is satisfactory, the no hand seal part is a plus and its source of paper makes it easy to perform, I would note that when combined with explosives it seem the explosion is controlled so even if Konan is to be 3 - 5m close she wouldn’t get hurt. Setback: I don’t think it’s that great, yes it causes more damage than all the paper tech I have learnt so far but it is stationary and worse it starts off by first surrounding the target which gives anyone of heighten senses (FYI that’s everyone in NB loll) the time to simply get out of the area of target and since it require a lot of paper to execute, it force the user to go for tech that require less paper in their next jutsu that if we are applying logic in the battle.
2nd Jutsu:
This technique is suitable for starting off a battle, the thrown paper flowers would seem harmless until it is too late for the opponent to counter the paper tornado which is untraceable until when it begin to form, the bursting of the petals can be used to blind the opponent and the tech is also suitable for targeting more than one opponent. Setback: it is mid-range; it leaves Konan open and undefended from a counter strike. The forming of the paper flowers seem slow and would give the opponent enough time to adjust to them before they are through.

Important thing to notice when it comes to this technique is that you are only able to use it once Dance of Shikigami has been activated. You will use paper which is already infused with chakra, and release it towards your opponent. Paper will start to spin while creating a massive tornado assaulting any opponents that are close to it. This technique is only usable up to mid-range.

( Hane Tatsumai no Jutsu ) - Paper Tornado Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Konan after activating her Dance of Shikigami Technique releases many sheets of paper that then start spinning around creating a massive tornado of paper that assaults any opponent/s in close range of Konan.

One of the most amazing Paper Ninjustu technique which is similar to Dance of Shikigami. The user is able to release sheets of paper from her body and manipulate it at her will by her imagination. This technique can be used in both defensive and offensive ways. You can use this technique to easily escape taijutsu attacks by changing part of body that is attacked into paper and then reforming it again. Good thing about this technique is that you will be able to use elemental techniques while it is used. Because your body won't be completely made out of paper, you won't be as vulnerable to oil and water-based attacks. You can also mix explosive tags with this technique, making paper to do damage which is made upon contact with your opponent, much bigger.

(Shikigami no Sozo) Shikigami Creation
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
This is basically a simpler application of Dance of Shikigami, where Konan releases from her body sheets of paper that she shapes and manipulates according to her imagination into attacks or defenses, without having to transform her whole body into paper.

1st Jutsu:
In my opinion this tech is best used as a counter attack; the large mass of papers used makes it impossible for the opponent to proceed forward with their intended attack forcing him or her into the defensive, the paper tornado blinds the opponent view allowing the user to move undetected. Also this tech makes the user deadly at close range from every direction which for me is a major plus against a faster opponent. A setback is the range, allowing the opponent get within close range of the user is dangerous and considered unwise and unsafe by most.
2nd Jutsu:
I totally agree with your opinion on this technique, I would choose Shikigami Creation over Dance of Shikigami if not for the invisibility perk that comes with it ^_^, well I like the range allocated to this technique and the elemental part is also a plus. If I was to use this technique I would start it off as a defensive move to surprise the opponent as they act. However the bad part to Shikigami Creation according to my findings is that when a part of the body is scattered into papers, the user must reform that body part back before proceeding which leave the user vulnerable to attack and on the defensive.

(Kami no Shisha no Jutsu) Sacred Paper Emissary Jutsu
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden Rank
Range: Long
Chakra: 70 (-20 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
After using Dance of Shikigami technique, Konan will stream, unknown to her enemy, a multitude of explosive paper tags, from her body to the ground. She can use this in any natural terrain (water, mud, sand, rock, etc) as she infuses her tags to merge with the ground, unknown to her enemy. Even doujutsu or sensory ninjas will not notice the first step of the technique. As this huge mass of paper tags builds up, Konan cannot use techniques above S-Rank and can only use 2 techniques per turn. Having set up the technique, Konan can then at will, open her arms, separating the multitude of paper tags and forming a gigantic fissure beneath the opponent. As she reveals the technique she had setup, the ground beneath the opponent is now mostly made up of explosive paper tags, thus enabling Konan to produce the fissure. As the opponent falls into the gigantic fissure, paper tags from the fissures walls will rage towards him, clinging on to him. Konan can then trigger the explosion of the tags. They don't, however, all explode at once. Instead, they keep streaming towards the opponent and exploding as they come close enough to him. The technique lasts for 3 turns, doing less damage each turn passes, starting with an 120 damage for the first turn, 80 for the second, and 60 for the last turn. As the technique is triggered, Konan is left unable to use techniques above A-Rank until it ends. The technique however, damages Konan due to the strain it puts on her body to mold such a large amount of chakra and she can only use it once per battle. To defend from it, the user must either use a space time technique that enables him to escape the technique's massive size or to use some sort of constant protection technique that he needs to sustain during the length of the technique.
Note: Can only be used once by Konan bios and takes two full turns to set up.

This is the only Forbidden-ranked technique in Paper Ninjutsu list. For this technique to even be usable, Dance of Shikigami must be activated. It is made out of two parts. First part of the technique is streaming uncountable number of paper, explosive tags from body into the ground. This streaming of paper and explosive tags is unnoticeable to her opponent. It takes exactly two turns to set up this technique. While technique is being formed, Konan can only use up to two techniques per move and no Forbidden-ranked techniques. Upon the end of setting up this technique, the user will at will, open up her arms, creating a huge fissure beneath her opponent. Now, that is the second part of technique. Upon revealing of the technique, the ground beneath the opponent is completely made out of regular paper and explosive tags which enable Konan to actually form the fissure. As the opponent falls into the gigantic fissure, paper tags from the fissures walls will rage towards him, clinging on to him. One good thing about this is that Konan is able to activate the explosion and not all explosive tags explode at once, but they explode continuesly through 3 turns. Explosive tags that are activated in the first turn, deal 120 damage. In second turn deal 80 and in third 60 damage. Upon activation of this explosion or second part of this technique, Konan can't use techniques above A rank until it completely finishes.

My thoughts:
Well it is an awesome technique, it is a sure kill when done perfectly. The technique span through five turns that is two turns for preparation and three turns activity, it doesn't require handseals (though hand gestures at the latter part) and the technique is almost unstoppable during preparation stage since even dojutsu and sensory users wouldn't be able to see the formation stage. Regardless of the make and size of the terrain this technique can still be pulled off. The paper tags explode remotely meaning that the chance of konan getting caught in the continuous explosion is very unlikely (that is this technique can not be used against her) and one very important thing I noticed and I consider a plus is that the technique can only be stopped one way that is by "killing or disabling the paper user" which means there is a high chance of completion against a regular shinobi.
Drawbacks:
Considering the paper tags have to travel to the target in other to cling to the target's body I suspect that capturing a swift or space-time ninjutsu user with this move would be difficult, the two turns taken for setup plus the limit on two jutsu per turn could prove deadly for her and force her to go on the defensive giving the opponent enough room to attack.
Thank you u_o
