Weaving a set of two hand seals I place my hands on the ground unleashing doton chakra cre

Sending doton chakra into the earth I cause two cubes of earth to rise up from both of my sides. With swift arm motions I use one of the slabs to intercept the kunai you had whipped at me and then following up with great momentum I move my arms to fling the cubes forward to crash into your body. As the rocks are flung forward I weave two hand seals and slam my hands onto the ground creating an enormous stone prison around our position to prevent your easy escape.

I like both of them. Very simple techniques that offer a lot of versatility and use. Two techniques that I honestly don't see used very often and it surprises me. The first is quite fast and easy to perform as it simply requires arm movements and the second creates a useful prison. The way you used it on me months ago was to prevent me from sensing you with rain which was effective in that regard until it was destroyed of course.

As sensai opens up the lewd magazine I can't help but feel unnoticed. Sensai must notice me ,_,

Quickly I manipulate my earthen chakra to create three stalactites from the ground in front of me. With my chakra I lift them up and cause them to launch themselves toward the lewd magazines at various angles. However, to protect my sensei's life so he can notice me afterwards I launch them all at angles slightly upwards so when they strike the magazine they fly over his head safely. The magazine is impacted and flies backward impaled by a stalactite. Then, as it flies back, I complete a series of hand seals opening up a trench behind sensai that causes the lewd magazine to fall into the earth to never be found again.

No questions about these techniques. Straight forward and simple. I particularly like the first trench technique given its versatility with placement and usage as either defensive or offensive or simply supplementary.

This first one is like the B-rank mudwall, but it's A-ranked and you can create multiple mudwalls. Self-explanatory but a great jutsu in general.

( Doton: Tajū Doryūheki ) - Earth Release: Multiple Mudwall Technique

Description: Like the parent technique, it creates a reinforced wall of earth to be used as a defensive mechanism. However, the technique works in a different manner. Using a pre-existing source of earth, it allows the user to create multiple walls of earth, further fortifying their defense instead of forming a single wall, by slamming his hands on the ground.

These next two should be performed in a combination. They're really underused, especially for an Earth specialist, in my opinion. You'll unravel a scroll and weave a bunch of handseals, summoning a huge amount of earth to form a structure of your choosing, basically allowing you to change the terrain of the entire battlefield at a whim.

After that, the second technique has you transforming the earth you summoned into something else. For example, if I created a canyon with the first jutsu, I could use the second jutsu to change it into a mountain. Seriously, highly underrated due to tactical options.

Descripton: The user will bite his thumb and perform the Boar → Monkey → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals, slamming their hand into a scroll on the ground. This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.

Well as you said it it creates the mud wall except in this case it makes multiple mud walls. So quite nice in that regard as it adds to a degree of versatility in the positioning of each wall. From the wording I assume that you can't make one single A-Rank wall. So depending on how many walls you make they will be weaker but in total come back together to create an A-Ranked wall. Overall nice technique. It doesn't require hand seals unlike the previous version which did so there is that nice plus to it.

This is a pretty amazing earth technique and surprises me that it isn't S-Ranked to be honest. It is incredibly powerful and I have never really seen it used before. Having this degree of control over a battlefield seems to be pretty much unmatched by almost anything else I have seen so far across the elements so as I said...wow. So you basically can create whatever you want out of this by summoning huge amounts of rock from some random canyon somewhere o-o. Incredible power and versatility allowing you to do anything from create a giant pillar, mountain, gorge, etc. And then, if you follow up with that you can actually change the design with the second technique. So say, if you summon a mountain but you decide you have no use for that mountain you can easily change it into a pillar or back into a flat plain, if the terrain was originally a plain that is. Honestly I'd use this to do my best ability to obstruct and confuse my opponent and make it a living hell for them to move about the terrain and then use the Dimension Topography Control to alter it further and hinder them. It is great for that.

