Channeling my chkra into the cloud that are raining above, I manipulate the shape of the cloud so that it forms into a more condence form. The clone look quite a lot like me and stands and looks on as the training continues.
Question would be if that the clone actually uses jutsus accord to the description?

Pro: If so they can use rain release as well, but even if not they can be used for physical free form combat to some extent. Once it poof or is destroyed mainly by taijutsu, the clouds will reemerge and block the vision of the target.

Con: Serves no real purpose as the shadow clone can do pretty much the same.

Channeling my rain chakra into the sky above, I perform the required handseals , manipluatiing the rain to fall from above the target. The rain condenses and becomes harder, able to piece through the target, and as it falls, ithey priece through the body, causing mass pain, as they fell they gained more speed do the height they were created at

No questions

Pro: Simply that its sharp enough to pierce evem the skull of a human, making them quite deadly if used correctly

Con: the linear only path makes it quite hard to actually use.

I'd so no as far as my knowledge goes. They're Taijutsu based, if so to speak.

Let's move on.

Pretty straight forward. Much like a water wall technique.
(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Makes the rain more dense. Makes both of you less visible for one another, and easier to hide things overall. Pretty straightforward as well.
(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Pro, cons, questions?

After looking at required handseal, I begin to channel my rain chakra into my hands. As I do so, I quickly push out my hands infront of while manipulating my chakra into the rain as it falls, creating a dense wall of water infront of me, as a clone makes an attempt to attack me with a Taijutsu technique.

Pros: Can be good defense agaisnt taijutsu and fire due to water being densed enough to stop and slow down the target and naturally fire being weak to water.

Cons: Lightning for obvious reasons, and Earth moves can pass through the wall of water. Also contact with the wall must be retained to keep it active.

Channeling my chakra into the rain above falling, I send out my chakra into waves, each merging into the sky above, the clouds then intake my chakra , causing the rain to become bigger, and then proceeds to continue to drop fast then usual into the ground.
Pros: With the rain dropping fast now, combing this with one of the liner rain techniques will create a much faster and dangerous technique.

Con: The technique itself is quite usuless except for dropping fast as it doesn’t cause any significant damage to the target.

Next two:

Three hand signs, and merely suspend every rain drop mid-air. Pretty straightforward. Pros and cons?
(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

Much like when condensing for rain bullets or blades. Give it the shape of a dagger, which you can wield. Upon cuts inflicted, it expands outwards in a sort of localized explosion, dealing extra damage if so to speak.
(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

The user simply makes a set of three handseals and then using advance chakra control, stops the falling rain in mid air.
Pros: Can be used as a mains to control the rain much more easier than normal
Cons: Doesn’t do anything besides stopping the rain o-o

The user channels his chakra into the rain falling around him, creating them into a rain dagger which then proceeds to stab the target, due to have a more solid form , and then after it stabs them, the water flows into the cut amd expands in the skinof the target, increasing the damage.

Pro: Not only does it hurt by stabbing the target, they also can flow the water into the cut and expand the pain down to a internal attack as well. It also seems able to be created in any were within range of the target.

Con: The water cant remain sharp for too long, making this a one shot move when beng used

Stopping the rain would make it easier to detect any 'opponent chakra-influenced' rain.

Anyway let's move on.

Made of pure chakra. Advanced. It's pretty straight forward
Pros, cons, usage, questions?
(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Manipulating the rain, you 'bounce' it back up. Teh longer they stay in the clouds the colder it is. Eventually they would turn into ice, coming down as hail. Over what you do here, is as they freeze have them formed as a sort of net or dome whereafter it will come falling down upon your target.
(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Channeling my chakra into the palm of my hands, as I extend it into the sky. As I do, I create and manipulate my chakra in order to create a invisble umbrella, causing the rain to bounce off the sides and avoiding contact with me.

Pros: would be that it prevents non solid rain related water from passing through above me, those preventing moves like Tiger Rain from being able to sense me, as well as protect from acid rain techniques.

Con: wpuld be that solid techniques of rain simply by passes it. Also the handseals

Channeling my chakra into the rain, I cause the rain to bounce back upwards into the sky, as it enters more into the clouds, the rain begins to become frozen, till the point it falls back down into the ground, causing it to cluster into a dome of ice around the target

Pros: would be that the rain having a new solid form can harm the target more then the solid fomered rain due to it freezing.

Con: would be that it can be controlled to wear they form around the target

Okay.

Okay these two here, are almost the same. And they follow the exact same concept of the rain capture technique you used just before. I'm content that you can perform these without my intructions.
(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Pros, cons and questions?

As being told, Wendy performs the required handseals, channeling her chakra into the rain surrounding her, she channels it, manipulating the rain to fly upwards into the sky, above the clouds. As thye made it past the clouds, the water moclucles begin to contract due to the could tempuratures higher in the sky. As the rain drops freeze, the new weight of the rain causes them to begin to descend to the ground at a fast pace, taking its time to build up speed, till it reached the clone and started to bombard it with frozen rain drops like hail.

Pros: The rain becomes more solid, making it able to come down faster and harder then the original technique.

Con: A major con would be compared to the orignal jutsu, the frozen rains makes it impossible to expand into the skin of the target due to it being frozen solid.

Performing the same concecpt as before, Wendy bounces the rain back into the sky, causing them to become frozen and repeating the process. As this happnes, the rain falls back down again slashing the target as it comes crashing down.

Pro: The rain last in the much longer then the orginal technique

Con: Once used the rain cant be manipualted for water attack for several turns

Next two:

Now, focus on your desired area on the battlefield. Once you have decided a location, focus on that only while manipulating your wind chakra creating a little tornado. However the tornado will immediatly start to pick up all raindroplets in the area, and continue growing and pick up the rest of the raindroplets on the field, whereafter it will suck down the clouds themselves.

Basically it's like a tidal wave, it grows over longertime, just like a tornado as well. Basically ccreate infront of yourself and jump back allowing it grow whilst going at your opponent. It will grow fast and travel fast. It's power is devasting. @_@
(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

<.<
*Shows row of hand signs*

Form these, bite each of your ring fingers and swing them upwards. Using chakra ascend your blood from the fingers into the skies. Nonetheless, using this I want you to form several dragons from the clouds, which you then descend crashing into your opponent. Each turn they can emit a spiralling rain spear, due htem being filled with rain. So they can be used as a water source as well.
(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.
