Yes, we should. I don't have much time left.

OOC: I wish we could drop the template style. And instead keep it simply as analyzation.

Ace gathered his Rain chakra and observed the clone closely. As the rain was falling, he focused his Rain chakra at the area around the clone and at the ground, and manipulated it in such a way, that the surrounding area turned hygroscopic, "attracting" all the water, i.e. rain drops at the area where he focused his chakra, akin to a magnet. This caused a large amount of rain being focused at a certain area, eventually weighing down the clone and halting his movements, due to the rain being attached to the ground as well.

Advantages: 1)Requires no handseals to perform
2)The technique happens very fast and can be used to slow down opponents who have speed boosts or who are proficient Taijutsu users.
3)The moment the technique is initiated, the user can follow up with a clone attacking the opponent in short range, which would be near unavoidable.

Disadvantages: 1)Even though it happens pretty fast, the opponent can lighten himself and be free of the traps.
2)A burst of chakra, like the B-Ranked Earth one, can release the opponent from the "leashes".

How would you use it in battle: I would combo it with Antlion technique, and the opponent won't see this technique coming, unless he has doujutsu or sensory, since this doesn't require any hand movements, nor any handseals. Or possibly another Earth or water jutsu to trap him, and follow up with this. This is more of a supplementary technique than offensive or defensive, so I would primarily use it against users who have speed, by focusing my chakra over a larger area.

Sorry for the late reply, was super busy, and yeah we can go with analyzing if you would want that ^^.

Dean listens to Ace, and decides to do as he had suggested. The student was the important one here, so what they wanted, Dean would allow. Unless it was something stupid >_>. Nonetheless, Dean throws the scroll towards Ace, and smiles.

"Well done, once more. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

"Okay, now the next technique requires the use of Rain chakra, which you will focus into the falling rain drops. You will then use shape manipulation to create false clones around the drops of rain. These clones disperse once they hit the ground or is hit by the opponent. A stupid technique in my opinion, which can only be used for distraction. So if you use it, know that it can't do much. Analyze it."

Dean waits for Ace to analyze said technique.

"After doing so, you will once again focus Rain chakra into the clothes of the opponent. this would cause their clothes to retain the falling water, making them heavier as each turn passes. This would drag them down and make them slower, and the technique can only be used if it is raining steadily. A very interesting technique in my opinion, what do you think about it?"

Dean waits for Ace to analyze the second technique.

Ace pictured an image of the clones forming and dispersing. It felt very needless to him, but he had already thought of a use of it.

This technique is pretty okay. It involves dividing your chakra and forming two copies of oneself, which are completely made up of rain. These clones are merely used for distraction purposes, and are very vulnerable to attacks. They're so prone to getting dispersed, that once they hit the ground, or take some damage, they disperse into rainwater. Well, I would use a specific genjutsu to confuse the opponent with these clones, or stop his movements. (It would be great if there was a rain clone explosion technique :3) Since they disperse into rainwater, one can form multiple clones and make them specifically for dispersing, so that a large amount of water hits the opponent, doing minimal damage, but pinning him to the ground.

After analyzing this, he heard about the next technique that he was to learn.

This one felt a little unique from the others.

It's quite nice. Basically, one channels their Rain chakra to the clothes of the opponent, and manipulate it in such a way using their chakra, so that the falling rain gets "retained" on their clothes, instead of falling down as usual. With each passing turn, more amount of rain gets retained, which pins the opponent to the ground. This can be good to use with a clone, while the original would form an Earth or fire technique which would emerge from the ground and kill the opponent. However, one needs a steady amount of rain, and also requires some turns to actually make the opponent's clothes retain a large amount of rain, which is very slow, and particularly useless.

Without the need to show, Dean already saw that Ace was quite good with the techniques. He threw teh scrolls towards Ace, as he prepared to continue with their training.

"Well done, here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment.

"The next technique starts off by using your Rain based chakra to create clones from the very clouds in the sky. This clone resembles you in terms of shape and colour, but not in appearance, as it looks like moving clouds. These clones can both attack, and receive attacks.

After that, form a few hand seals and use your Rain based chakra to make the rain draw together to a single point. Here it will condense and form into several bullets of Rain, that then fall down like boulders and can cause quite some damage."

Another okayish technique. One uses their Rain based chakra and focuses it in the clouds. Then, one follows up by shape manipulating the rain clouds to give the shape of the user, as well colour. However, the appearance of the clone isn't the same as the user, which is pretty weird. The formed clones can attack and receive attacks. This is a very weird technique. I don't see any particular usage of this technique.

Do the clones form in the sky, or in front of you?

