Aj stood leaning against a lush tree with his sword resting on his hip, watching the clouds roll by above, floating lazily on invisible gusts of wind. He basked in the scenery as he awaited the on who would begin his training in the element of rain.

Habaki appears in a burst of speed, already having his kiseru as he casually took poofs from it, releasing clouds of smoke.

Hey there, I'm Habaki and I'll be teaching you the art of wielding the power of rain. What can you tell me about Rain Release? What are it's weaknesses, strengths and possible known users? Everything you think you know about the field.

Aj pushed himself from the tree and nodded toward Habaki as he introduced himself as the one who would be in charge of his rain training.

"Rain release originates from Amegakure and is the result of combining wind release and water release, which when combined together allows you to control droplets of rain however you please. I believe rain release is strong because of it's versatility in terms of usage. This is because you can use it to attack and defend. Some advantages of rain are it's speed, it's coverage of the entire battlefield, and it's ability to attack multiple enemies at one."

He took a short break to catch his breath before continuing.

" Some disadvantages is the fact that one needs to either have ongoing rain or summon rain clouds in order to use most of the techniques. It is also hard to use it in dry places as there is less moisture in the air and it can't be deployed easily. As for elemental strengths and weaknesses, the rain element is weak to earth and strong against fire. The only rain user I can think of at the moment is Nagato"

Simple and to the point, very good. The only thing I can point out is that you can still utilize rain techniques in dry places. Since rain techniques require a source of rain, this means so long as there is rain, you can manipulate it. Although natural rain may not be popular in some dry places, you can still use ninjutsu to artificially create it and then manipulate it unless stated otherwise in whatever the opponent may have used. I now want you to make it rain, I'm sure you've learned the technique once you mastered the water element. I then want you to sit down and meditate, be one with the rain, feel it and reflect on it. Afterwards, tell me about your experience.

Aj closed his eyes and recalled the days of his water release training with Vex. It had been so long ago that he had almost forgotten his face. He push on before finally finding the technique that could be used to bring forth rain. He performed a series of six handseals, calling forth rain from the heavens in which his chakra was closely linked and allowing him to sense the presence of others.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

He sat and crossed his legs, placing his sword across his lap as he began to meditate. After a short while he began to experience something divine. He could feel the rain as it stretched across the battlefield, as if every droplet was apart of him. He could 'see' through the rain, tell where things were even though his eyes remained closed. He slowly rose to his feet and opened his eyes before turning to Habaki

"I could feel the rain as if it were apart of me, every single drop. Not only that, but even though my eyes were closed I could somehow tell exactly where everything was"

Upon noticing the atmosphere changing, Habaki reaches into his chest through the opening of his kimono and digs through it, quickly grabbing a hold of a small scroll with the symbol of "Rain" inscribed on it. Habaki proceeds to open up a scroll in front of him. In that same fluid motion upon unraveling the scroll, Habaki chains together a few hand seals, thereafter thrusting his left hand up into the sky with an open palm, creating an invisible "umbrella" allowing himself to stay dry from the rain.

"Amagasa no Jutsu..."

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Interesting, indeed rain does resemble such feats, specially if you learn to memorize the environment around you, using the sound of rain to distinguish between moving objects or obstructions. This one of the main details I want to tell you about rain. It not only is used to pin-point the location of chakra, so long as you use your technique of course. But it can passively be used to notice things around you. For example, if you target utilized a concealment technique like the one that bends the natural light into their favor, you'd be able to see the disrupted rain drops as they hit their head/shoulders. The same could be said about the sound of their foot steps after enough rain water has collected on the ground. You could either hear the splashing sound or see the foot prints in the mud-like surface depending on the terrain.

Habaki then proceeds to look down upon the scroll that he had previously unraveled.

From now on I would like you to start using this scroll (template) for every time you perform (reply) to a technique.

Combinations-strategies Here you will write down, ways you would use the technique itself in battle, with combinations or strategies.

Ways to counter this technique And here you will write down ways to counter the technique. So how you can counter/defend against it if it were coming at you.
Example Below:
I hope Reborn doesn't mind me stealing his place. It was foreseen, I am an Iwarian.

