We don't know a lot bout tobirama so 2 Mizukage wins by default but if we did have more info on tobirama im sur he would win but good thread u put some interesting info out

Ok i'll explain slowly this time:
Second Mizukage can merge with water right?
Once he merges with the water all of the water becomes a part of him
as shown here :
You must be registered for see images
Once the body of water becomes a part of him he can choose anywhere in the water to come out of and re-solidifiy (it can't be all of the water source if its too massive e.g. suigetsu taking a large portion of the water in the killer bee fight)
That should help you understand what i meant
As for the Blood bending yeah i saw the series it was awesome and i know now how ridiculous the idea was because the blood only contains 4-6 grams of iron which is too small.

Welp..i dont see anyone providing ANY decent argument to disprove that the mizukage would lose so far...i havent seen anyway for the hokage to win....however im still waiting....good job so far Negative Knight!
I'd go with the 2nd Mizukage.
Both are water style users and are good at it irrespective of the terrain.
The mizukage cannot be harmed with water style techniques and that is all Tobirama can do.
Tobirama is known to create huge amounts of water out of nowhere, but that can be a disadvantage coz people of the Hozuki clan can merge with water, and the more the water, the stronger they are. We know this after we saw Suigetsu fight Bee (although he got beat up, he looked stronger than usual)
Another advantage Mizukage has is his genjutsu, an area in which Tobirama is not good (he could be good but we dont know anything abt it so I'm assuming this)
Advantages that Tobirama could have are his S/T jutsu (again we dont know the extent to which he mastered it) and Edo tensei.
He wont be using Edo tensei coz i doubt he would sacrifice any human.
and that is all we know of tobirama's abilities.

Alright even though i just though i just showed you evidence using Suigetsu, someone with the same ability in the same clan
Karin has Red hair and so does Nagato as they are both in the Uzumaki Clan
Suigetsu had the hyrda ability and so does Second Mizukage has the same trait

we honestly dont know much about tobirama
and mizukage is impresive but im going to go with the hokage space time tech and second in line to rule the sinju the dude must be skilled

Excellent post bro! I would say i don't know enough about the second hokage and what other ability's he might have! he does have S/T which is why i will give the win to him.

To be honest with you... I read through almost all of the pages, and a lot of people basically said exactly what I would say. That with the information you've provided, I'd say the Mizukage would probably win. However, IF there was some more info on Tobirama, it would make the debate a lot more challenge-able.
I gotta hand it to you though dude, I like your set up and choice of words for these types of threads. You really lay down the facts properly, and make the OP an enjoyable read.

You said his major weakness is lightning...well I would think that the 2nd Hokage would take this due to his S/T and lightning blade!