After forming a few handseals, the user uses their Rain based chakra to focus it in the falling rain, and shape manipulates it to attract all the rain at a single central point of focus, akin to a magnet. Then, the user condenses the attracted rain to form several bullets of rain. The unique part of this technique is that the rain bullets fall like rocks, and can cause quite some damage. If aimed at the head of the opponent, it's a certain kill, due to the brute force with which they impact. It can be used as a surprise attack, since the opponent wouldn't realize the rain cluttering above him, unless he has sensory. Although, it would be wise to form the bullets at a certain height, so that they accelerate for a certain distance with great speed, before doing their job.

Another batch of scrolls were thrown, showing that Dean had agreed with the analysis of the techniques by Ace. These techniques were easy to analyse though, so training went quite fast. Without a moment's halt, Dean continued.

"Good, and the clones are formed in front of you."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

"Alright, you will use your Rain based chakra and lace your hands out in front of you. This allows you to create a wall of solid water in front of you from the falling rain. The wall of water is quite dense which makes it capable to block most Taijutsu based attacks and Fire attacks, however, this makes you susceptible to Lightning and Earth techniques as your hands have to stay connected to the wall of water for it to keep it's shape. So use it wisely.

After that, you will send your Rain based chakra into the sky which causes a large nuclei to form. The water droplets then condense on it, which creates larger raindrops that fall harder and faster. It doesn't cause damage, but it is quite distracting.

Lastly, a technique that literally stops rain. With the necessary hand seals, and the use of rain chakra you are capable of stopping rain in mid air or wherever they are when you initiate the technique."

The way you described the technique..it made me think of the Water Prison technique, said Ace, looking interestingly at Dean, with his traditional half-smirk.

A simple one. One laces their hands in front of them, and uses the falling rain, focusing Rain chakra there, forming a wall of rainwater which is solid in nature. This is so solid that it can resist Taijutsu attacks and ofcourse, Fire attacks. Ofcourse, the wall can be broken by Earth or be destroyed by Lightning techniques. One needs to keep their hands in contact with the wall to fuel the Rain chakra constantly to it, so it's better performed with a clone. In essence, it's similar to Water Prison, because of the hand contact thing. Since the user outstretches his hands in front of him, the opponent is warned that there is a technique being performed, otherwise, the wall is pretty much invisible to the naked eye, because the rainwater doesn't have any specific color to it.

Hmm, the next one is pretty unique. One sends waves of Rain chakra into the sky, which causes a large nuclei like shape to form, which acts like a magnet for the rain droplets to condense there. As this happens, the rain drops change their shape and become larger and faster, and harder. Doesn't do actual brunt damage, but can be quite distracting for the opponent, due to their overall size; the opponent is led to believe that they would do actual damage, which would obviously cause him to protect himself from it, which is a good way to setup an attack.

One of the most unique ones. One sends their Rain chakra into the falling rain, and with precise chakra control, controls each and every drop of rain to make them stop in their path. It's almost as if time has been frozen. A good way to stop the opponent's chakra sensing rain from falling further. And, a good way to confuse the opponent, since he/she wouldn't know when the rain would start falling down again.

Ace went on with analyzing the techniques with ease. It was simple and Dean was quite impressed. However, they were still a bit far from done. They were getting close to the A ranks though, which Dean liked a lot. It seems like he was almost back to his usual speed again, and so, the scrolls flew through the air towards Ace.

"Good, I like it. Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are.

"Now, the last batch of the B ranks. Start off by gathering your Rain based chakra and form it into a rain based dagger-like weapon. The chakra used will give the dagger a solid form so it can be used for attacks. When the dagger cuts into something, it expands within the wound. This causes more damage when the dagger impales the opponent.

After that, a nice technique to stay dry when going to Amegakure. Form a few hand seals and extend your hand over your head. This creates an "invisible" umbrella that protects you from the falling rain. This umbrella can alos protect you from the Acid Rain technique that you will learn later on. However, more dense rain based techniques like the rain spear will easily pierce through and cause damage.

Lastly, use your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain higher into the clouds. The higher the rain goes, the colder it gets (the atmosphere, that is) the rain starts freezing. The rain will then start freezing, and fall down in the form of a net or dome, that aims to capture the opponent."

I always love these bladed techniques, said Ace, looking at Dean with interest.

I like this one.

A very basic technique. It involves manipulating the falling rain, and forming it into a dagger, via the means of shape manipulation, primarily focusing on the Wind aspect in the Rain chakra, as well as giving the dagger a solid shape and form. This is a good attack to take the opponent by surprise, since the water chakra within the dagger expands suddenly, once the dagger cuts through something, increasing the overall cutting damage, meaning both the Wind and Water chakras within the Rain chakra are made as sharp as possible.