Strong points

 • Well lets start with the most basic string point of this technique, the technique is a highly compressed orb of water, the key word here is compressed, meaning the space is tightly packed with water molecules thus giving it an amazing density and speed. The orb itself somewhat receives the property of a bullet, thus giving it a title of rain bullet.
 • A very, very interesting point in the jutsu that i managed to point out is that this technique says; "user will be knocked back", if you notice that part it is one of the most amazing use of this low ranked jutsu. What if something requires you to push yourself back, and channeling chakra into the ground is not possible to bring pillars or likes. This jutsu can be shot in one direction and due to its compressed space property it exerts equally opposite force at the user thus sending him backwards, can be used to dodge certain jutsus or avoid direct hits.
 • Last but not the least is the main purpose of this justu, the two actions that states the main offensive side of it; "If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced." It can have two effects, one is it may send the opponent flying away AS user flies back too, and given the range as short it can be a good way to increase distance between the two ninjas. Second is throwing the opponent off-balance and using it to develop a counter position and get hold of the battle.
Weak points

 • Well, like everyone else I noticed the rank as a weak point. Event with all those uses a weak technique is a weak technique. Its given rank is D, thus making it the lowest, so even a direct hit won't be enough to sieze the victory in the battle, however it may give more opportunities to attack, but that does not change the fact that it is the lowest possible rank. (excluding E)
 • The range, the second weakness is that its range is way too limited. Although I found that fact absurd because it seems to be a compressed ball like bullet, it should be at-least midrange to fully use it to your advantage, but since it isn't it can only be used in close range, and will fail if used at distance of mid/long. It can be used as a supplement way of throwing yourself back even if it doesn't reaches the opponent.
 • The third and last weak point is the advantage I stated earlier, it can also back fire; "the user will be knocked back", the technique has a condition of high pressure forces on either side, so what if you do not want to change your position, no matter what you try you have to make sure your stability stays unaffected when using this technique.
Combinations-strategies; A very amazing combination strategy is using it as a distraction or use as speed boost in a freeform battle. So, what if my character needs a sudden boost, I release the jutsu on the ground facing back, I then turn around slicing or performing a free form action move. But not only that, lets look at another way, it can be used as some jutsu that attacks the user from behind, so this justu can be used to lure the opponent or push them back to that certain location to attack from the back.

Ways to counter this technique; A very easy and fun counter against this technique is earth shields and earth pillar. To make a dramatic fight one can use a simple shield or cover the body part that is being attacked. There is another earth technique which not only adds an armor but also increases your Taijutsu skills, but since its heavy it decrease users speed, but since its heavy it may be able to counter the pressure of this rain technique.

Blizzard after completely describing the technique, he closes his eyes, and gathers the spirit that he had earned in the past long hours of meditation, using his mastery over wind and water he gathers both elements, water to form the orb and wind to compress it to such level that its compression forms a very high density water orb/ bullet, he then aims for the tree that stood infront of him, keeping a constant chakra supply in the orb and having ful control over the orb's shape using chakra manipulation he extends his arms and releases a sudden pressured chakra behind the orb to make it act and fire as a bullet, its strength so amazing that tears the ree back bending it and making it roots sprout out of the ground, while Blizzard had his feet dragged backwards scraping the soil which helped him balance his heel on the ground. "Phew that was fun."

Any questions before we proceed?

Aj listened intently as Habaki, still dry from the rain, explains the extent to which rain could be utilized. He had to secretly admit that he was amazed at the newfound possibilities of the style.

Good, then let's get started..

Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.
Pretty simple technique that I'm sure you have come across during your water training. I want you to focus your chakra outwards and manipulate the rain droplets around your vicinity to come inwards onto your palm. You will the shape manipulate the rain drops into perfect orb of rain water. Using shape manipulation I want you to highly pressurize the orb as you are forming it. Then its a matter of simply releasing the orb to your desired target. Though keep in mind, unlike other techniques this one packs some recoil.

Suddenly a large number of very weak (Rankless) earth clones rise all around for the sole purpose of training.

