For the third time in a row I perform the same procedure in order to make hail by bouncing raindrops higher in the sky.As I form hail I manipulate it to say there for a while before I call it forth to rain upon my target in the form of sharp hail blades.Well same as the last one but better as it can lay dormant,stacking attacks again heh

After performing some hand seals I release my chakra into the clouds,there I use it to manipulate the raindrops to form hail by similar means like in the previous techniques,only this time I change a larger amount of raindrops into hail and as such I need a longer period of time.After it is done,hail begins to fall,bombarding my target.Yeah but the short range on it is kinda weird o-o,edit that too plox xD also 3 turns is a long time :c

I send my chakra once again into the clouds once again.I manipulate it to reduce the temperature around the raindrops so they become snow instead (I guess).This is a complicated process and once again it takes some time to prepare.Once done the chakra created snow begins to fall.It snows quite heavily and the snowflakes are thick so it obstructs the vision of the people on the battlefield.Kinda sucks that it has the same affect on the user too :c

A technique where you will slam your hands onto the ground, and cause a wave of chakra to go through it. This causes small sources of water to replenish clouds in the air, allowing you to use Rain for longer periods.

Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

After quite a few hand seals, you will place a large amount of chakra into your hands, and gather rain towards it. Then once you get close to the opponent, you can cause it to explode out and hit the opponent, causing blunt damage. An advanced variation of one of those first techniques.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Naifu) - Hidden Rain Knives

You will form some hand seals, and cause all rain drops in an area of 20 meters around you, to form into sharp water needles, which can be directed towards the opponent. Pretty useful due to scale.

I first channel a decent amount of chakra into my dominant hand and once done,slam it onto the ground,releasing the previously gathered chakra.It surges through the water that was gathered from the rain on the ground.As it goes through the water it sends it directly upwards back into the clouds to replenish the humidity.Does it fly back in the form of raindrops going backwards which would be lit or just splashes of water flying upwards? o-o

I perform a short sequence of hand seals and release my chakra omni-directionally and I infuse all raindrops in the vicinity to become solid in form and sharp like needles that I then shoot towards my target.I really like this one even though there are some hand seals .-. can this be done accurately so I like don't harden the raindrops directly behind me which would have to go through me in order to hit the target?

Focus your chakra into the rain, and cause a large pillar of rain to form. This can be aimed where to land, covering a radius of 4 meters. Once it slams into the ground, it cascades into a shock wave of Water outward.

(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones

(Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique

The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

A technique where you will focus your Rain chakra into the air, and cause rain to form together into a trident shape. This trident can change length, and is somewhat solid. It also expands when it cuts into something. Similar to that blade technique, its just a trident.

I release my chakra into a certain area the air above.With it I take control of the raindrops,bringing them all together into a large pillar of water.Once it is formed,I launch the pillar towards the ground.It moves quickly and from a great height so as it slams into the ground it bursts outwards in a shock wave of water.

Well,like a short-while ago I channel chakra into the rain in order to make them reflect light in a certain way,creating exact copies of myself.Only this time I create many reflection copies all around the battlefield (kinda hard to fit 100 into short range lol) as I move they all mimic my movements making it easy for me to hide among them.

I once again channel my chakra into the air and begin infusing a part of the rainfall with it.Once done,I manipulate the designated raindrops so they come together,forming a condensed semi-solid trident of water.It is decent in length and I direct it towards my target and quickly dispatch the trident towards it.Upon hit,the trident expands,creating a larger and more dangerous wound on the enemy.It's quite nice as it has some power,can be created where ever you want and doesn't require hand seals.Probably best to attack from behind z.z

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

A technique where all Rain is drawn to a single spot, and spins at high speeds at said spot. This pulls rain cloud in toward it, and then unleashes a tidal wave like blast that aims to go toward the opponent.

(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons

Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

After the formation of a few hand seals, you will offer some blood to the sky through a cut, and cause clouds to form into dragons. These are able to emit one spiral rain spear per turn, and act as an alternate source of Rain.

(Kuro Ame no Jutsu) - Dark Rain Technique

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

Lastly, you will form some hand seals, and cause all the rain drops to become pitch black, or more transparent, really (since its alluded that they can't be seen). So from hence forth, every rain technique is invisible, although can be felt and sensed.