Another good technique. Simply involves manipulating the falling rain into an invisible and colorless umbrella which protects one from the falling rain and lets them stay dry. As you said, it can also protect one from acidic rain, or whatever it is. Other than that, it's a excellent way to counter the chakra sensing rain, although dense rain techniques can cut through the umbrella. The drawback here is that it needs to be continually fed chakra to keep it's shape and form maintained, so a hidden clone can do the job of feeding chakra to it.

Ah, an interesting one here. One uses their Rain chakra to take control of the falling rain, and makes the rain "bounce" higher into the clouds. The higher the rain travels, the colder it gets, and it starts freezing, as the higher levels of the atmosphere are at a very low temperature in comparison to the lower levels. The rain, once frozen, falls in the shape of a net or a dome, again via the means of shape manipulation, and captures the opponent, if he/she's successfully caught. Along with impact damage, it would also freeze their bones, and due to that, it would very hard for them to move normally, and counter attacks

One could see that Ace had enjoyed the latest batch of techniques, which meant he probably use those most in battle. Dean smirks, and launches the batch of scrolls towards Ace. They were moving fast.

"Very good, here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

"Now the next techniques are A rank, and here stuff get real. The first technique is familiar. Use your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain higher into the clouds, causing them to freeze, and then use shape manipulation to form them into frozen rain daggers! The rain daggers then fall down like hail and cause damage.

After that, the exact same process but these are just, frozen rain blades (lmao). They also fall down like hail, but don't form back into rain after three turns.

Lastly, use your Rain based chakra and send it into the clouds. After a bit of development, aka three turns, it will start to hail. he hail can be directed towards the opponent."

The description of the technique made it sound similar to the last one he just analyzed. Thus, it was very fresh in his memory.

Once again, one takes control of the falling rain and using Rain chakra, one makes the rain bounce higher into the clouds, and as before, due to the low temperature at such a height, the rain freezes completely. Once this happens, via shape manipulation, the user focuses on the wind aspect in the Rain chakra to sharpen the rain and give it the shape of daggers, which are frozen. These daggers fall down like hail and cause heavy impact damage, as well as they cut through things easily. Requires no handseals, so the opponent wouldn't see it coming, unless he/she can sense the rain.

The same process, once more. But, the user forms the rain into blades, instead of daggers, which can take different shapes, all according to the user's imagination. They fall down like hail too, and cause heavy impact damage, as well as cutting damage. But, these blades don't reform into rain after 3 turns.

This one is pretty slow, albeit a setup technique. One sends their Rain chakra into the clouds, and via great control and manipulation, forms hail using shape manipulation, which however, takes three turns to form. Requires no handseals, so the opponent can't discern whatever happened, and can be taken by surprise, when the hail suddenly hits him/her. Through chakra control, the hail can be directed toward the opponent, and if one focuses on their chakra, they can change the direction of the hail suited to their own needs.

With the analysing of a few more techniques, Ace only went with the flow. he was becoming better every time they covered a technique and as such, Dean smiled. He was going to become a beast with this ability. With a quick flick, the scrolls are thrown.

"That's great, Ace."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

"Alright, now the next technique is quite similar to the last technique you just learned. With rain clouds in the sky, you will send your Rain based chakra into the sky and after some development (three turns) you will cause snow to fall. The snow falls for three turns and can be used to make yourself difficult to see, it can also be used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist technique. Both alternatives obscure both your vision and the opponent's.

After that, with the slamming of your hands onto the ground before you and sending a wave of Rain chakra through it, you can cause water from small sources to rise up and replenish the clouds. This is best used if the opponent tries to take away the rain clouds and stop the use of rain based techniques.

Lastly, after a long line of hand seals, you are capable of gathering a large amount of Rain based chakra and focusing them towards your palms of your hands as you dash towards the opponent. As you run, and enough rain has gathered, you will form it into a large orb sized rain ball that will explode upon impact with the opponent or near them, pushing them back and dealing blunt damage. Basically, a rain rasengan."

Ah, a technique similar to the Yuki clan. After sending Rain chakra into the sky, one manipulates the weather in such a way, that after three turns, snow starts falling. This requires no handseals, so the opponent can't know when the technique is initiated. Can be used with Hidden Mist Technique to mask one's presence, but if one doesn't possess sensing, it's a double edged sword. Also, given the fact that the Mist and Snow can be blown away with a powerful Fuuton jutsu, it's quite okay.