The Stone Golem is quite a useful technique I must say and very simple to use. Requiring no hand seals it stands to be quite quick in activation and usage as you merely need expel it from your mouth. A few basic uses of this are to create an incredibly fast shield to block strong techniques (with rank, size, and proper strengths and weaknesses of course). Or you could simply create it to land a bone shattering punch on the opponent in close range with it. So one question regarding the technique...it says created in short range but can it operate autonomously in long-range? Or can it never leave short-range?

Okay so Swamp of the Underworld. The big one. The overused one. The deadly one. So much to talk about Swamp its crazy. Basically you weave two hand seals and terraform and area of your choosing with a size of your choosing. So this is an insanely useful technique. So you terraform the area of your choosing into a swamp capable of sucking enormous summonings and people down into it and killing them in a gruesome way. Of course, the user has to be wary of this themselves as they are easily capable of drowning themselves should they fall into it as it does not choose who to suck in and not. It simply just pulls everything on its surface down. This is a great technique to use against summonings of all sizes.

The third technique is probably the most straight forward of this batch. Basically weave three hand seals to create a wall of earth and then cause mud to slide from it toward the enemy. This is pretty straight forward and easy. The wall will initially block eye sight between you and the opponent I believe until the mud begins to rush which in turn destroys the wall. The mud is of course flammable making it a great combination with fire!

I believe the is autonomous up to mid range max... based on its depiction in the anime/manga, the users were never really too far from it. So don't take any chances with long range.

The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

(Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique

Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.
Note: The initial effects last for 2 turns or until countered.

As Gamabunta charges at me from a great distance I immediately intercept him by causing an enormous spike to emerge from the ground impaling him before he can reach me. The great spike brutally enters his gullet instantly dispersing him sending him back to Myobokuzan before he can even react to the damage caused by it fatally wounding the poor boss toad ;_;. Seeing you then pull out another lewd magazine I can't help but once again feel overlooked as sensai pays attention to other men in those lewd magazines ~_~. With the two boulders that magically appear I place my hand on the first reducing its weight to almost nothing easily lifting it up and whipping it at sensei's lewd magazine causing it to strike the magazine and hit sensei but not actually deal any damage. Then, with the other I cause the earth below it to rise up as I place my hand on it increasing its weight this time. The earth below then launches it toward the lewd magazine now floating in the air and then crushes the magazine under the heavy rock.

Honestly I like both of them. They both have different uses and different places in battle. Light Weight will increase the speed of an attack as seen with Onoki and A in their fight against Madara. Added Weight will increase the damage of something by making it heavier. So both of them are stupidly useful and really it depends on the situation you're in.

Question...can I use Light Weight to increase my speed to avoid techniques coming at me within appropriate size and shape?

Overall, a simple jutsu, but the rock is a projectile... if it hits your opponent and explodes, it's double trouble ;)

Quite a nice technique. So you release a large slab of rock that can break bones with striking someone directly. Which is quite potent in and of itself as it says it travels with incredible force. However once it touches the ground it causes the earth to splinter up similar to that of a grenade and shrapnel. So this means you can use it to strike an opponent with the slab directly and should it miss and hit the ground it explodes making evasion quite dangerous.

So one question. How far to the shrapnel projectiles move?

The Shrapnel can reach up to mid range... nothing longer than that.

This one's a bigger version of the A-rank Moving Earth Core. You can pretty much control the elevation of the ENTIRE battlefield if done right. Insane. Otherwise, it's similar in functionality to the A-rank variant. Note that it can only be used twice.

(Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core
Rank: S
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

This second technique is the Earth and Stone Dragon. Underestimated, but the number of handseals makes it a little slower than other jutsus. I'd recommend having a specialty attached if you want to use this quickly. You can ride the dragon or even control its attack pattern with your chakra.

(Doton: Dosenkiryū) – Earth Release: Earth and Stone Dragon Technique

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Horse → Dog → Bird → Ox → Snake will create a large dragon of earth erupt from the ground and direct it towards the enemy with devastating force. This technique much resembles the Water Release: Water Dragon technique.

