Proof that possibily can't be countered: Preta Path failed to absorb Ninjutsu

preta path is portrayed by the user to be able to absorb anything as long as it carries the title Ninjutsu. No matter if amaterasu, susanoo, even the mokuton. it is all ninjutsu and thus a transformation of chakra and fails in front of the preta path. now we have to analyze the following scan:

the fake rasenshuriken hits the preta path barrier, preta path himself is surprised when the rasenshuriken turns out to be kagebunshin and in this moment, when the barrier is still present, the bunshin grabs preta path.

now the question (i dont want to debate nonsense, just answer the question) why wasnt the kagebunshin absorbed when the barrier that should be able to absorb ANY ninjutsu and the kagebunshin hit the existing barrier in form of a rasenshuriken?

Kagebunshin = ninjutsu is fact. kagebunshin is shape manipulation of chakra, the user creates a clone of chakra that disappears when t is hit.

Clones have chakra, they arent made of chakra, absorbing chakra from the clone is the same thing as absorbing chakra from the original, therefore some chakra was absorbed, but not enough to dissipate the clone.

Preta absorbs all ninjutsu regardless of its nature and wasn't that naruto transforming himself.

Fail attempt to find a hole in the Preta Path. I presume you dislike Nagato, Obito or Madara, but most likely Nagato. Your point was proven wrong - Preta Path > Ninjutsu

maybe it's because it has substance. It's like a physical body not just a normal clone. I also don't think preta would absorb gaara's sand because it's physical not just chakra/ magic.