The next one is pretty useful. It is used to replenish the clouds with rain, if the opponent blows away the rain clouds. After slamming one's hands on the ground, one sends a wave of Rain chakra into small sources of water, and causes the water to rise above and replenish the clouds with rainwater. The disadvantage here is that the water can be seen going into the air, so it's quite an okay technique. Best used when the opponent's vision is clouded.

After a long set of handseals, one gathers a large amount of Rain chakra and sends it into the falling rain. This serves to gather a decent amount of rain in one's palms, after which one applies a high amount of shape manipulation to condense the gathered rain, at one singular point. After this is done, the user runs towards the opponent and extends his hand, plowing the sphere of rain toward the opponent. Once the sphere makes contact with the opponent, the condensed chakra within it is released at once, causing an explosion and sending the opponent flying backward. Good for pushing back the opponent into mid-range or lure them into traps. This also causes a great amount of damage to the opponent's bones, since the sphere contains a lot of force and power within it.

He was quick with analysing techniques, and as such, one could say that the scrolls were flying through the air. This was a good sign though, as Dean could at least finish his student in one field. He was being a good student after all.

"Great job, Ace. Here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

"Alright, form a few hand seals, and use shape manipulation to form all the rain around your opponent in a radius of 20 meters, into small sharp needles. These needles can be directed towards the opponent, whilst not very powerful alone, they can cause massive damage as a whole.

After that, focus your Rain based chakra into the air, and use shape manipulation to create a dense pillar of rain. This pillar of rain will then fall on a designated spot of your choosing, and once it falls, it will disperse into a shock wave of water that reaches up to 4 meters from it's impact point. The pillar, when dropped on an opponent, can cause massive damage and blunt impact.

Lastly, a larger scale of the rain reflection clones. Use your Rain based chakra to create reflection clones, up to one hundred, which mimic your every move. These clones can then confuse the opponent, but disperse when hit once. A nice technique for a tactical advantage."

After forming a few handseals, one can manipulate the rain upto 20 meters, to turn into small, but sharp needles, which can be directed together at the opponent. This happens via shape manipulating the rain; using the Wind chakra within the Rain chakra to sharpen the rain. Although, the chakra within them is divided a hell lot, they do a good amount of damage, when they hit collectively. Basically, you can form the needles from the rain anywhere around the opponent, so it can be quite useful that way. The handseals are a giveaway though.

Hm. Using shape manipulation, one turns the falling rain into a massive pillar of Rain. This pillar has a lot of denseness to it and can do quite an amount of impact damage, when it suddenly falls above the opponent. Reminds me of the Stormy Blockade jutsu. However, the interesting thing is, once the pillar falls, it disperses into a shockwave of water, that reaches upto 4 meters, from wherever it impacts. Does blunt force damage mostly. Great for combo-ing it.

Utilizing Rain chakra, one creates upto 100 rain reflection clones of themselves. These clones mimic the user's every move. Since they're so many in number, they confuse the opponent, although, doujutsu and sensors can discern the clones from the original. However, they disperse when they hit, so they're pretty useless in short range. Quite a nice technique, since the opponent has to defend against every clone, since he can't figure out the original.

Another batch of Rain techniques completed with ease. He was on a roll, and so was Dean. They were entering into S rank territory now, which meant the techniques would become more powerful as they went on.

"Well done, Ace. Here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A large scale upgrade of the Reflection Rain clone. The user can create his reflection one hundred different times, these clones don't cause a threat to the enemy and is destroyed by one hit but can make the enemy confused and the user will have time to issue another attack. l The clones mimic the user's every move.

"Now the last A rank technique is simple. Use your Rain based chakra to create a trident of rain. This trident of rain has a form of solidity and is capable of inflicting blunt damage. The length of said trident can also be adjusted after its formation, making it quite a technique.

The first S rank technique requires a bit more control. Using your Rain based chakra, you will focus onto a spot where all the rain will start spinning at high speeds, so fast in fact, that it draws in the clouds. The end result is a powerful swirling storm of water taht is released towards the opponent, and follows him till the chakra that is fuelling the technique, stops. This, however, can makes this technique dangerous as it even targets those close to the opponent (including the user if too close). You were warned :v:

Lastly, form a long row of hand seals, and perform a small incision/cut on your ring fingers, and raise it to the sky. You will then send your Rain based chakra into the sky, and the blood from the cut will start rising. The clouds will then form into several dragons, that act as alternative sources of rain and can emit one spiral rain spear per turn."

