No, I don't think all white people are racist. I think they are subject to a more racist nature growing up, but not racist by nature. One of my long time best friends was kind of red neck-ish. His parents were nice people, I would sleep over and everything. However his dad had slightly racist views. I can't hold anything against his dad because he was never particularly racist around me. He only expressed racist views, which he probably got from growing up in a predominantly white town; nearly 95%.
Now this is not to say any other race is not subject to such a racist nature. I merely believe it is exhibited among whites more times than not.
As a comedian said, Barack Obama becoming President does not show how far blacks have come. It shows how far whites have come to accept a minority into office. I know a lot of votes had to do with, "white guilt" but it still happened. It's a great step in the ultimate goal of no racism. (This is not to say only Whites can be racist, or racism only occurs between whites and blacks; it's merely an example.)
Oh, OK, I'm sorry, I misinterpreted your words. However, sometimes people are not intending to be racist, sometimes the terms they use or things they say are from a different era. My Nan for instance is 93, she sometimes uses words casually that I interpret as being racist or no longer acceptable, but she doesn't understand what she said was offensive in anyway. It's not an excuse but it is an explanation of how some people can come across as racist but not have racist feelings, it is because they are from a different era.
Then again, you may not be able to teach new tricks to an Edwardian dog but younger people middle aged and such, have no excuse.

No it does, that is the very definition of racism, that is just a way to make your points of view more palatable to yourself. Judging individuals on the stereotypes of their so called race (stupid word), is racism.
Let me explain this way, say you live in a town where the majority of Hispanic people are in gangs and so therefore you develop a dislike for Hispanic people, this is racial profiling, you are judging all Hispanic people based on the what you have encountered, totally dismissing the Hispanic people who are doctors, lawyers, postman, milkman, police officers, fire fighters and so on
This may fall more under dislike by racial profiling, but it is still racism.
