Alright create a clone of yourself with lightning chakra. Make it very solid so that it will resemble you but make it having a core of lightning so when someone hits through it, it will burst with lightning.

"Oh sorry about that. Why can the Earth shadow clone only use up to C-Rank but this one can use up to B-rank? Is it because the Earth one can reform and this one can't?"

*I first gather and mould my chakra into fast and powerful Lightning Nature Chakra that I then channel throughout my body. I then release it and shape as well as compress my chakra into the shape of myself, I focus on the details so that it looks exactly like me. As I finish creating it, it seems that it were exactly me but inside, it is actually just made of lightning.*

"This can be used for attacking with multiple Lightning Jutsu at once, or you can have a clone do the Lightning Jutsu and you do a Water Jutsu and combine them to make a more powerful technique to hit your enemy with."

"Well I don't know if there is really a counter to this seeing as it isn't an attack, but you basically jut have to hit it with an pretty powerful wind technique and it is done, also you must just watch out for combination Jutsu with the clone and original."

I then jump and hit the tree a few time. The tree falls over.*

"I could use this in a battle when fighting with a sword so that when I am fighting another person with a kunai or sword, my sword is much stronger than their's. It is very great in battle."

"I could defend against this by also using this same technique to even out the cutting power between my enemy's and my cutting power. There is not really another way except, would putting wind chakra into a shuriken or kunai, make it stronger than a lightning sword?"

"I could use this as a very powerful attack or also to destroy big structures and to use in conjunction with water for powerful attacks. This combined with a good water technique would be very good."

"To defend against this Jutsu, I could use a wind technique to insulate the air that the lightning is traveling through. Or I could go under ground to dodge the attack as it requires a hand seal so it isn't super fast, well the lightning is but not as fast as a jutsu that requires no hand seals."

"I could defend against this Jutsu by either using a strong wind technique, or moving to a far distance as it is short-mid range. There is not much else that can be done because it destroys the Earth below the enemy and I as he attacks so I can not go underground."

I then step away from your clone 10m and take a swing at your clone causing it to disappear.*
