Goodie! And no worries, as you have noticed I don't reply fast either..

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

Focus your chakra into one of more drops of rain as they fall. When those drops hit the ground they become small sized spikes of water from puddles on the ground that were formed by the rain.
Sorry about my laziness as of late.

How you perform it: Seems to me that you force chakra into falling raindrops and as they hit the ground more aptly put the small puddles of water on the ground formed by the falling rain they create small spikes of water (much to the same effect of how when a drop of water hits the surface of another body of water you get the small back burst of water upward but on a larger scale and much sharper) those spikes can be used to attack the opponent from varying angles or to simply set them off guard.

What I'm referring to in my above statement:

*I begin by sending my chakra out into the air forcing it into the falling rain drops, as they fall the chakra is already inside of the drops. As they hit the ground they splash into the water creating small spikes that shoot up and hit the clone almost like small projectiles formed from the rain and water. They hit him from all angles shooting up from the front, his sides and also from behind. They have enough force to pierce his skin and cause minor damage before simply losing their substance and returning to regular water being a clone this minor damage is enough to force dispersal.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: This justsu can be used to surprise the opponent and attack him from multiple angles without his knowledge. If you have already used a jutsu like Rain of Tiger at Will teach the opponent (even if he's a doujutsu user) won't be able to know that the rain has been altered to create small spikes

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: It would have to be something rather quick in my opinion possibly the Earth Tech that hardens your skin, but this leaves you open to lightning based attacks and taking into account that there is water on the ground and enough to support the above jutsu it'd leave you wide open. This is just my opinion. Shooting yourself upward out of range of the spikes might work as well.

The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: That this simply amplifies something that already happens in nature using it for offensive purposes. (The way the water naturally shoots up after collision.)

Questions: How big are the spikes, are they like the size of senbons or bigger (or maybe even smaller)?

There is no indication that can be found really. I've looked around, but I always assumed they are as big as the spikes you can make with the earth style technique, but honestly, I have no idea..
Do you have any logical view on it? :p

My personal opinion on the tech was that they are small. Roughly about the size of senbons and as the drops hit the water, the water that creates the small back burst shoots up almost like a senbon hitting the opponent.

; at about 6 - 7 seconds how the drop rebounds causing a bust of water to shoot upward. I was taking it as that small burst of water went through a compression process creating a small spike type projectile that hit the opponent causing minor damage. Then again, I may be over thinking it a bit.

Sounds good to me :p
We'll never know until it is stated somewhere. In the meantime it is best to just explain to the opponent what you think so they understand.

Moving on!

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Focus your chakra and use it to condense a large amount of rainwater into the sky. Then create a spear of water from the condensed water in the clouds. You can call it down anytime you want with the use of one handseal.
*shows you handseal*
Within a certain amount of time the water will be in the form of a spear, after that it will turn into rain again and fall to the ground.

Fair enough.

How you perform it: You release your own chakra into the rain/clouds (moisture in the clouds) just like any other rain jutsu, then though the use of your chakra you condense the drops in the cloud. As you do that, you also compress the drops forming them into the shape of a spear. You can then call down the compressed rain spear at any given time in a three post time frame.

*I begin by releasing chakra into the clouds slowly condensing the moisture into rain drops that I then compress into a fair sized spear. I perform the hand seal you showed me and immediately the spear comes rushing down upon your clone it has enough force to slightly crush him as well as do some blunt force damage, if it was a real person it would be able to break a few bones and cause a laceration or two. However since he's a clone he simply disperses.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: This jutsu is almost unnoticeable giving only one small warning of it's use. This warning is a small pause in the rain fall, and since the spear can be held off for a few moments, this hint can be almost bypassed allowing the user to almost hide the formation of the spear.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: At the moment when the rain fall stops for a brief period I would use a wind jutsu to either blo the clouds away or a decent fire jutsu to change the atmospheric properties.

