No, Amateratsu was used to burn the Ice on his hand, so that he could make direct contact with it, and only then was he capable of controlling it, after it made contact with him (or his chakra). Amateratsu against Kabuto was spawned far from Sasuke, so it wasn't Enton. And no, it is as fast as Amateratsu travels, but it lacks Amateratsu's ability to spawn, hence he used Amateratsu on the ice and then used his Enton, rather than starting off with Enton like he would with his Susano. So Enton is fast, it just lacks Amateratsu's ability to spawn.

I still don't see how Amatersu being spawned will matter to Gaara. His sand blocks it and disposes of the burned sand, then Gaara creates another sand.

That's Rinnegan Sasuke, whose control and power over Susanoo is considerably higher than his lesser version. He doesn't have that feat in this form.

Again, that's Rinnegan Sasuke, not EMS Sasuke. I used the term ''nullify''.

Because that means there's much less time for him to react as it's part travelling part 'S/T manner' spawning.
His control would be no different. Enton is capable of spawning through the majority of Tenketsu's on a mere ribcage Susano, since all Enton's used with Susano are manifested directly from his chakra or around his hand itself. Him not being able to use the same tenketsu's to utilise Raiton is ignoring the fact he can use his Doryoku to achieve such, and ignoring the fact he can use his Raiton with his Susano simultaneously to emphasise he can use any tenketsu in the Susano itself.

React? Gaara doesn't need to react. In fact, he constantly wears his sand armour, so if by a chance he does get hit, the sand can dispose of it. (Assuringly he can control like the shield) No, there is a difference. Could Naruto use a Mini-Rasenshuriken before having Kurama's power under control? Nope. Could Naruto mix elements with his Rasenshuriken before gaining Bijuu's power? Nope. Could Kakashi use PS without Rikudou's power enhancing his Doryoku to achieve it? Nope. As you can see from these examples, the greater the power they gained, the benefits they get from them. Sasuke had Hagoromo's power enhancing his Doryoku, and that's how he achieved a PS like Indra's and how he could conjunct his Raiton with Susanoo. To say he can do something he never did with his lesser version (and can't do), is nothing more than illogical assertion.

Gaara extremely-high-diff. Sasuke's Leg Susano'o isn't really match for any Jinchuriki, let alone a perfect one.

Yes, that would counter it. The rest of your argument is flawed. Naruto didn't have TBB powers to use them in the first place, Sasuke had Susano. Kakashi didn't have a second MS to use PS, Sasuke had Susano. The only thing Sasuke received was a Rinnegan and the Rikudo's chakra, nothing indicates he received the ability to utilise Tenketsu through his Susano, it's fallacious. If anything, Sasuke has used Enton through his entire Susano which displays it has always had usable Tenketsu, and has done it with the hand and its entire body. Him not being able to use Raiton while in his Susano is going against what the manga has shown to make a biased case for a favourable character. I don't see why Rikudo's chakra would create tenketsu on Sasuke's Susano which was already usable with Enton since MS, and your examples didn't support the argument as to why Rikudo's chakra enhancement would create tenketsu for Sasuke's Susano. It is a logic assertion because he's had the potential to do so since MS, and the Rikudo's chakra has no reason to give him such a bonus as it is completely irrelevant from its power-ups.

Hasn't been shown regarding EMS, so he can't do it. Yes I'm going to be dense for this match-up.

...but in being dense, you are committing a fallacy appealing to ignorance, arguing for the negative claim that Sasuke cannot channel Chidori/Raiton alongside Susanoō for lack of evidence. In arguing in this way, you base your argument not on knowledge, but on ignorance, a lack of knowledge. The lack of evidence for Sasuke utilizing Chidori/Raiton alongside Susanoō does not constitute as sufficient evidence against it. This form of dialogue, arguing from ignorance, violates the principle of burden of proof in which by claiming Sasuke has not shown that he can Chidori/Raiton alongside Susanoō you are attempting to shift the burden of proof unto Strict and Apex implicating that they have the responsibility to disprove your claim or provide support of Sasuke being able to use Chidori or Raiton through Susanoō. If Strict and Apex do not accept the responsibility to disprove your claim or provide support for the contradicting claim, you would have to fallaciously assume that there is no evidence for the contradicting claim.