I gather a large amount of chakra and direct it towards a point in the air into which I then begin gathering all of the raindrops.As they are gathered to one spot,I manipulate them to begin swirling at a great enough speed to draw in a rain cloud above.As that happens all the water forms a large rapidly spinning vortex of water that comes down at my target,unleashing it's force as a tidal wave of water.I assume all rain stops to fall as this is perfomed?And also is it stopped afterwards as well with the cloud being gone and all?

Yeah, the rain stops. The technique is very vague and has to be updated, right now, the number of dragons I'd say is about three, A rank spiral spears and no, they don't cost a move. And no, the rain doesn't stop for this one. Doujutsu and Sensors would still perceive it, its still full of your chakra.

(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

A more advanced form of Rain Spear, where you will form a spear as before and be able to call it down with a single hand seal. However, this spear is made of water that is constantly moving, and its in a corkscrew pattern, allowing it to be manipulated where it lands mid-technique. The water stays as a spear for two turns, and if not used after that, falls uselessly as rain.

(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

A strong technique, where you pull clouds down, and place them around you and the opponent. The clouds move at high speeds, blocking the opponent from escaping. Due to the clouds being around you, Rain based techniques can be launched from the sides, from above (depending how you manipulate the cloud to cover the battlefield). Pretty broken technique.

Much like in a previous technique I channel my chakra into the rain clouds above in order to form a dragon.However this time I create a single dragon and he is not made from water but from the cloud itself (?).The dragon continues to fly around the battlefield firing spears of water or localized rain storms at my discretion.So I can either slam it into the opponent or keep it in the air to supplement my attacks.Same as for the last one to make sure,the rain continues to fall in spite of the dragon?

I send my chakra high into the air and there manipulate it so it draws in raindrops into several spots.At each of those spots the rain is condensed into a spear of continuously moving water.As I form the spears I direct them towards the ground and they move down in a corkscrew fashion.Midway I make them perform a slight turn,so they strike a bit to the side.Around 10 spears?Pretty nice,I will use this.

By infusing the clouds with a large quantity of my chakra I manipulate them to come down and start spinning around me and the target in a tornado-like movement.They spin very quickly all the time emitting rain on the area inside,these raindrops move chaotically to all sides.I like this one but need some clarification.How does it do damage,with the raindrops hitting from all sides that also keeps opponents of balance?And also how does this then not affect me as well?For countering it,if the opponent uses like some technique that destroys 1/4 of the vortex does it just continue to spin with the rest and fill the gap?And once it is destroyed the rain isn't falling from the sky anymore either?

Sorry to make you wait this long, man!

The rain stops, but can be used from the dragon now, as its a source. The amount of spears you make divides the technique equally, so one spear would be S rank and two, each A rank, and 4, each B rank, etc.

By off balance, it means that you can now attack from anywhere, so it basically impacts all around, you have to take yourself into account when using techniques within it (its like a double edged sword, can affect you and the foe) and yeah, rain stops. If a part of it is destroyed, it will cease.

(Boufuu Kumo Kaigara) - Storm Cloud Shell

This "armor" continues to produce rain, and allows you to use projectile based Rain techniques within reason from yourself. It apparently cuts Lightning jutsu damage in half too (for some weird reason).

Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

A technique where you lace the clouds with a different form of Rain chakra, and change the rain structure, causing it to turn into acid rain. This eats through most materials and causes human skin to blister and dissolve, though you gotta protect yourself too.

(Touketsu Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Trident Technique

I gather and release my chakra into the rain cloud above and manipulate a part of it to come down and form a protective dome around me which continues to produce rain,enabling me to utilize rain jutsu from it.Hm does this block each-other's vision as it's like a black cloud and stuff?Also what's up with the mid range can you have a certain space between you and the armor,if you can't then the half cut in lightning damage isn't of much use since you get hit anyway :c

For the next one,I send out my chakra into the rain clouds and manipulate their structure so they produce a different kind of rain.This one is acidic and capable of burning through most materials,maybe burn of the clothes which is useless as a blistering and dissolving skin on a body is a big turn off. xD Can U localize it so it hits only the opponent or nah?
