(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger

I begin by gathering my rain chakra into my hands and then sends it into the rain drops above a boulder of my choice. Then I manipulate a few rain drops to come together and form a single dagger which then quickly falls on the boulder. Upon contact, the dagger expands, increasing it's range damage causing the boulder to split in half exactly.

Can I make the dagger fly here and there?

I had enough of this crappy rain! I am drenched to death! I am gonna stop myself being drenched from now! With that awesome mind, I focus my chakra into my right and lifts it upwards while releasing out that chakra to create a form of barrier that the rain drops fall on and simply slide away from me. It was like an umbrella. Finally! A way that I cannot be drenched!

Focus your chakra and send it into the clouds to make the rain bounce higher before it falls to the ground. Because it is colder higher in the sky, the rain will freeze and fall down like hail. When it does, you use your chakra in the drops to create a dome or net from it to capture your opponent.

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique

Once I fix my eyes onto the clouds present in the air, I channel my chakra into it and take control of the water vapour present within it. I slowly condense the water vapour into that of water and then using my chakra manipulation, I send it upwards in the air. The higher it went, the less denser it became and finally turned into ice. With that part done, I stop my control over and then once again pour my chakra into it while shaping it in form a net spanning across 5 meters. I position the net in such a way that it is straight above a clone. The net free falls onto the ground at a very fast pace which then soon covers up the clone.

Just like I had previously done, I focus my chakra into the clouds and condense the water vapour present in it to that of water which I then manipulate it to go upwards. The higher it went, the less denser it got and finally turned to rock hard ice. With that done, I loosen my control of chakra allowing the hail to fall all over the ground hitting the earth with a very high pressure. In order to shield myself to some extent from the hail, I put forth my arm upwards and then channels an even amount of chakra in form a barrier which somehow stops the hail to some extent except for a few weakened falls falling on me.

Basically this is exactly the same as the technique before this, the only difference is that the rain will not turn back to water, but rather stay it's frozen self for three turns.

After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Focus your rain chakra and perform the needed handseals whereafter you send your gathered chakra into the clouds. After three turns you can form the rain that falls out of the sky into hail which will damage teh opponent.

Once again, I channel my chakra into the clouds present in the air which I then condense into water. Using the powers of my manipulation, I send the water higher and higher in the air causing them to freeze slowly into nothing but ice. With the initial part done, I remove my concentration of chakra from it causing it to fall freely on the ground in form of hail.

Can I make a few hail stones much bigger than the others?
Can I make it hail in some certain parts?

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail

I send my chakra into the clouds and manipulate the water vapour to slowly condense into water. After a brief amount of time, the water vapour got condensed and with the help of my manipulation, I let it freeze into rock hard ice. With the ice formed, I slowly manipulate it around the edges causing it to sharpen up a bit at the tip. Then I make it fall on the tree below at a very fast pace causing the tree to be ripped apart due to the sheer force and pressure delivered by the pointy hail.

So, it said Short in the technique but can I make it fall in Mid or Long? If it's gonna fall Short, it's gonna be useless since I may also be caught in it.

Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Focus your water chakra and first perform the hidden mist skill!
Once you have done that and the mist was created around you it is difficult to see through, but then you will add a bit of extra difficulty. Focus your rain chakra and send it into the sky, once you have done this you can manipulate the clouds to create snow which falls out of the sky. This will even more blind the opponent! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snooooowwww~

Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

Focus your chakra and slam your hand onto the ground, releasing your chakra to create a wave of rain water which causes water from the ground to fly back into the clouds so it can fall as rain again.

(Setsumou) - Snow Blindness

With you and me in the training field alone and no one else for me try this on, I select you (sensei) as the test subject for this technique. I concentrate my water chakra into my mouth and expel it out of my mouth while manipulating the nature of it to turn into that of mist which then slowly makes it's way across the entire area to cover it up in mist. The entire place has almost zero visibility. In order to add an extra effect, I focus my rain chakra within me while releasing out of my chakra points which I then direct it towards the clouds present high above the mist. I then manipulate the water within the cloud to slowly take form of millions of snow flakes which are then released directly onto the area of the mist. The snow causes the temperature to rise down tremendously while blinding every possible type of vision available. It's like darkness but with a different color to it. A sort of grey white color blocking off everything.

So the snow works it's magic in the first turn and lasts 3 more turns?

After infusing both of my hands with chakra, I slam them on the ground at the same time causing an even distribution of it across the ground. The rain which previously fell has left many stagnant water pools here and there all across the ground. The said chakra effectively touches each drop of water and infuses around it to send it upwards back into the clouds, where it came from. This caused the water in the clouds to be recharged allowing more rain techniques to be used.

So things which have storm like things become very very powerful right?

Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Focus your chakra whilst performing handseals to channel the focused chakra into your hands. Once you've done this you attract a lot of rain towards your palms. As you do this you will need to run towards the opponent but at the same time you create an orb of the water which you can make explode whilst in range of the opponent so it will push them back.

Perform the needed handseals and gather your chakra. Then when you did all that you focus your chakra into the drops of rain, 20 metres around you and turn the drops of rain into sharp needles of water which you can direct towards the opponent.

(Kyuutai no Ame) - Orb of Rain

Whilst running towards my opponent, I start performing a series of long hand seals. After that is done, I focus a part of the rain falling on the ground right into my right fist which will soon take shape of a spherical orb that seems a bit dense. Once near my opponent, I place my hand near the skin of my opponent causing it to suddenly explode and push him back while causing some amount of damage.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Naifu) - Hidden Rain Knives

With the rain falling on the ground, I channel my chakra into the drops whilst performing a few hand seals present about 20 meters away from me, successfully gaining control over them. Then I manipulate the said rain drops to self manipulate into numerous knives which then quickly rain upon my opponent on order.