Last jutsu. Slam your hands onto the ground and cause the Earth to erupt upward. Anything underground is pushed upward. Honestly not a jutsu with many uses in battle, but it can take care of underground entities, for example. If you ever find a bunch of Zetsus in the NW, be sure to use this XD

(Doton: Kaido Shōkutsu) - Earth Style: Opening Earth Rising Excavation

So the first technique is pretty amazing and fantastic. You basically get to freely raise and lower any area of the terrain up to 100 meters in dimensions. So wow. Okay. Its an improved version of the A-Rank in size but also speed. The speed is really where this technique gets a nasty twist because should you raise it, it happens so fast that they get pushed down onto the surface instantly throwing them off balance. Should you lower it, it practically makes them losing their footing temporarily suspending them in air. Amazing technique.

The second technique is straight forward and as you said, quite underused, possibly due to the hand seal requirement. Which to be honest the hand seals aren't even that bad. So you make a dragon you can control and maintain throughout the battle until its destroyed. You can ride it, smash it into the opponent, cause it to wrap around you, whip you into the air, whatever you want really. Making this an incredibly versatile technique and stupidly useful. One question, once you use it I assume you have to maintain it making it so you can't use other techniques while this is on the field and active?

So the last technique basically counters all those underground techniques such as mines, hiding like a mole, etc. You just have to know they are there to avoid metagaming it. Basically you cause a volcano to erupt from the ground and forcefully expel anything you want from underground. Be it what I mentioned, 100,000 zetsus, or the three lewd magazines that have fallen to the core of the earth. So once again quite a good technique. It is important to note the range on the technique as you can't use it on anything within short-range of you.

As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

The S-ranks are pretty much stronger variations of A-rank jutsus. Like this one, for example. Great Stone Golem... you can only create one from the ground, not from your mouth. Remember you also need to fuel its sentience with your le chakra. I believe you can't use other jutsus while controlling this, but you can release control and reestablish it at any time.

Make one and give him a name. *mumbles to himself* If you call him "Rocky", I swear to the Sage...

Description: The user creates a even larger and stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.

So Mountain Smash. The big one. Its power is incredible but it does possess one weakness and that is to escape it you merely need destroy one side of it so the other side of it just flings your body. It happens incredibly fast and should you get caught in it it is good game for you as there will be nothing left but a piece of paper ;_;. I'm surprised this can be only used twice to be honest as I would think you should only be able to use this once lol. It terraforms the map too leaving an enormous dome shaped object where it was created and can destroy and up-heave most defenses on the ground.

So this can dispel A-Rank genjutsu but of course you have to know that you're in one to use it. Its quite powerful and a very good defense capable of creating a very powerful earth armor around your body at any point you need it at or your entire body should you want it. You can also create some intricate weapons with this that can assist in taijutsu. Of course forming it does hinder your movement somewhat depending on where it is formed of course.

So the last one is very powerful as well creating an enormous stone golem that Onoki used to defend against Madara's Susanoo's magatama. This one is created in the earth in front of the user and can be huge (30 meters in height) and can smash things, destroy things, break em, etc. It makes a potent defensive wall as well being able to defend and attack and practically the same time. And yeah as you said you have to fuel it so you can't use other techniques simultaneously. One question, when you reestablish control I assume you have to post the technique again and thus spend another 40 chakra?

So basically both of these techniques are stronger versions of their A-Rank counterparts. Both of htese techniques have a ton of versatility to them and through them the user can achieve some devastating power. So basically with the technique you either gain or lose 40 damage to a physical attack. That is quite powerful and really right there you add on 40 damage so B-Rank taijutsu will become equivalent to S-Rank and make it pretty much instantly lethal to get hit by it undefended as it becomes boneshattering. However, should you want to use these for other purposes, and there are many, you gain some other effects. The light weight technique is basically what Onoki used to stop the first of Madara's meteors with the assistance of Gaara's sand. That should speak volumes about how powerful the technique is. They can either reduce the weight to effectively 0 allowing for extremely quick movements or increase it up to 100 times its weight to increase the force behind it.

So both extremely versatile and dangerous techniques. They do not count as full body surges however even though it does make snese somewhat. So amazing techniques and a great way to finish off earth release :D.
