Just no, the kagutsuchi even cuts the good tree and you think it wouldn't cut the Raikages leg off?

Yeah Ay should have been calmer and analyzed the situation more but Sasuke had no business at the Kage summit, I agree that Danzo was free reign for Sasuke but why at the Kage summit during it's proceedings? Couldn't Sasuke had just as easily waited outside the borders of The land of Iron? Couldn't Sasuke have attacked Danzo on his way back to Konoha ? He had Karin and could've easily forced Zetsu to track Danzo and what route he was taking home.
Whether or not The other Kage trusted Danzo is irrelevant and the fact that Sasuke attacked the interim Hokage during a meeting between the leaders of others nations means he endangered them by extension and is a international terrorist.
As for the Raikage deserving it, I suppose that is a matter of opinion. Yes Kumo was wrong in kidnapping children and continually stealing jutsu during a time of demilitarization but that is simply a nation attempting to have an advantage over it's potentially dangerous neighboring nations. That being said no nation can claim the high moral ground with Konoha being the least apt to do so. Uchiha coup, destruction of Amegakure land, direct responsibility for the creation of Otogakure, home of Madara, Orochimaru, Obito, and Sasuke all ninja responsible for massive destruction and three of which are responsible for conflicts between the five great nations and two of which responsible for almost ending the world. Konoha may not have tried to kidnap children or steal jutsu but tgey sure seem to have a problem reigning in their missing nin. Every misfortune that has befallen them is justly earned due to their own negligence.
