This is how every itachi fan sounds to me. Listen man, its not a matter of graphical power. the girl looks completely different. unlike most games, tomb raider got a complete game for pc not a stupid port. thats why she actually looks different. Maybe her skin is brighter in that shot, but if you actually have a trained eye, there is a ton of aliasing in the ps4 shot. i could go on for days why a pc is better, but i'll settle for telling you why your premise is wrong: I actually like what the pc did better. it looks less like cgi, it has less aliasing, and in my experience, the game has a higher framerate on max on my pc
