Quickly perform the needed handseals and release your lightning chakra all around your body. Then make it seem like your body emanates light and blind your opponent.

*I first begin by gathering my chakra and moulding it into super fast and powerful Lightning Nature Chakra. I then channel it throughout my entire body whilst preforming the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger Hand Seals. I then release my chakra from my body and use my chakra control and transform it into a a super bright light. As I am preforming this Jutsu your clone becomes blinded and looks away trying to regain his vision.*

"This is a very good distraction Jutsu, used in both single battles or team battles to get the opponent blinded so you can hit them with a very solid attack. Other than that, it does not do much."

"To defend against this Jutsu you must simply be not looking into the light. There is no other way to defend against it."

I then put my hand out and release the chakra in my hand and shaping the chakra and transforming it into a ton of lightning bolts that shoot out into a circular area. It makes your clone disappear.*

"It is very useful for defense against either one opponent or even many as it protects 360 degrees around you. Or you can also attack with this Jutsu destroying terrain or attacking many people at one."

"To defend this Jutsu stay out of range or insulate the air or if you are attacking the other person quickly stop so that you are not in the radius of the circle of lightning bolts that shoot out at you."

As I shape them I then use my chakra to shoot them at your clone which then shocks it and makes it disappear.*

"This is a very basic Jutsu that cannot be used for much besides a quick lightning attack that could maybe do a little damage to them, or send it through water."

"To defend against this Jutsu, you just need a C-Rank Earth jutsu or D-Rank in any other element, or just go underground and also you can use a strong lightning Jutsu against it which will make it hit the Lightning and then continue on."

"It is very useful against a bunch of targets. They would need a big Jutsu to stop it. It can be used in a combination technique with water. It is overall a pretty diverse Jutsu."

"To defend against this Jutsu you would need a very widespread and big Jutsu to defend multiple people or each individual person could defend their part of it. Or just go underground. :/"

Alright throw two large shurikens and keep a wire attacked to them. As you throw them release lightning unto them. The shurikens will hit the opponent and pin him down and using the lightning you will paralyze the opponent.

As it is on him I continue to mould and channel chakra into these wires. So the electrical current continues to flow into your clone.*

"Good for a squad vs squad or team vs team because while one person has them paralyzed the other can just attack them while they cannot move. This is a very good supplementary Jutsu, not really used for anything else."

"To defend against this Jutsu, you can either have a teammate cut the wires or insulate the wires so no more electricity can flow through it. Or do not get hit by the shuriken in the first place so you are not paralyzed. You must stay at long range so you are not hit."

"Question: Does this just numb them, so they can still move for one move, or paralyze them for one move and they cannot move at all?"

*I first take my sword off my back and rush at your clone. I then swipe up at your clone sending him into the air. I then put my sword back in its sheathe and push off the ground and continue to punch and kick your clone further into the air. I then land on the ground and mould my chakra into super fast and powerful Lightning Chakra. I then preform the necessary Hand Seals and create a Chidori in my hand. I then move under him and as he is about to hit the ground I hit him back into the air with the Chidori again and then he falls down and hits the ground. Your clone disappears.*

"Very good move using a combination of Taijutsu, Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu. It would confuse your opponent as they are being attacked at what to expect next. Very good attack."

"To defend, simply stay at a medium-long range so they cannot initially hit you into the air to begin the string of attacks. Once they have you in the air, there is not much you can do to stop it."

I then channel my chakra into my hand while preforming the necessary Hand Seals to create a Chidori. As the Chidori is forming I then use my chakra control and shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a long spear which reaches up to mid range. I then use it like an extension of my arm and sweep up below your clone sending him into the air and then smashing him back into the ground again making the clone disappear.*

"This is a great Jutsu for defense as you can cut incoming attacks or defend a teammate when they are mid range away like Sasuke and Karin against Killer Bee. It is also great for destroying building or structures or just as an awesome attack."

"To defend against this Jutsu, you can either quickly insulate the air so that the Chidori cannot have electricity running through the air or stay at long range. If you are to go underground the can just smash the ground. There is not many ways to defend against this Jutsu."
