Right, what Kushina showed was an exceptional lifeforce and willpower.
For lak of a better reference its more comparable to Sakura fighting through Sasori's poisons.

Base tsunade is tsunade without any mark on her forehead, can you not see how improved sakura became when the diamond mark appeared on her forehead? Tsunade has it active at all times, the same way as her perpetual henge. Having the mark means she isn't in base.

Kushina has no such technique, which means she was in base. As for kushina not having a strong body you are wrong, kushina was albiet with the help of minato was able to stop the 9 tails claw from reaching naruto.

This is a feat of physical strength and before you say the chains helped, they didn't because the chains became loose after the kyuubi shrunk. Tsunade has never been shown stopping something as large as the 9 tails.

Kushina is an ashura transmigrant like tsunade they both have strong life force and body, kushina just has a stronger combination.

Tsuande regeneration wasn't ativated hence why he said base.

Her uzumaki bloodline is never mentioned, only her being a senju is. In fact her being partially or very small amount of uzumaki is pretty irrelevant in the manga. Only her being a senju is relevant.

I say the fact that Kushina survived the tailed-beast extraction is pretty supreme, however I believe that she'd eventually die as hinted at by Tobi.

From my understanding the seal stores chakra, if sakura only stopped storing chakra in the seal then she would have technically been twice as strong only, but she wasn't. Sakura's strength went up dramatically, meaning the activation of the seal itself grants an increase(more than twice that's for sure) in the physical parameters of the user. This is barely different than other seal enhancements like the CM

Where did you get that either of them have "Strong" bodies. They just have immense stamina. I don't think their skin is any harder. They have strong life forces. Feat wise I think tsunade wins but Kushina is a full blooded uzumaki and might be able to survive a bisection just like tsunade.

her grandfather was Hashirama tho. Who is superior to Uzumaki blood as far as "Body" goes. So I don't see how its the uzumaki blood that comes into play.

Tsunade blitz Orochimaru and tanked a stab in the heart twice, and manged to unseal her byakugou and regnerate.

But her tanking the teleportation jutsu says alot, its like a raikage.

She had here torso jabbed with two Susanoo swords and her lower body was completely ripped from her upper body.

She was the only kage conscious when that happened too.

Yet she still kept on going despite her body being burned and torn apart.
