I like jiraiya better but. Raikage will. win. He is faster physically stronger and can power up without taking a long time as jiraiya needs

Tough, really tough.
I gotta say at first i thought A would win but somehow after reading the posts I got to the decision that Jman could beat him.
First of all I want to state that the Raikages Lightningarmor does not increase your defense against physical attacks. I think not even against Ninjutsu as long as it's not lightning based. So if Jiraiya manages to get into his Needle Jizo before the Raikage hits him he got a good chance imho. If A hits him after Jiraiya is fully capped with it he might be totally pierced and eigther die right away or due to bloodloss minimum would he be injured very bad. So if Jiraiya surrives one hit he got at least the upperhand.
Also if Jiraiya is standing still (covered by his jutsu) he could gather sagechakra and i doubt that he couldn't find a way to beat A in his sagemode. Plus if he's already in sagemode he could summon the toads for sure --> Run for about 2 minutes, get A under genjutsu and kill him.

thats actually a good fight but i'd go with j-man, his sage mode might be incomplete but hell its still bad ass. sure A is fast as hell but lets say j man covers the fighting area in toad oil and water that would kinda mess with A's elite speed im sure he can catch A off guard with an genjutsu and put him inside the toads stomach. and im sure A could do the same with his techniques. this would be an awesome fight.
indeed it would be an excellent fight and for those of you who keep saying does he start in SM obviously if the question is raikage powered up vs jiraiya SM so assume they are using raiton armour and SM from the get go

Sage mode took him ten minutes running round like a tool to activate raikages super speed punch takes 0.01 seconds to break faces the math isnt looking good for jman does he have any defense for that speed and lets face it pain crushed his throat a punch from raikage would kill him
