Lackluster description incoming:

Well, rain is water precipitated in the form of droplets,it is formed by condensing the vapor in the air at a high enough altitude which forms the droplets that are heavy enough to fall to the ground, pulled by gravity.Learning rain ninjutsu allows us to use various techniques in which we take control of the weather conditions (that we usually set up ourselves) and utilize the rain to attack the opponent or in many other mostly supplementary ways.It is basically water so it is weak towards earth techniques and strong towards fire techniques. Also while most water techniques come from water sources on the ground, rain techniques originate from the clouds and strike from above,so wind is effective against it,as a strong enough technique could blow away the clouds, some lightning techniques also are effective in clearing up the weather.Rain has many strengths in battle but one drawback would be,that it is one of the things that aren't too hard to backfire on the user if he is not careful.

Very good, yes. Rain is useful as hell, depending on the situation.

*Makes it rain*

Now, let's start with the first one.

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: 10
Damage: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

A technique where you will gather Rain chakra to your hands, allowing you to bring together rain drops from the air, molding it into an orb. This can be released towards the opponent, blasting them away, or causing an imbalance.

I'm not sure if you have some specific template or not :c so I'll just go with something for the first one

With the rain beginning to fall,I extend my hand and start channeling chakra toward my palm,as it is gathered there, using state manipulation I give it an affinity towards rain and begin drawing in the raindrops towards my palm, manipulating it into the shape of an orb.Once I have finished with that,I release the previously molded orb from my hand so it flies strait for some five meters before losing its integrity and dispersing into water.

Well there is really not much to say about this one,it is a basic technique it can be used primarily to stop the advance of a nearby enemy as it is short ranged.I guess that with heavy rain falling it is rather quick to perform and doesn't cost much.It doesn't do lethal damage but it can push away or unbalance the opponent so you could land your attack easier,I guess it could be used from the side to push away a sword without touching it or something.Maybe in some cases it could be fired between the user and a heavy object or the ground in order to move the user a bit to avoid something, although this would damage the user, and this wouldn't be very effective probably, there are better ways to achieve that.

Can you form two at the same time, one in each hand?

If you use the technique twice, then yes lol.

(Ameton: Igen, Hajimari Inori) – Rain Release: Majesty, Beginning Prayer
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: Majesty is a simple Rain Release technique designed to supplement the user’s taijutsu strikes in combination with Rain Release. By releasing their Water elemental chakra into the atmosphere the user can infuse the rain drops produced by either natural storms or synthetic storms produced by various techniques to become heavily infused with the user’s chakra. The infusion does not allow for a form of obstruction sensory, like that found in Rain Tiger at Will. Instead this simply imbues the rain storm with a limited form of sentience allowing it to respond to the user’s will and follow their taijutsu strikes independently of the user at a small sacrifice of chakra. The result is that the rain will follow the user’s taijutsu. For example, should the user attempt to punch a target this technique will cause the rain within short-range of the user’s fist to follow the punch and barrage the target with rain drops. Should the user attempt to kick their target with a spinning kick to the side the rain drops will follow the target behind the kick and strike the target. The rain drops themselves pose no serious physical threat but are incredibly distracting able to break concentration and focus with ease. This technique is sustained as long as the rain storm itself is sustained.

Note: Courtesy of Drackos

A simple technique where you will use rain chakra to infuse it into the rain. This allows the rain to follow your body movements, in terms of your strikes. Should you want to punch an opponent, rain drops will literally follow the path of your punch. This merely acts as a distraction, and makes it looks like you're in the Matrix!

I once again release chakra while giving it a water affinity, this time I release it all around me into the atmosphere and then infuse the rain that is falling with it.Once done,I manipulate the chakra, linking the raindrops to myself so those that are nearby will respond to my movements and follow my actions.I demonstrate by punching and kicking the air a few times, the raindrops that are nearby change their path to strike in the same direction as me.

As you said,it is simple and straightforward,I imagine the rain hits pretty hard in order to make a notable sensation of the opponents face to distract him but not enough to do considerable damage. The stronger the rain the better and it should have the best effect on the opponents eyes.Although some might just ignore it,it still looks cool :d

Indeed it looks cool xD Sorry for the delay.

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air). Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

A technique where you will focus your chakra into falling rain, and change the compounds in the water. This allows you to make the rain more sticky, and causes it to bind the opponent in place, for up to two turns, and it also lasts two turns. Pretty useful technique, if used right.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

A technique where you will focus your chakra into the rain, and create a reflection of yourself. Almost like a clone, but it can't interact with physical stuff, and rather just mimics what you do. Great to use in the heat of battle to distract your opponent.