The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: N/A

Questions: Am I able to use different jutsu while the spear is laying in wait? Also, if I wait to call down the spear until say the next turn, do I have to post the jutsu again, or does it only count towards the first post of the tech? (Say I form the spear on turn one, then wait until the next turn to call it down do I have to post the tech again?)

I'm back! Let's rock!

(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Focus your chakra and send it towards the opponent. Your opponent of choice will seem to be attracting the raindrops because of your chakra. The rain will attack themselves all over the opponent and will then attach to the ground when there are enough raindrops gathered. This will restrict the opponent in their movement.

and roll this place? With the power of the Ninja Turtle bass?

How you perform it: It seems pretty simple to me. You simple release your chakra out towards the opponent of choice while also sending some into the rain drops around the opponent. As the chakra reaches the opponent it attracts the chakra inside of the rain drops, which forces the drops to adhere to the opponent in such a way that causes their movement to be restricted. Basically it slows the opponent down quite a bit, then as the water droplets accumulate they adhere to the ground as well almost trapping the user making movement quite hard and almost trapping him in his spot. This technique seems to function along the same lines as something like (Monsu-n Kobushi) – Monsoon Fist where you are able to deposit a vast amount of water onto the opponent to slow them down almost hindering their movement, as well as something like (Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison where the density of the water and how it's adhered to the opponent is basically what keeps him from moving.

*I begin by releasing chakra out towards your clone, as it travels I force it into the rain drops between myself and her. I also force more chakra into the drops all around the clone and the area around her in general. The causes the rain drops that are surrounding her perimeter to begin moving towards her almost attracting themselves to her position. It begins to adhere to her skin and clothes covering her in a layer of liquid. The liquid begins to restrict her movement making fast movements harder and keen quick movements almost impossible. At this point the water droplets have gained a bit of mass and begin to surround her body as well as adhere themselves firmly to the ground holding her in place in such a way that makes movement near impossible. The rain continues to attract itself to her piling up all around her.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: It seems like it takes quite a while to actually accomplish, in my opinion about ten seconds to mold and send out the chakra another ten seconds for the drops to adhere to the opponent and another four to five seconds for the drops to build up enough density and force to actually restrict the opponents movements in any severe way. It's Short-Mid range, so if you can find a good hiding place, or you were hidden at the start it would be a good way to initially slow down the opponent holding them in place before you actually come out and begin a barrage of attacks.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: My first thought (and it's one of the only scenarios where I've been like "huh well now I can use my CE to my advantage") was to actually use my CE's jutsu first I'd use (Ekitai: Teiku o-ba) Oobleck Release: Take Over which allows me to turn a water source into an oobleck source then (Ekitai: Yoroi) Oobleck Release: Armor since the source is already close to my body adhered to it in a way. xD as for a more canon way to defend it I think something that would move you without you having to move would be best. Something like the Doton Pillar jutsu to shoot yourself forward or backward attacking the opponent or fleeing the range. Also Juugo's Jet Booster jump would be a creative way to rush the opponent while this tech is being used on you. Since he can manipulate his body structure without moving it would mean it wouldn't slow him down that much (with that jutsu not his movement speed in general that'd probably be slowed a bit.)

The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: N/A

Questions: Hmm none really it seems pretty straight forward.

D: so that's a no on the Ninja Rap?

How you perform it: This one seems pretty-... >_> well, uh, useless. I mean you simply use your chakra to create clone a lot like the (Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone, but this clone has a bit of substance. Even though it's still a false clone therefore I don't see it doing anything beyond being a somewhat dull distraction.

*I focus my chakra along the lines of the basic clone technique creating a set of three false clones out of the rain. They seem to be real, and appear to move and act on their own but really they are nothing more then false clones and are useless for offensive purposes.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: I don't see many advantages, or disadvantages for that matter. It may help in situations where real clones can't be used, but it's still a technique used simply for distraction and has no offensive merit.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: xD there isn't really a need to defend, the clones are harmless. The only thing that would be needed would be finding the user of the jutsu if he's hidden from view.

