The Sharingan's ability to copy doesn't affect its ability to read movement. While the former hinges on the latter, the Precognition of the Sharingan has nothing to do with its ability to mimic.

It reads the slight movement and shifts in momentum to "predict" the adversary.

Hebi Sasuke wins mid difficulty. This will come down to a battle within a 10 m distance between the two because both are primarily close range specialists. Neji having better taijutsu than Sasuke doesn't mean that Neji defeats Sasuke though. Sasuke can wield the chidori sharp spear to give him extra range whereas Neji has to go right next to him and use eight trigrams 64 palms. Neji does have vacuum palm but that isn't hurting Hebi Sasuke and Sasuke can easily dodge it.

Chidori sharp spear can be negated if Neji decides to use rotation but Sasuke will attack Neji with this mid ranged sabre like weapon once Neji stops rotating or when Neji starts moving.

Rotation's Weakness
Rotation is a powerful defence and I'm not going to argue whether or not Sasuke can breach it but it does have two key weaknesses. The first weakness is the fact that when the user is stationary, it takes time to start rotating.

: Naruto managed to land a punch on Neji before he started spinning but the chakra emitting from Neji's skin managed to block Naruto's weak punch. Sasuke is incredibly fast and thus he'll manage to reach Neji before he can start spinning. Without the momentum from Neji's spin, Sasuke's chidori sharp spear will slice through the chakra surrounding Neji's body because majority of rotation's defence comes from the torque from the rotation which pushes out and repels attacks continuously as attacks try but inevitably fail to get through this powerful deflective force. This is because the speed at which the user rotates is immense and can change the trajectory of focussed precision based attacks. However since Sasuke is faster than base Naruto, he can attack Neji before he starts spinning. Basically

that rotation is a two part process and my premise is that the first part of the rotation won't be a strong enough defence against Sasuke's raiton. Another weakness of rotation is that the user is stationary and can't go on the offensive while using it. Thus the user has to end the rotation

I normally avoid the noobs of this site when it comes to sasuke, but I can't let the amount of misinformed users (all of you in the thread that says sasuke know nothing about the limits of the byakugan, not a single one of you). SO i'll proceed to counter and ashure a victory on Neji side.

Who will be first? Or all of you at once?

Not cocky just Confident since I've had this discussion with many Semi great Uchiha supporters and beat them all. Ofc you can never defeat Sasuke fans entirely. No one in this thread has said a good reason as to why sasuke wins (he can win, but none of you know what I'm talking about). But most importantly none of you have a reason why neji lose besides the standard knowledge you all think you know on hyugas (rotation, xray vision).

I think you are talking about Sasuke's ability to bind Neji with snakes since I remember me and you discussed this matchup and you felt that 3 tomoe Sasuke had no chance but with Oro's arsenal, he does.

I call certain users noobs because they say "NewBee" responses because they do not know the manga like most of the experienced users. Now If i call you a noob in a particular tone or phrase then I'm basically saying you're clueless to what is going on.
And i don't call everyone Noobs unless you're a noob whether you agree with me or not (for example you can think neji wins but say because of rotation only, you made a noob response because rotation will only aid not win entirely).

And in terms of what I'm talking about, No. What I'm talking about with sasuke I haven't discussed with any user of this site but many may know but not think about it because it is.. No reason to say it. Just know Snakes will not defeat neji, neji isn't going down anything less then high-EX High/draw.

neji can't hurt sasuke. Chidori nagashi makes anything but air palm impossible, and CM2's durability is too much for anything but 64 palms.

All sasuke has to do is force neji into a rotation and wait. neji has two options: stop the rotation and die, use an infinite rotation, run out of chakra, and die.

as for the " Sasuke loses to neji in close quarters" argument

Sasuke was still weakened in the killer bee fight

now sasuke has a 3.5 in the strength catagory and he wasn't able to harm bee with a direct kick. Not only that, he was only knocked back because of the massive strength gap between himself and killer bee. Sasuke was clearly over matched. Neji has a measly 2.5 strength. Even if neji could match the unpredictable movements of killer bee, he wouldn't land a hit on sasuke without first over powering sasuke. Not happening.

And Just so you know.. All of neji's attacks will hit the inside of Sasuke aiming for vital organs and key points! So basically the myth or idea you have about neji not getting over sasuke's Def in base or CM1/2 is Mute and now Null and void. Next!

We then have the notion or idea that Neji has to rotate to protect or stand a chance. lol Good joke! Neji will see and sense every move sasuke will attempt before he does it! With the byakugan anything chakra related is seen through the moment chakra is involved. I'll break it down shortly but first:

3 tomoe Precog or prediction is overrated and misunderstood in the sense that many users and noobs think it makes you invincible in CQC. That is also a myth and has been proven wrong with in the manga booku times. The sharingan cannot Predict chakra nor see chakra build up:

Basically it would go like this:

Neji and sasuke engage CQC..

Sasuke attempts to predict and strike neji. Neji blocks teh Attack with Pure chakra Alone

Basically every time sasuke dodges he will either get blocked or blasted! He is beat in CqC 100%! And I haven't even went into details on how it's 1000% useless in CQC with Neji or elite Hyuga. Remember; A hyuga does not have to touch you them self when there chakra was already planned for your inner body.. NEXT!

Snakes from body not summon are seen through with the Byakugan seeing chakra build up. Full body blow destroys any type of Binding with no diff.
