Oh great...the endless discussion.
Well I myself can't stand religions over all.
Most of them lead to nothing good. So many wars are born solely on religions.
I think it's foolish to believe a book and flap your mouth about it when you don't have any proof.
Sure, many people live good lives based on the religious teachings, nothing wrong with that. But when people start to convert people and almost force them to believe, it's wrong.
Protesting and yelling "You can't mock my god!!" is wrong.
Everyone should be able to believe or not and dispute their religion and beliefs.
So no, I'm not religious nor am I Atheist. I don't count everything out nor do I belive in it all.
If there's one religion I would believe and live by, it would be Buddhism.

Im a christain. Thts a great point man and tht is the problem some christains put them selfs above others, act like there better and thts going against wht the bible teaches. It says u should be the light to others and put them before urself. .

No religion religion is just a reason for man to start war over with each other and so it sickens me to be honest, but hey if you wanna believe in god or allah it`s your choice

and my opinion here is why the catholic's prayer always be scripted.?
did god say to them that they pray always like that.?
I'm saying that they can even change and tell to god what are they needed...
so even the world will destroy.. the prayer is always be repeated..
if I am they, I will ask the God to save me from suffering from my sins and be saved by Rapture... Always think about God...
I know the the world will destroy because it is written in Bible..

It's not the religion or faith etc. That brings war
it's how we react or how we interpret things
you cannot judge religion because of it's people and
you cannot judge people because of their religion..
Believe what you want to believe
do what you wanted to do..
But don't blame it on the religions..

i am in a special situation i think. . . . . . . i dont believe in any god or satan but i believe there has to be a place to go after we die such as heaven,hell and limbo all depending on how you lived your life.

: for me my religion tells me everything i need 2 know..i'm a muslim and everything i learned from my religion makes sense and i believe that it's true.. some people don't believe in islam...but if they just give a little of their time to learn it or what it's all about they will see what they have been missing~ and islam doesn't force any1 to choose it that's 1 of the beauty of it.. it gives every1 a chance to learn the truth.

to me religion has become more about the whole believe me or you will burn or your soul will rot and decay for all time. me personally i do think there is a higher power. my proof is the whole big bag theory, scientists has determined that if thats how it happend the universe would have collapsed back in on itself, meaning we wouldent be here talking about religion. now dont get me wrong i do believe theres somthing out there and there should be a place were all good people get rewarded. the only thing i dont like about religion (mainly Christianity) is that everything seem to offend them. examples, i live in north california, they hold alot of anime conventions here, one of the biggest being a con called fanime it happens once a year, and outside were its held there are protesters saying were all going to hell for cosplaying. also harry potter books again lay off its just a book full of stories (hint hint). third and finaly, the way that most not all say being gay is evil. i may not be gay but i have tons of friends who are and especially dont like it when there told that following there hearts is evil. i may not have read the bible in a while but if i recall god make us in gods image and loves us all equally............need i say more. the last thing im going to mention is hell. i personally believe if religion is true that its not real. in the original testament the devil is only mentioned once and only once and there is no mention of hell. if i offended any1 with what i said im sorry but i was speaking from the heart. and isnt that what god tells us to do?

you misunderstand me at all dude... when i said that at the end of the day it's our choice, i mean what you have done is what you have decided to do so take the consequences and dont blame it on religions ( like religions started wars, etc).
and i'm a Christian.. I have faith in GOD.

i have a question i hope some1 can answer for me: thou shall not kill is 1 of the commandments right? and any1 who doesnt follow the commandments are deemed sinners and sent to hell right? my question is what became of the people who broke 1 of gods rules of no killing but said they were doing it in the name of god?
Not sent to hell. Lets just say that those people aren't alive today.

I can tell you that the reason The Bible is revised is because nitwits don't understand The King James Version. I can also tell you that there is truth in The Bible that Science has only recently caught up with. But yeah about the written word by* man inspired by God is right on the spot

Ill help you out here with a good answer.
No one kills in the name of god because when jesus was being captured peter tried to fight off the guards in the garden of gesemeti and jesus told him to stand down. Then later peter denied jesus obviously but even jesus said no killing. So there is no killing in the name of god.
On the sinning part it is true that killing is a sin but in the bible it explains every sin is the same to god because only one sin seperates you from perfection. So stealing my pencil in class would be the same as killing me in class, its all a sin.
BTW the greatest missionarie ever (PAUL) who wrote most of the new testament use to kill christians before he was converted.