(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user

A technique, where you will focus chakra around yourself, and basically turn into a rain like form, hiding yourself in the falling drops. Its like Henge, you transform after a few hand seals. So you get to move within it, but physical contact and fast movements will reveal you.

No problem :c

Using my chakra,I induce localized rainfall, afterwards I channel my chakra into the raindrops manipulating their state so they become really sticky in nature and able to bind people in place.
I guess I would mostly use this to slow the movements of faster opponents and also to try and avoid close quarter combat as I suck at it lol.I guess it is quite quick to perform if the rain is already falling. Is this change visible until the opponent feels it is sticky? And also does this affect the user as well?

After gathering my chakra I release it into the previously formed rain and then manipulate it so it forms an exact replica of myself by organizing reflections from the raindrops,as I move and demonstratively punch the air a few times, the replica does so as well, mimicking my every move perfectly.
A good distraction, although the range is limiting a bit.Just to make something clear,if I'm in front of the opponent and I want to make this to his right side and do so and then I punch towards the opponent. Is the created reflection turned towards the opponent and able to mimic my punch towards him,or does it face the same direction I am,so really nothing is in front of it and it is punching the air? lol

As I'm standing in the rain I begin performing a short sequence of hand seals whilst molding my chakra in my body.Once I have done so,I channel the chakra throughout my body and transform it into a rain like state.Making me invisible to the opponent as long as I'm in the rain and not moving too quickly.
Well the uses here are obvious, being able to move around stealthily. However while you're in this state can you mold elemental chakra or do you have to break stealth first, before attacking?

No indication, the clone can possibly be manipulated to be placed somewhere in the line of sight of the opponent to make it more useful and you have to break stealth first.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.

A technique where you will focus your chakra into the rain, and condense a single raindrop into a solid like form. This allows it to be sharp, and be able to fall in a straight line, and cut the opponent beneath. Indicated by a slight stop in the rain, as the raindrop condenses raindrops to form into a solid shape.

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

A technique, where you will place your chakra in a few raindrops and once they hit the ground, they create a spike of Water from puddles of Water in the ground. So best to be used in a place where it's rained quite a lot already.

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

You will once again condense a large amount of rainwater in one place, and basically create a spear of rain. This can be called down with a single hand seal at any time after you made it, and it can remain a spear of rain for up to three turns, after which it will fall uselessly like rain once more. The pause is once more the indication.

After releasing my chakra,I infuse a single raindrop with it,condensing it greatly so it becomes sharp as a blade. As it is manipulated it momentarily stops and once it is prepared falls in straight line, cutting what is bellow.
Well this maybe my favorite rain technique (out of those I know about),it is stealthy, lethal if it hits and requires proper reasoning to counter.I remember like in early 2012 this was used in a fight and it was the first time I saw rain being used and I thought it was really cool and I didn't know how I would counter this (I even remember it was used by Xanthe at the time lol).I have a question does this only stop a single raindrop as it is performed or those it stop a nearby bunch to like draw them into a single condensed raindrop?

I once again infuse some of the raindrops falling with my chakra,as they fall to the puddles created by the rainfall, they release the chakra contained within them into the nearby water, manipulating it so it shoots out as a couple of sharp spikes of water towards the opponent.
I imagine these spikes are long and rather thin(like the ones from earth bamboo shot).I really like how these rain techniques look in my mind,I like rain irl too and movie fights in heavy rain are epic too :d
Does the chakra need to be sent at a single location,or can I infuse some raindrops to the left and some to the back of the opponent to create spikes from multiple sides? If so this is a nice technique which is quick to perform without hand seals and whatnot.

I gather a decent amount of chakra in my body and then release it upwards to a great distance,to the clouds. There I use it to manipulate a large amount of rain to form a single condensed sharp spear of water. As it is created and the raindrops are drawn together the rain in the area stops for a second.Once the spear is ready, the rain resumes falling and I send the spear downwards, stabbing it into the ground nearby.
Well I like this one because it can lay dormant for some time and I actually like stacking those dormant attacks for one final assault :c.Also the one second indication can benefit the user even by distracting the opponent without launching the spear at him in that turn. Can you make more than one and have them both hover in the air at the same time, with multiple uses ofc?

A few of them draw together, to make it thicker in a sense. It would be good to say where you make them emerge, so the opponent has a good idea of it, and no, but there's an advanced version that makes multiple iirc.

(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

A technique where you will choose a target, and have them attract raindrops, causing them to cause the opponent to be attached to the ground as the raindrops basically bombard them.