Just basic shape manipulation here. After inserting one's Rain chakra into the falling rain, the user shapes the rain into a trident, which does some blunt damage. Good for interrupting Taijutsu users, since the formation is instant, given no handseals. The trident can be extended, which is pretty nice.

Something finally unique. After focusing their Rain chakra into a specific spot, the user uses shape manipulation to violently spin the falling rain. The speed is so high, that the clouds themselves are drawn by the force of the spin and a gigantic swirling storm of water is released at the opponent. One of the techniques that utilizes rainwater to form something akin to a natural disaster. No requirement of handseals for such a high ranked technique, which is great. Although, people standing close to the user can also be affected, so it has to be used carefully.

Another unique technique. Something similar to a summoning. After weaving a long set of handseals, the user produces a small cut on his ring finger, and raises the said hand to the sky. The Rain chakra is then sent to the sky, and the blood starts rising. After this happens, the clouds form into several terrific dragons, and act as sources of rain themselves. These dragons can emit one spiral spear of rain every turn, which is pretty awesome. Feels similar to a natural calamity again.

Dean didn't even need to help out Ace, as he had a good grip on the techniques. Dean threw the next scrolls towards Ace, and continued onwards with the even more dangerous techniques.

"Great job, here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

"Alright, now my favorites. The first technique is simple, form a few hand seals and use your Rain chakra to change the falling rain around you (up to Mid range) to pitch black colour. This makes the next Rain techniques invisible to the human eye, however, the rain can still be felt. This makes it a very powerful technique.

After that, use your Rain based chakra to create a dragon made of the clouds. This dragon is capable of various things, like acting as an alternate source of rain techniques, being able to emit a spiral spear of rain from its body once per post and also capable of sending a small rain storm towards the opponent. A nice technique.

Lastly, an advanced form of Rain spears, where you will use your rain based chakra to create several rain spears in the sky, by focusing on a single spot. The spears can be called down at any time after creation with a single hand seal, and the spears are in a corckscrew pattern. The spear can also be adjusted by widening or sharpening the spear, mid technique. After two turns, it falls uselessly as rain (if not used)."

Ah, wonderful! A very useful technique, this one. After weaving some handseals, the user focuses his Rain chakra into the falling rain, and changes the properties of the rain, turning the rain into pitch black, which requires some advanced chakra control and skill to do. All the other following Rain techniques would be invisible to the naked eye, but still can be felt, which potentially is overkill. This turns the rain upto mid-range into a pitch black color, so quite useful for short/mid ranged battles.

This seems like a familiar technique, like the one I analyzed before. Nothing really special here, except the added part is that it itself sends a small rain storm towards the opponent, which doesn't sound like much, but does change the environment upto a high level.

An S-Ranked version of the Rain spears. Using one's Rain chakra, one materializes several Rain spears in the sky, by focusing on one specific spot, through shape manipulation. The rank of the overall technique would be divided among each spear. After they're materialized, the spears can be called down whenever the user wishes, after weaving a handseal, which would cause the opponent to turn suspicious, albeit if one creates the spears just above the opponent, then unless, he somehow senses it, he can't detect it. The spears are similar in appearance to a corkscrew. After focusing upon one's chakra mid technique, the user can sharpen the spears of rain, or widen them, using the Wind component of his Rain chakra in that process.
However, after two turns, it falls uselessly as rain, as it looses the chakra within it.

Dean throws another two hand seals as they get closer to the end of their training session. It would be odd finishing this training with Ace, he was quite a good student.

"Great job, Ace. Here you go."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 each turn after 3 turns have passed)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

"Now, lets finish this off shall we? The last batch is crazy, so try and keep up. The first technique is extremely powerful, through the use of Rain chakra, you will pull down the clouds from the sky and place them around you and your opponent. The chakra that was used to bring the clouds down, keeps the clouds moving at high speeds, which basically traps both you and your opponent within it. Here is the twist, any Rain technique can be used from these clouds around you and your opponent, and it also doubles the damage done by rain techniques, bad ass huh?

Another weird technique, where you will sue your rain chakra to pull down a portion of a rain cloud and place it over your body like an armor. Due to the chakra in the armor, the clouds still move and they allow Rain techniques like Rain Spear to be used from your very body, it also cuts damage off Lightning techniques in half :?

A more powerful Rain technique which laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra, which changes the structure of the Rain. This causes the rain to form into an acid, which can eat through most materials except the human skin, where it rather causes the skin to blister and slowly dissolves in an extremely painful way. Sheesh :3

Lastly, another version of the trident technique where you use the Rain and bounce it up into the clouds. This freezes the rain, and through shape manipulation, you will create a massive trident of Ice which causes massive damage."
