Raikage vs Kisame

Kisame's Samehada wouldn't be a factor in this fight. Not even Sasuke's Amaterasu could touch A. What sense does it make to say Samehada could?

And just to play both sides here, even if Samehada absorbed A's Lightning Armor A still has his monstrous strength.

if Kisame starts off in his shark form even if A attacks him if Kisame can keep a good grab on him he could suck his chakra dry(would be a very difficult fight)

How wud he grab him?

Its not soo easy, ok so if he goes shark mode, but who is giving him the time to that?

Raikage is one of Kisame's worst matchups...

Not that I don't believe that A is slightly more powerful than Kisame, but still.

Samehada has NOT shown the ability to just SUCK chakra, that hasn't been molded in the body, because it did suck Naruto's Kyuubi chakra once. However, if Kisame could just suck chakra from Samehada, that would be ridiculous because someone of his caliber would be able to land contact with almost any opponent at least once.

Raikage is almost pure taijutsu. The way I see it is like this.

Raikage rushes in the lightning shroud. Kisame absorbs, but at this point, Raikage is still fast enough to plow Kisame with a fairly powerful Lariat that would topple him to the ground enough for Raikage to do some more damage.

While Killer Bee has a similar fighting style, he lacks the speed. He does not have the same speed that his brother has.

it sucked bee from V2 to regular beast cloak

i don't think he need to swing his sword to take the chakra just needs to be near it

like when bee tried to stab kisame with his chakra infused sword before it got there the chakra was gone

i think kisame takes this, A is fast but with out raiton armour he's managable fast

Even if A lost his Lightning Armor he'd still be more than enough to Kisame to handle.

A's Lightning Armor is only a convenience. Aside from speed he has brute strength and intensifying taijutsu techniques. This Lariat, Raiger Bomb, Guillotine, etc don't come solely from his Lighting Armor. They come from himself and his own physical prowess. Even if A lost his Lightning Armor he'd still be more than enough to Kisame to handle.

lol no his lightining armour is everything, his defense his offense everything

Raikage IS fast while on land. How fast is he under water? If Kisame traps Raikage in his giant water sphere, Kisame will win. If Raikage uses lightning armor, or any other lightning jutsu, he will end up shocking himself while Kisame either heals immediately or absorbs it.

It's not entirely true that Samehada has never absorbed chakra from somebody that didn't appear as a cloak. During the 'Confining the Jinchurriki Arc' Kisame forces Samehada to absorb chakra directly from Killer Bee while he was in his normal form.

True that but what if in the beginning the Raikage attacks like he always does, he was tooo fast for Kisame to even make a hand seal. And what if Samehada betrays Kisame like wit BEE?

The samehada doesn't have to be used to absorb chakra raikage just has to get close like bee did with his chakra enhanced blades and it absorbs raiton before he hits

A w/o is raiton is an easy win for kisame