Weak points

Combinations-strategies

Ways to counter this technique

Strong points

 • One strong point Of this Technique it that it's highly pressurized. This means that there's a tremendous amount of striking 'force' stored in the tight space. This 'force' would then be released by coming into contact with the target and sends them flying backwards or off balance.
 • This technique has a lot of speed behind it, meaning it would be able to cover a larger distance in a short time. This is evident based on how the User is knocked backwards when the bullet is fired.
 • The third advantage tie is to my second point regarding the force of this technique, When the bullet is fired, it causes the user to be pushed backwards. This lone effect could not only be used to dodge and incoming attack, but attack the opponent at the same time
Weak points

 • Another disadvantage of this technique is the rank obviously. Since water is naturally weak to earth, this attack can either be stopped or countered by a low ranked Earth technique, but I feel like the pressure built up would allow it to break some earth techs.
 • One disadvantage of this technique is the range. Not a lot of RPers like or even attempt CQC, so it would be difficult to utilize this technique against them. Can't really shoot much if nobody comes within range.
 • While being Knocked back can be an advantage, In can also be a disadvantage because it will always throwing you off balance, which would leave you open to and enemy's attack.
Combinations-strategies I think one of the best strategies of using his technique would be to Dodge incoming attacks or to provide a burst of speed. If an enemy attack os incoming, you can shoot this technique towards the ground in order to launch yourself into the air. If you need to close a short distance, you can fire this technique behind you so that it will propel you forward

Ways to counter this technique A easy way to counter this technique would be to use the element water happens to be weak against, and that happens to be earth. I's create a wall of earth to block the bullet, or a just like the earth dragon to rip through the water and continue on to the user while he's off balanced.

Habaki takes a look at all the information written within the scroll and begins to analyze the information. With the contents written inside, he is able to get a taste for his student's fighting style as well as potential usage and counters in certain situations.

Hmmm... you stated some interesting points. However I really have to point out something regarding the recoil of the technique. Sure, it does indeed knock you back and unbalanced. That being said, the force of it is not large enough to propel you or speed your movement. You could see it as being physically startled or running into a wall and getting knocked backwards, although the pain wouldn't be the same of course. The combination you listed about shooting it behind you in order to increase your speed and close the distance between yourself and the target is also flawed, mostly due to the points I just stated previously. The end result would be the pressurized orb being shot into the ground and causing a disruption in the ground, causing earthen debris to hit your back. Worst case scenario, due to the positioning of your hand being backwards and the addition of the recoil, it could potentially dislocate your actual arm from the shoulder socket. As you pointed out, this technique has a recoil, so it would be wise to release it straight forward or in a way that wouldn't severely harm you in the process.

I believe is too small in scale for you to defend with such a vulnerable defense such as a wall of earth. First of all, the technique is very small and nature and second of all, your view of your target would be obscured in the process. The best course of action would be to perform something that would also allow you to attack, something that can continue forward and take advantage of the user's state after the recoil. Also, let's not forget the range of this technique, so this means that short range usage of earth style could prove to be difficult depending on the situation and actual distance between one another. As for using an earthen dragon, I think it would be overkill. That's if I am thinking of the same dragon that you are, that one being the S-Ranked mud-like one.

Now I will be teaching you one of my favorite techniques under the rain category..

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air). Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.
This technique doesn't create rain for you, you have to previously create it in order to manipulate it afterwards. I want you to focus your chakra around the rain drops within range and change the compounds, similar to that of the water syrup field technique. The rain would then be sticky enough to bind the target in place for a certain period of time before the effects wear off. Now, what can you tell me about this technique? What are some key and hidden details you can draw from it?

Aj nodded in response Habaki corrected his understanding of how the Rain bullet technique actually worked. He then instructed him to perform the next technique he would be learning

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air). Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.
Aj, by utilizing the already pouring rain, focuses his chakra around the raindrops up to mid range of him and changes the compounds. The rain turns to a sticky substance that binds some of the earth clones in place

Now, what can you tell me about this technique? What are some key and hidden details you can draw from it?

Strong points

 • One of the strong points of this technique is the fact that the user can change the composition of the rain to bind the opponent for two turns.
 • Well, I believe that while in's not long, the range of this technique could be considered an advantage. I'm saying this because Midrange is where a majority of battles take place in our RP.
Weak points

 • One obvious weak point of this technique is that it has to be raining for it to be utilized.
 • I think that the high chance of blocking the rain could also be considered a weakness
Combinations-strategies For this technique, I'd combine it with a technique that attacks their sides and behind, forcing them to either stay in mid range or move forward. Or since this technique can be blocked with either wind or earth, I'd attack the opponent with a fire jutsu that could destroy the earth, and since fire is weak to wind, it would be able to overpower and dissipate it.