Useless indeed! Now rap for me U_U
You insisted on it, go go go.
Some say it's raining some say it's pouring
Sometimes I think people are just snoring
I have nothing but cheesy lines
However they'll still send a chill up everyone's spines

So far I've learned bullets, blades and clones heck I can even make it rain glue
All of this just to help out the Ame crew
The news called for heavy showers
Still raining hard, hour after hour

*Scratches head.*

O_O all I got >_>

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Focus your chakra and send it towards the opponent's clothes. Then attract as much rain as possible towards them and enable their clothes to fully retain all the water it comes in contact with as a sponge. This will cause the clothes to become heavier and heavier and thus slow the opponent down.

How you perform it: You force you chakra into the opponent's clothes. With the chakra forced into his/her clothes you manipulate it to attract moisture, and the rain itself allowing the clothes to fully retain all of the water. As this takes place and the clothes pick up more water they become much heavier restricting motion a bit. It works a lot like Monsoon Fist forcing moisture into clothing to make movement harder.

*I begin by releasing chakra out towards your clone, as it travels I force it into his clothes thise causes the rain drops that are surrounding her perimeter to begin moving towards her almost attracting themselves to her position. It begins to adhere to her clothes, her clothes absorb the water. As the clothes absorb more and more water they become denser making fast movement harder.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: It seems like it doesn't have much of a disadvantage, but the advantage is it restricts the opponent's movement enough to be effective.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: >_> take off my clothes ;)

*Gets nekkid.* I'm doing the rest of the training like this U_U

How you perform it: You focus chakra into the clouds and through manipulation of said chakra create a clone that takes on the properties of the rain and clouds. It has the appearance of moving clouds but also has your definite body shape and colour. It doesn't seem that complicated o.o

*I begin by releasing chakra out towards the sky, manipulating it to form a clone from the rain and clouds. The clone looks like me, except for the moving cloud aspect. It flies around in circles.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: It can attack and receive attacks, however due to the moving cloud appearance and it's ability to fly it can't be used as a visual substitute like regular Shadow Clones. It'd be pretty easy to notice the difference between the clone and yourself, so it doesn't work well as a visual distraction unless like you said >_> the opponent is slow.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: Kill it with-... raiton?

It sounds logical that they can perform rain jutsus as well as freeform. It is stated nowhere, so just assume they can use rain as well, alright?
Now dance.
>:] Close enough?

*Jumps upward slightly and runs around on the rain as I jump from one drop to the next using my fast reflexes to stay aloft. Is still buttarse nekkid as I do so.*

Type: Attack/Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After using a technique that causes rain to fall from the sky, the user will then push chakra to their feet and will be able to push off of the drops of water with their feet, tho they must be quick when doing so. This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

Notes:
- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye.

How you perform it: You focus chakra into the rain drops and through manipulation of said chakra through handseals you create multiple masses of rain that form into bullets. These bullets accelerate while falling and crash into an opponent with the same force as a large rock. I believe it'd be enough to break bones and cause significant damage. o.o

*I begin by releasing chakra into the rain manipulating it to whie performing the needed handseals. As I perform the hand seals the rain converges forming four large masses of rain. They crash down upon the clone crushing him due to the severe weight of the bullets.*

Advantages & Disadvantages: The opponent might not be able to notice the bullets right away making countering a bit harder. It takes hand seals though, so that's a major tip off that somethings happening.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: Probably an earth jutsu to defend against it or a wind jutsu to cut the bullet before it hits you.

Good, good, now let's do something more defensive!

(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Focus your chakra and start performing the necessary handseals. Once you're done you will place your hands out in front of you, as if you are going to stop a technique with your bare hands. Whilst you do so, you will release chakra through your hands to gather a large amount of rain from the sky, from the ground, from where-ever and use it to create a wall of solid water in front of you. Due to the density of the water, one is almost unable to move through, and thus you're protected from almost all taijutsu techniques. Keep your hands connected to the water to keep channelling chakra through, otherwise it will turn back into ordinary water..