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

A technique where you will create a clone once more, basically more an image of it. As the rain falls, it creates a pseudo you, that once it hits the ground, ceases to exist.

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

A technique where you will use the opponent's clothes as a medium, for them to retain Water from the rain. This makes them heavier, and pulls them down, and also makes them very susceptible to Lightning attacks.

By manipulating the rain I order the raindrops to attach themselves to my target of choice, this time a stump. As they come in contact with it,these raindrops would stay on the target instead of just dripping to the ground. As the rain accumulates it would come in contact with the water on the ground and attach itself together causing the target to be immobilized, not that a stump moves ( ).
This technique to me seems to be similar to the rain of glue one in its immobilizing effects.Although it works differently.I think this one also makes the opponent vulnerable to lightning as well with all the water attached to him. Also if the raindrops attach and stay on the entirety of the opponent, could they maybe stick to his face, distracting him and maybe obstructing his breathing and whatnot?

I'm not sure I got how this one works xD
I send my chakra into the rain in the area, manipulating the raindrops so that using their surface a group of them projects an exact image of me.I create several of these images and they fall along with the rain.
So I make copies of me in the rain that fall towards the ground of course being to able to perform some movements and assume certain postures to look realistic?Correct me if I'm wrong. In that case it could be useful for distracting and spooking the opponent. Also I think I saw a technique where the direction of the raindrops changes so if I performed this during that it would kinda be kinda creepy seeing copies of your opponent just float to the sky lol.Or if there's a technique that stops rain leaving a couple of bodies floating in the air=heart attack for the average person when she looks up.

I send my chakra into the clothing of my opponent, manipulating it so it has an affinity for water, this makes the clothes take and store all water that comes in contact with it,weighing the target down.In this case, rain accumulates on the opponents clothes, slowing his movements.
Well this could be useful to perform on moving/closing in targets. How much does this actually weigh them down?Does it just slow them down a bit or can it drop them to the ground/stop them from doing hand seals or something like that.I guess it could also be used on opponents who are for example defending themselves using the water prison technique since they are surrounded by water this should inhibit their movement.

Nah, keep it to movement. Nah, you're right with the description of the second technique, really weird tbh. If successful, will mobilize them onto the ground. It just hinders them, in a sense.

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

A technique where you will create a clone that has your shape and color, but the appearance of moving clouds, and is able to attack and receive attacks (very vague, this list legit needs to be re-done, I think Drackos sent in a list of fixing up these weird ass techniques).

(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

After some hand seals, you will focus your chakra into the rain, causing it to draw together. This creates bullets of rain, which fall at an accelerated rate, and thus, cause more damage due to size and impact.

(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

After some hand seals, you will place your hands before you and use your chakra to gather some Rain from the sky, and create a wall of solid water that acts as a defense from both Fire attacks and close combat hits. Though you are susceptible to Earth and Lightning, as well as you have to keep your hands connected to the wall to keep it stable.

If the last one was confusing this one is a mind-blower.Tbh I don't even know how to visualize this.By using the rain clouds I create a clone of myself that a clone of myself that looks like moving clouds but in the shape and color of me,ok.Seems pretty useless honestly xD maybe usable to block an attack at best.Would be better if it was in a shape of a cloud too :c

I start by performing a quick sequence of hand seals followed by channeling my chakra into the rain above my opponent.Using the previously released chakra I manipulate the raindrops to come together in a few points, condensing them together and creating several bullets of rain that fall towards the opponent causing blunt damage as they fall onto his head.Well it's a nice typical rain technique,I have a couple of questions about it:Do they fall in a straight line or can they be angled and directed? And also does this technique have an indication like a pause in the rain like some of the previous ones?

Once again I perform a short sequence of hand seals and this time I extend my hands in front of me upon finishing them.I use my chakra to draw in the falling rain around my hands, manipulating them to form a solid wall of water in front of me which is connected with my hands through which I constantly stream chakra in order to keep it stable. As i pull back my hands the wall loses it's integrity and falls as water to the ground.Okay technique, although it is risky if lightning hits it,it would electrocute your via the arms, also it's usually best to attack and defend in the same time but you could maybe block with this, let the water then fall to the ground and then send some spikes of water at a nearby opponent and stuff like that.

Fall like normal rain, and yes, a pause with anything that's created by rain forming together. Other than that, good job.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

By sending some subtle chakra into the clouds, you will create large nuclei (basically big drops) for the water to condense on, creating larger drops to fall, and also faster. This makes it relatively distracting, and combined with other techniques, you could have a good combination.

