Scenario 2: Edo Itachi comes to help Sasuke but PS is restricted entirely.

Chidori variations > Gaara as seen in part 1. Only reason Kid Sasuke got his ass kicked was because he could only handle 2 Chidori's a day. EMS Sasuke wouldn't have this drawback.

--With PS restricted, none of sasukes slashes are going to be enough for shukaku, added to the fact that shukaku can just drop its sand to get rid of amatearsu or gaara can just use his sand to block enton arrows, as with shukaku here, his defense is certainly increased,

--Sasuke gets pulled out of all his susannoo here, and can also get buried with sand tsunamis afterwards,

--Genjutsu is not happening from this distance either, annd even if sasuke lands it, then it just gets broken through partner method

--If Shukaku can use TBB barrages than sasuke gets eradicated, as none oof his susanoo would suffice against such firepower, and even if shuakku cant use TBB, then sasuke would still get pulled out of his susanoo and left defenseless, to be attacked by shukakus fuutons

@AwesomeSenju - chidori variants are a nonfactor here bro, Sasuke can't get close enough to use them. Only lightning jutsu that I think is a threat to Gaara is Kirin.

Basically. In this scenario Sasuke can only utilize his PS for defense, not offense. Otherwise Gaara would get chopped up. But I don't want to restrict PS entirely or else Gaara could easily destroy anything less than PS with bijuudama.