Ways to counter this technique one simple way to counter this technique would be with a dome of earth that would cover me, that way the rain glue wouldn't be able to come into contact with me. Another counter would be to create a tornado around myself in order to keep the rain away from me.

Dean makes his way to the training field, there he has to train a young man. A guy who was said to be a great swordsman, Dean had only met like a few swordsmen in his life, and none were really very good. Nonetheless, Dean was ready to train! He was doing a lot of Rain trainings lately though z,z

"Alright, so I heard I will be taking over your Rain training. My name is Dean Winchester, what's yours? Now, my method is a bit more simpler. I will explain the technique, then I want you to describe how you perform the technique against my clone, give me at least two advantages and disadvantages of the technique and how you would use it in battle. If you have questions, be sure to ask.

Now the technique at hand is quite simple in nature, and is best used for tactical purposes. Using your rain chakra, you are capable of creating a reflection clone of yourself, which isn't capable of causing damage whatsoever and only acts as a distraction mainly. Everything you do, the clone mimics. After one hit, the clone is dispersed. So yeah, use it strategically against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards his student.

"I have many titles Dean Winchester, but you can call me Aj"

Aj nodded as the new teacher took over his training and explained his methods. He was ready.

He concentrated his rain chakra and created a clone of himself, but this clone was incapable of dealing damage. It's main purpose was to mimic his movements.

Two advantages of this clone was that it could be used to confuse the opponent, seeing as how the clone mimics the user's movements. This would cause the opponent to believe that they're being attack simultaneously. How easily the clone can be dispersed could also be considered an advantage of sorts, and could serve as a surprise to the opponent. Some disadvantages of this are that the clone can't perform any attacks, and It is easily destroyed since It doesn't posses any physical matter.

How would I use it in battle? I would use to clone to attack the opponent from one side, while I take the other. Seeing as how the clone would mimic me, this would cause the opponent to believe they're being attack from both sides simultaneously. Since he has no idea what attack we'd be using, I doubt he'd be able to defend properly.

"Great job, AJ. Here is the technique that you just learned."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

"Alright, now next is one of my favorite techniques in the rain jutsu list. Through the usage of your Rain chakra and the formation of hand seals, you will take a form that mimics the falling Rain, which allows you to conceal yourself. However, fast movements and physical contact will reveal you. This technique allows for some great sneaky attacks. Use it to hide from my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, another sneaky attack. With your Rain chakra, you will condense a single raindrop into a more solid form, which allows the rain drop to become as sharp as a blade. Unfortunately, it is only a single rain drop, and it falls in a straight line. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

As instructed Aj focused his rain chakra and performed a number of handseals, allowing him to take a form that mimicked the falling rain in order to conceal himself as the clone came towards him. He moved slowly since fast movement and physical contact would reveal him, moving to it's left without it's knowledge.

Two advantages of this technique is that it conceals the user, causing the opponent to lose sight of them. This gives the user an opportunity to attack the opponent from an angle they wouldn't expect. The second advantage is that it causes the user to move stealthily without being detected, giving the user an opportunity to sneak up on the opponent. The two disadvantages of this technique is that the user can't have physical contact with another object(?), nor can he make any sudden movements since it would result in the user being detected.

I'd use the technique in battle to sneak up behind my opponent, or even disguise my presence so they'd be unable to find me. This way I'd be able to move around the battlefield without their knowledge.

He then utilized his rain chakra and condensed a single raindrop into a more solid form. This allowed the raindrop to become as sharp as a blade. Since it was only single raindrop that fell in a straight line, he positioned it just before the clone. The raindrop would hit the clone as he advanced to Aj's location.

An advantage of this technique is that it allows the user to turn any raindrop into a weapon that can be used to attack an opponent as they advanced forward. Another advantage it that any drop of rain can be turned into a blade. A disadvantage is that the raindrop can't be controlled, but has to fall in a straight line.

I'd use this technique in battle on either an opponent that's standing still, or one that's advancing to my position in a straight line.