So the knives are created 20 meters away from me? Which is long range?

Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

Again focus your rain chakra and send it into the rain to make a large pillar of water high up in the sky, as well as focusing onto the ground where you desire it to land. Since the pillar is made of water which has quite a lot of mass and the radius of the pillar being four metres, it is quite a powerful jutsu as it crashes down on the desired place, and basically onto the opponent that can be crushed under the pressure of the water falling out of the sky. As the water lands onto the ground it will create a shock wave of water which you will be able to use to your advantage too.

(Hashira no Ame) - Pillar of Rain

With the rain falling vigorously on the ground, I channel my chakra into the place just below the clouds and makes a small point where all the rain in that area started gathering into that one point. After a few moments, the point gets so dense that the rain drops get distributed equally across the point finally forming a long pillar which has 4 meters as it's radius. Then at the same time, I focus my raw chakra right before my opponent so that the pillar would have a location to fall on. I them lose the control of my chakra over the pillar so that the pillar suddenly starts falling downwards while picking up immense speed due to the gravity of the place. The pillar then just like a lightning bolt strikes the ground causing it to shatter the very ground and send a shockwave around it that puts the clone off balance and even hinders him immobile due to the force at which it strikes and the shockwave that was caused right after it hit.

(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones

Noticing that the rain has been depleted, I once again perform a few hand seals and send my water chakra into the clouds effectively causing them to rain again. With that done, I make use of the rain to create a hundred clones of myself, everything exactly like me. These clones are everywhere in the rain and are capable of making the opponent confused to an extent.

The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Gather the rain in the sky and form a long trident that you control its shape and length. Have it come down and hit ym cloen adn when it does it should expand when it hits my clone causing more damage and breaking bones.

Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .


Using your chakra focus on a single focus point and by using your chakra have the point start spinning with high speeds so that it drags rain clouds into them. It should form a swirling storm of water and send it at my clone. The storm should be able to follow my clone till it hits him.

(Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique

With the rain falling, I focus my rain chakra into my right hand and creates a single point where all the rain drops falling near my hand head there and take a irregular shape. With that done, I manipulate that rain to take the shape of pole with three spikes like things forming evenly on the top end, giving shape to a trident. Then seeing a clone near me, I immediately throw it towards it aiming to kill it. As soon as the trident comes in contact with the clone, it suddenly expands rupturing his rib cage.

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

Seeing the clone, I focus my rain chakra just behind him and creates a small point where all the rain droplets falling near it start getting attracted towards that point. As the rain starts going into that point, it suddenly starts swirling in high speed motion while gathering even more rain. The force began so powerful that it started gathering even the clouds from where the rain was falling from. At this situation, the rain storm becomes almost impossible to stop and goes on a rampage near the clone in a rotating motion and destroys him.

So the rain will stop after this? Since it also sucks in the clouds.

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

Do the hand signs and use your chakra to have all the rain drops become pitch black making them seem invisible to my clone but they will still be able to feel the rain. Then use any previous rain jutsu to attack my clone since she wont be able to see it coming.

(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons

After performing a series of hand seals, I use my mouth to make a cut on both of my index fingers and then focus chakra into them whilst focusing on the clouds at the same time. I raise my hands slowly up in the air in form of an arc giving a god feeling u.u.. While this is happening, the blood starts levitating up in the air and starts to head towards the clouds. Upon reaching there, the clouds answer in return by creating a center point where the clouds start swirling around. The thunder started raging and slowly, dragon like structures started forming. Once created, I make use of one to emit a rain spear that soon hits a tree, destroying it entirely.


(Kuro Ame no Jutsu) - Dark Rain Technique

While the rain is falling, I infuse my rain chakra into it and manipulates it in such a way that the color of the rain drops suddenly turn pitch black. This causes the entire rain not to be seen by the opponent, but feel the rain drops falling on them. Once this has been done, I once again channel my rain chakra around me and control them to form sharp needles which I then wave my hand, ordering it to fly towards the opponent, piercing all over the body.

The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rain drops to form spears of water into the clouds and have the spears come down and strike my clone when you do the hand sign *shows you the hand sign* The spears should move in a corkscrew pattern and you should be able to control where the spears hit even in mid-technique.

After channeling my rain chakra into the clouds, I manipulate the water present within it to take the shape of a dragon and come out of the clouds. Then I make the dragon to shoot out a rain spear out of the side of it's body directly at the clone. While doing so, it also starts creating rain storms making water pour all over the entire battlefield.

(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears

Once again I focus my rain chakra into the clouds and manipulates a certain part of the cloud to have all the water collect at that point. Once that has been done, I shape manipulate the place to form several spears in line waiting to come down. With a single hand seal I make, one of the spear falls down on the ground beside the ground but at the very end, the spear turns it's direction and skewers through the clone's head.

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

Use your chakra and bring down the storm clouds from the sky so that they surround you and my clone. The clouds should be moving at high speeds and allow rain to come from every direction and use it to do any rain jutsu to hit my clone. This makes it hard for opponents to counter rain since they can come from anyway direction and it doubles the damage for them. I would use this if you want to use rain jutsus way more.

Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

Draw the a small portion of clouds and place them all over your body giving you a full body shield so that rain will fall from all over your body and than send out a rain spear at my clone. You could use this to take a lightning jutsu or if a high rank lightning jutsu is going to hit you this would be a good counter just so the jutsu doesnt really fully kill pr hurt you that bad. A great defensive against lightning users and makes it so you can release rain jutsus from your body.
