hmm..well for fire i'd talk to a uchiha or elias...as for wind, i don't know many wind users that can teach...i use wind but i cant teach it...i'd talk to bsama about wind. you might want to look into earth instead of wind. but i'd see if you can use many elements since you have the byakugan