"Great job, AJ. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user.

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.

"Now for the next to work, there must be puddles of water on the ground. So the technique starts off by focusing your Rain chakra into a rain drop, and once it hits a puddle, it will create a small spike from it which can pierce the enemy. A nice sneaky technique once more. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, use your Rain chakra to form a spear in the sky, by condensing a large amount of Rain water to one point and using shape manipulation. With a single hand seal, the rain spear can be called down at any time during the battle. After three turns though, it turns back to rain and falls uselessly. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

The rain had been falling for some time now, and puddles had formed on the ground. Aj once again focused his rain chakra into a single rain drop that hit one of the puddles before the clone as it ran. This caused small spike to rise up from the puddle and pierced the clone, who disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

Two advantages of this technique is that it doesn't require handseals, so it's fairly fast to use. You literally have an unlimited amount of rain drops to choose from, and the opponent doesn't know which one you'll use nor would they expect the spike to come from the ground. A disadvantage would be that only one raindrop can do this, and it may come down to the users timing of the technique ;_;

As with the hidden rain slash, I'd use this technique in battle on either an opponent that's standing still, or one that's advancing to my position in a straight line.

He then uses his rain chakra once again, but this time formed a spear in the sky by condensing a large amount of rain water into one point and applying shape manipulation. Aj performed a single hand seal, causing the spear made of rain spear to fall down on the clone as it ran towards him.

An advantage of this is that the technique can be called down at any time, and stays in the air for three turns. I doubt the enemy would notice it too since they have no reason to look up into the rain. I can't really see any disadvantages to this technique.

I'd use it in battle as a trump card I guess. Overwhelm my opponent with an attack that would literally come out of nowhere. I'd also use it if my opponent was really close to me. I'd drop it and give him the choice of either countering the attack or ignore it, but he'd die either way since I'd attack him as he countered it.

"A disadvantage is that there is a slight pause in the rain when it is formed, and it falls in a straight line. Other than that, great job man. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

"Now the next technique is very useful. You will use your Rain based chakra to cause the opponent to "attract" raindrops, kind of how ferrous metals are attracted to magnets. The rain will then start gathering on the opponent, and later to the ground, which then holds the opponent in place allowing for some nice combinations. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, another distraction technique. Use your Rain chakra to create clones around drops of rain. However, once the raindrops hit the ground, they disperse. These clones merely act as a distraction, which is only useful in some situations. Use it against my clone in a diversionary combo!"

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

Aj channeled his rain chakra and caused raindrops to attract towards the clone as he ran towards him. The rain then began gathering upon the clone, and even the ground around him. This caused it to be held in place, halting his advancing and leaving him open to a number of different combinations.

An advantage of this is that it holds the opponent in place, making it hard for them to dodge attacks from the user. Disadvantage would be that the rain takes a while to form around the opponent.

I'd use it to stop an opponent's advance, and then I'd be able to use another rain jutsu such as hidden rain slash, or even get them with my sword Lol

He once again channeled his rain chakra in accordance with Dean's instructions, and used it to create clones around the drops of rain before the clone in order to hinder it's vision. Once they're in place Aj rushed to the clone, and as his own rain clones fell and dispersed upon hitting the ground he was revealed to be right before it. The clone was taken by surprise as AJ's fist slammed into his face.

An advantage is that the clones cause a momentary distraction, allowing you to take the target by surprise. You could also make clones literally anywhere you want. A disadvantage is that the clones can only move downwards along with the raindrop, and another is the fact that they disperse upon hitting the ground.

I'd use it in battle in order to block my opponent's vision of me, so that I can surprise them. I could also pressure them by creating clones that fall from the sky while I hide, making them think that it was the real me. Once they attacked the clone i'd have an opening to attack them

"Very good, AJ. You're doing well, here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

"Alright, now the last C rank technique. Using your Rain chakra, you will use the opponent's clothes as a medium for this technique. This technique allows you to cause the opponent's clothes to retain the falling water, which would make their clothes heavier the more the rain falls. This of course, would make the opponent slower and allow you to attack easily. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, create a clone of yourself from the clouds. The clone has the appearance of moving clouds, but keeps the shape and color of the user, in this case, you. This clone is capable of dealing and receiving attacks. A simple technique. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.
