K then... ~I think about how the rain stopped and focus on how to reverse the rain back. I then hold out my arms and make the rain stop like before. Focusing on the chakra infused rain I make the rain sit still and then I lift my hands up to help myself guide the rain upwards to make it rain in reverse. I continue this till I made the rain all around us go in reverse.~

The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

For this jutsu you'll have to endow the clouds with more of your chakra so that you can call them to surround you.

But you don't have them surround your body, have them surround you hands and from there make a shield in front of you. This jutsu is very effective at blocking fire jutsu D-A rank.

Now focus your chakra (whilst making the handsigns) the same way you did when you preform the stop rain jutsu, however once the rain is under your control think of sharp knives and the rain will mimic your thoughts.

~I close my eyes and begin to imagine knives. I then focus my chakra by doing the needed hand seals. When I create the last hand seal I open my eyes and the rain stops in midair around me and then begin to form into knives. I concentrate to make them sharp and condensed so they do not fall apart. I then release the hand seal to make the rain keep going and change the knives back to rain as well.~

~I create 5 hand seals and focus on the shape of knives/needles (description ) and stop the rain. The rain around me in mid air begin to form more rapidly this time to form into the knives/needles I want and I condense them and sharpen them for combat. I then aim at the tree and fling the rain projectiles towards the tree making them stab it all over making holes and even making the tree fall apart.~
