Current Mr.1 vs Pica? I'd say Daz Bones has grown stronger since the timeskip as has crocy boy. If his development is even remotely close to Zoro's then he won't be one shotted by pica. He could actually win but it all depends on his development.

The only noticeable thing Mr.1 has ever done was be able to block Mihawk's attack but I think Oda gave him & Croc. a buff during the MF arc so they wouldn't get wrecked. Anyways, Pica wins quite easily.

Pica would actually bury them in to the ground without having to fight directly any of them ,adding his full body haki form he would actually solo, the difference on the post and pre- skip fighters is completely different, if daz bones couldnt take a first time used shishi sonson without the samurai sword and crocodile couldnt take pre-gears luffy punches then they are getting wrecked by someone on pica's level, adding doflamingo is the stupidest thing u have ever done, no offence though.

Marineford was a huge clusterfu*k all around, characters showed feats that they didnt ever posses such as luffy taking on admirals attacks and be able to get back on his feats, some little show offs arent going to make crocodile stronger then he was shown against luffy, though the only impressive thing he did overall was stopping an uninteresed mihawk in the war and getting saved from doflamingo from not being pummeled to death by Jozu.

You also have to take into account of the location everyone was to blind to read.

In the desert crocodile has never been defeated nor can Doffy fly and pica can assimilate in that area.

Their devil fruit is useless there, while pica's Haki is somewhat featless.

Daz can easily cut through pica's sword assimilation regardless.

That's not up for debate, him taking out Jozu and other Haki monsters his whole life puts pica in his place.

Meaning not a captain and not a warlord.
