I want you to answer these questions, When/how will you use the jutsu? How would you defend against it?
Also in your descriptions, you will be attacking my clone, so I want it like you are actually in a spar with him.
Also the least amount I want you to write is four lines for your description and two lines per question.

"The Lightning Release is mostly a offensive nature type, except of the case of the 3rd Raikage and A, so most of the Jutsu I will be doing in battle will be offensive and very fast because it is lightning. These Jutsu can be used in conjunction with Water to drench your opponent and further electrify them. It can also help defend against Earth because the Lightning makes the Earth crumble away. So if someone were to send a giant boulder at me, I could use a lightning spear to make the Earth crumble away and do nothing to me."

"Oh sorry in your list of what you wanted to do you said how would you use this jutsu and I thought you meant just Lightning in general sorry... Lightning is weak to Wind because Wind is a natural insulator for electricity thus getting rid of the electricity. Lightning Release is also part of Storm Release along with Water Release. Other famous lightning users could be Darui (Can use black lightning and storm release), Kakashi who created Chidori and Raikiri who taught Sasuke who is also very good in Lightning release now, with his new technique Kirin."

*Walks over to a lightning storm and sits down... I close my eyes and begin to feel my chakra flow through my body and it calms me down. As the lightning hits the ground I can feel the speed and power of it, and the vibrations is creates when it strikes the ground. I can feel the lightning hit the ground and seconds later I can hear the sound, so I realize how much faster it is than sounds. This gives me a good idea of the basics of lightning. I open my eyes and see that trees all around me are burning.*

*I begin to mould my chakra inside my body thinking of the power and speed of the lightning that I experienced before. I feel my chakra becoming faster and more powerful inside me so I then channel it throughout my body and continue to release it like a shield around my entire body, and as your clone hits me, the clone disappears as it is shocked by my shield.*

"In battle I could use this against week earth techniques to shatter the earth that they have used their chakra to create and make it crumble.

To defend against this I could use a Wind Release technique as it is strong against lightning and pierce through the Lightning armor making it useless."

This is basically the same thing like the last jutsu but with this you will mold the lighting into more compact strikes. This will cause it to explode upon contact and send your opponent back...

This is basically the same thing like the last jutsu but with this you will mold the lighting into more compact strikes. This will cause it to explode upon contact and send your opponent back...

*As the clone rushes at me I concentrate my chakra into lightning chakra by making it powerful and very fast. I then channel my chakra through my arms to my hands and focus on making a more concentrated shield in front of me. When your clone hits me the shield blocks it and causes the shield to explode and your clone flies back and disappears.*

"In a battle I can use this Jutsu if my enemy is running at me with a kunai, I can block it with this Jutsu and cause them to fly back giving me time to attack them or to block other attacks and a little bit stronger earth attacks.

I can defend against this by using a much stronger Jutsu, than this one or just by getting behind the opponent or finally by using a wind Jutsu that would pierce through the shield.

Question, if I use a lets say B-Rank Lightning Jutsu, is the ruling that a C-Rank Wind could block it. But only an A rank Earth Jutsu could block it because of strengths and weaknesses?"

*As I see your clone I quickly begin to mould my chakra into Lightning Nature Chakra. I then channel it through my arms to my hands. Through my hands I compress my chakra into small bolts of lightning and shoot them out of my fingertips. Each bolt comes out with amazing speed and flies toward your clone and hits him and makes him disappear.*

"In battle I could use this for a quick attack when my opponent's guard is down. Or to distract him while I use a stronger Jutsu to take him out.

In battle I could stop this by either dodging all the small bolts of lightning with great speed or by using a C-Rank Earth technique or D-Rank technique in any other element."

"I could use this jutsu both as a straight forward attack on an enemy or I could first use a water technique to either drench the opponent or make him be standing in water, and then use this technique to shock him very badly."

*I first begin by moulding the chakra into very powerful and fast Lightning Nature Chakra. I then continue by channeling it throughout my body and as I am doing this I focus on the properties of Lightning that it uses to destroy the Earth. I then release it around my entire body and while doing so transform it into an armor coating around my body of Electricity. The spikes hit me and crumble away.*