(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

You said you like matrix? This is it. You will focus your chakra into the rain after some hand seals, and cause every rain drop to stop right where it is (though by today's standards, the rain shouldn't be affected by anything above B rank, otherwise taking it over wouldn't work). Also just for show, run through rain drops.

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

A technique where you will form a Dagger like structure, which makes the rain into a more solid form. This can be used to deliver a quick cut to the opponent, as it quickly turns back into rain. Once it stabs an opponent, the water expands, causing more damage.

I gather my chakra once again and send it towards the clouds. There I manipulate it so it forms larger than usual cores for the raindrops to form around. As the new raindrops are formed they are quite larger, heavier and faster than normal ones so when they hit people it causes a bit of pain and thus is distracting.Well as you said this is best to do with some of the previously learned techniques. How long does it last? Also I can localize this right?Like that it only falls in this way, short range around the opponent.

I perform a short sequence of hand seals while releasing my chakra into all of the raindrops mid range around me.Once done I manipulate the raindrops infused with my chakra so they all suddenly stop where they were.As I do so I put my hand in front of me to seem cooler and once done I start running through the rain. The raindrops beat of my body and as I move I leave a clearing in the stopped rain. How long does this last xD ?Also I didn't quite get what you said in the brackets, but I'm glad you mentioned it as I have forgot. Can you please give me a few lines about taking over rain and such?Sorry if I ask too many questions :c

I once again release chakra into the raindrops and manipulate them to gather in one place, creating a solid, condensed, sharp dagger of rain next to my target which I then sent towards it,cutting into it (does this work like this or is it like the previous supposed to fall from above tho? :c )It's a nice technique as it seems to be quick to execute and it can hurt the opponent for example as he is doing some hand seals. Also how does the water expand, like over the skin so it affects a larger area or into the skin so the cut is deeper?

That can be localized, I believe. And it has no turn duration (needs to be edited ¬_¬). Second, indefinite as well until overpowered. By what I meant was say the rain is made with C rank Water tech that makes it rain and the opponent uses an A rank Rain tech, you can't use the B rank Stop Rain technique to stop it, since its higher ranked. So make sure the rain is unaffected by anything lower than B rank. Nah, not from above, but like, from before you and sent towards the foe. And it cuts first, then expands, widening the wound. Questions are good, shows me you actually reading lmao.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

After some hand seals, you will create an umbrella, with nothing! You just extend your arm over your head, allowing you to stop rain from hitting you. Also great to use against non-solid rain techniques, like Acid rain. Your hand gotta stay in the air, though. So kinda meh, unless you got an extra arm ;)

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

The first of a few variations. You will bounce the rain higher into the clouds, causing them to freeze. They then fall down as hail, which you manipulate into a net, or dome, to capture the opponent.

(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Same as the one above, but just hail falls. These techniques are so weird ¬_¬

Huh "weird techniques" I can show you a certain cj submission I remember well from around 2013 that's if I can find it xD But yeah these hail variations kinda seem like they could all fit into a single versatile hail technique.

With the rain pouring over me I perform a sequence of hand seals and channel my chakra towards my left hand, once done I raise my hand above my head and release the previously gathered chakra, manipulated to take the form of an umbrella. The raindrops that are falling can't penetrate it and I would stay dry if I wasn't soaked already.Well the drawback is pretty big for this one,I have the ame umbrella anyway z.z

I release my chakra high into the clouds and infuse the newly made raindrops there with it.I then use my chakra to bounce the raindrops higher into the air and do so until they freeze creating hail instead of ordinary rain.As the hail starts falling I take control of it to form a dome of hail that falls around the opponent to capture them.Hm does this turn only a portion of the rain into hail(this question goes for all the techniques that use hail),like the rain still falls normally only among it a dome of hail falls too?

Once again I perform the procedure like the last time, bouncing the raindrops until they are hail. However this time I gather the drops which I am turning to hail so they form a few frozen rain daggers that rain upon my target. It creates multiple ones right? And falls straight line?Well this one is a decent offensive move I guess z.z

Only a portion, and yes, multiple and yes, in a straight line.

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Similar to the one above, but here it doesn't back into rain immediately, but rather only after three turns.

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.

Note: Must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

With this one, you will form some hand seals, and send your Rain chakra into the clouds, After three turns, this will cause hail to fall, and can be directed towards the opponent. A nice setup technique.

(Setsumou) - Snow Blindness
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note: This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.

Note: Can only be used three times per battle.

Used in conjunction with Hidden Mist, this allows you to make snow fall. Affects both you and the opponent's vision, and it also takes three turns to "prepare" for it to fall. Its not as effective without Hidden Mist being used alongside it.
