Her uzumaki bloodline is never mentioned, only her being a senju is. In fact her being partially or very small amount of uzumaki is pretty irrelevant in the manga. Only her being a senju is relevant.

From my understanding the seal stores chakra, if sakura only stopped storing chakra in the seal then she would have technically been twice as strong only, but she wasn't. Sakura's strength went up dramatically, meaning the activation of the seal itself grants an increase(more than twice that's for sure) in the physical parameters of the user. This is barely different than other seal enhancements like the CM
Where did you get that either of them have "Strong" bodies. They just have immense stamina. I don't think their skin is any harder. They have strong life forces. Feat wise I think tsunade wins but Kushina is a full blooded uzumaki and might be able to survive a bisection just like tsunade.

her grandfather was Hashirama tho. Who is superior to Uzumaki blood as far as "Body" goes. So I don't see how its the uzumaki blood that comes into play.