Basically, you are assuming that because Sasuke has never displayed such a feature he is incapable of using it said feature. This is similar to deciding that Itachi cannot use Susanoō with a Karasu Bushin because he has never done it. The absence of evidence against Sasuke utilizing Chidori/Raiton alongside Susanoō is regarded as evidence for Sasuke being unable to utilize Chidori/Raiton alongside Susanoō . This is an invalid inference.

Rikudou's Chakra boosted Sasuke's PS from to . As you can see from these scans:

MS:
You must be registered for see images

EMS:
You must be registered for see images

Did Sasuke's final form of Susanoo change? Yes; in physical appearance and power. Why did that happen? Sasuke's Doryoku became stronger after he implanted Itachi's Doryoku. [ ] ''These are good eyes, 'I'm getting more and more accustomed to them, nii-san''. Susanoo's power is dependent on the user's Chakra and Doryoku. Sasuke was given Rikudou's Chakra, meaning that Chakra would enhance Sasuke's Doryoku and Chakra to the extent we saw. So if there is any feat done after that enhancement, we can't give it to EMS Sasuke, as he doesn't possess those enhancements in that form. The potential to do them with MS? You realize that potential is impossible with MS Sasuke's limitations, right? He doesn't possess the Uchiha's Chakra levels nor other requirements to meet that ''potential''. Just like Sasuke, Kakashi met those requirements.

I wasn't talking about TBB, I was talking about this . Can we say SM or Base Naruto do that? We have no logical evidence aside from potential, but there are times we have to rely on the info given to us.

How is that a comparison though? You keep making false analogies. Sasuke's Chakra quantity and potency was increased, nothing more, nothing less. I don't see how you can come to the conclusion that it would grant Tenketsu proficiency, when he's already used them. Sasuke's MS and EMS change is a vital part of the Susano. More so, the only difference is the strength of the Susano itself, Sasuke's proficiency with tenketsu is irrelevant. The only thing that changes is his ability to manifest his Enton into it at higher forms, and that can only be attributed to his right eye, not his Susano itself. It's true, Susano's durability and strength comes from chakra quantity and chakra potency. However, you don't seem to realise that tenketsu that have been there since MS, and displayed since MS, won't be any different from MS to Rinnegan, nor do you have any indication that they would. It is abundantly clear that he can use the Susano's tenketsu with MS here [ ], as he was able to manifest Enton without even looking, thus he didn't use his right eye's Kagutsuchi as it would require contact with the Enton flame itself. If he can create Enton from his Susano, he can use his Susano's tenketsu, and if he can use his Susano's tenketsu, he can use Chidori Nagashi with his Susano. There's no need to overcomplicate it.

What? If Naruto summons clones to make up for his the chakra arms, then there's 0 reasons to say he can't do a smaller FRS. Once again, flawed analogy.

You said as much as needed as needed on the bold. To use Chidori through Susanoo is an extreme Chakra control, that EMS Sasuke hadn't reached yet. I understand he has the potential to use them, but he never reached the potential in his EMS form, so we'll have to go based on his limits.

Also, what is this Susanoo's Tenketsu? Susanoo is nothing more than Chakra manifestation. It has no Chakra points.

How does that imply anything? Based on what will Chidori Nagashi require more chakra control when it is an electric current that is released randomly, thus only requires quantity of chakra? He can do it any day.

I proved in my thread that Susano has Tenketsu, as Enton manifests from the Susano itself rather than the employment of Amateratsu preceding Enton, I'm assuming you read it though.

amateratsu does become a problem. Tailed beasts in general will have issues defending against it. Even Killer B who was stomping sasuke didn't have a defense against it. The most you can hope for gaara is that shukaku's wind bursts could blow them away easily.

Im gonna go with gaara on this one. Given the strength we saw from shukaku, he's actually stronger than many of the other tailed beasts that we saw and I think given the nature of the strength it would be hard for Sasuke's nature styles or susanno to defeat.

But if Amateratsu proved effective then sasuke takes it.

How is Amaterasu even remotely a factor when Shukaku's actual body is made out of sand so he can just shed off the outer layer of sand.

Okay new thread stipulations.

Scenario 1: PS and Bijuudama are both restricted.
Scenario 2: PS can be used but it doesn't have any swords so it can't use PS slashes. Bijuudama is unrestricted.
