First I'm stating the fact that neji is faster than "weighted " Lee who could avoid the sand and get up in gaaras face , I think ur directing this to narutox26 who ur still failing to counter.
Second , by ur dumb logic neji was almost "blindsided " by kcm naruto to the point he was unable to fully utilize kaiten , same kcm naruto u claim to be far slower than unwieghted Lee , same unwieghted Lee who u claim to be much faster than the naruto who almost "blindsided. " neji.
Meaning by ur dumb idiotic logic , unweighted Lee who u claim is way faster than the person so fast he almost blindsided neji , would obviously do the same only with much more ace and zero chance of failure.

This next scan itself proves without a shadow of doubt , that neji has the "body speed " to easily react to unwieghted Lee since if he didn't he would've gotten blindsided and blitz by him.

Neji's reflexes=his body speed , his reactions are dependent on his body speed , made even worse by the fact that he cannot even read/predict lees movements like sasuke meaning he surely has body speed way beyond the norms of weighted Lee , and this is the same exact tier of speed sasuke needed to hang with them.
