Passworded Forums for the Gotei 13 and the Espada

As an admin of my own vbulletin powered site its very hard to set it up so only certain users can view forums because the admin would have to single handedly update each users group and then each groups permissions for those forums. Vbulletin 3.8.x has social groups with discussions like a forum that would be the best bet unless they use a hook to make it so that if you pick a village/squad then you can view a certain forum but then the users could switch back and forth between groups at will. Its more complex then you think.

The Gotei 13 has expressed what it wants, and there's no reason the Espada should have anything to do with it: it doesn't concern them. So far, I've generally only seen Espada complaining about this. The Gotei 13 is generally unanimous in its petition. If the Espada don't want a passworded forum, fine.
My question Bsama is how many members are in the guard? 50-60? image having to change permissions for that many people thats a huge task and isnt that why social groups can make there own private forums? Its kinda a losing arg if you ask me if the site already has a method for you to get what you want its over kill to ask Versuvio or ZonDer or Nexus to do 20 members or more a piece just for the sake of RPG.
I had the same idea once but the fact no1 replied who i asked about it :|
