Good, good, now let's do something more defensive!
(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.
Focus your chakra and start performing the necessary handseals. Once you're done you will place your hands out in front of you, as if you are going to stop a technique with your bare hands. Whilst you do so, you will release chakra through your hands to gather a large amount of rain from the sky, from the ground, from where-ever and use it to create a wall of solid water in front of you. Due to the density of the water, one is almost unable to move through, and thus you're protected from almost all taijutsu techniques. Keep your hands connected to the water to keep channelling chakra through, otherwise it will turn back into ordinary water..
How you perform it: You focus chakra into the rain drops performing the needed handseals, you then place your hands out almost as if you were going full on DBZ logic to bat an attack away. While doing so you release chakra through the palms o your hands and gather a vast amount of rain from the sky, ground, and where ever else. You condense the water into a solid wall. The density of the water is enough to defend against most taijutsu. Though you have to keep your hands connected to the water to keep it solid.
*I begin by releasing chakra into the rain manipulating it while extending out my hands. As I stand there water begins to collect at my palms building up. It builds and builds and becomes denser and denser until it takes on the shape of a solid wall of water. I keep my hands placed firmly against it as it stabilizes.*
Advantages & Disadvantages: A huge disadvantage is that you have to stay connected with it. This leaves you wide open, as a simple lightning jutsu would conduct through the water violently shocking you.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: A Raiton jutsu as it would conduct through the water shocking the opponent. xD
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: N/A
