Not sure how you can consider the PC version below the PS4 version. She looks completely retarded with eyes bulging out. The lighting effects isn't realistic in the PS4 version, it's just HDR/Bloom. You can do that on PC as well, it's called enb series which is an ini file you place into the install folder, a simple drag and drop. However that would be bad as it removes the realistic lighting that's already in place.
Your first screen shot is of two different locations in which lighting and other features won't show as well and really, it's two different locations as I said which makes it invalid. When you do screen shot comparisons, the screen shots must be of the same things. It's already been said that Tomb Raider definitive edition is just the Pc version on medium settings. Also, the Tomb raider definitive edition version on PS4 is actually 50 fps, not the promised 60 fps.
Here's some screens of the PC version on 1440p

Your perception is quite off. You know what's sad? This game came out in early 2013 when the PS3 was still out and here it is 2014 with the PS4 and it still doesn't quite match up to the PC version. Closer but still off. Do you have any idea of what this says about consoles? You even had a head start now because the definitive edition is coded specifically for the consoles and has even been reworked in a few ways. Yet still it doesn't match up. That's pretty sad. Ya know, in Pm's Itachi, you stopped replying to me last week because you seriously couldn't prove that the PS4 was better than PC. For someone who has never played on a high end PC, you sure know enough to say it's beneath the PS4. Bias much?
I have Tomb Raider on PC, so I decided to replay the beginning just for this and take an album of in game screen shots of it on ultra. Remember, the ultra settings still leave some settings lowered. So I'll turn them all the way up.

The screen shots are random ones, there's 55 in total. Have fun looking at what PC accomplished in 2013 before the PS4 was even released. I hope you learn that the PC has achieved even greater graphics than this in the time from this game being released, to the time it took for the PS4 to be released.

Now then as I've said before, the PS4 cannot exceed the PC. The PS4 is PC hardware, and it's limited Pc hardware at that. PC already has hardware that exceeds the PS4 greatly. It cannot pull better graphics and performance out of it's ass, it requires hardware that defeats current PC's or comes close and developers coding specifically for that hardware that defeats current PC's. It has developer's coding specifically for it (Not every game) but it doesn't have hardware that even comes close to what PC's have now. So go do research.
