Channeling my chkra into the cloud that are raining above, I manipulate the shape of the cloud so that it forms into a more condence form. The clone look quite a lot like me and stands and looks on as the training continues.
Question would be if that the clone actually uses jutsus accord to the description?
Pro: If so they can use rain release as well, but even if not they can be used for physical free form combat to some extent. Once it poof or is destroyed mainly by taijutsu, the clouds will reemerge and block the vision of the target.
Con: Serves no real purpose as the shadow clone can do pretty much the same.
Channeling my rain chakra into the sky above, I perform the required handseals , manipluatiing the rain to fall from above the target. The rain condenses and becomes harder, able to piece through the target, and as it falls, ithey priece through the body, causing mass pain, as they fell they gained more speed do the height they were created at

Pro: Simply that its sharp enough to pierce evem the skull of a human, making them quite deadly if used correctly
Con: the linear only path makes it quite hard to actually use.
