I agree there's no way Bee's moves were more unpredictable then Neji's 64 palms. Plus Sasuke has never seen Neji's technique. Ever really.

Firstly, Manda isn't needed to defeat Neji.

Secondly, Sasuke was able to summon Manda, control him via Genjutsu and jump into his mouth in a brief moment.

Part 2 sasuke wins. In part 1 neji had the upper hand. Doubt sharingan can copy kekki genki or madara would have copied wood release a long time ago. But sasuke can fight close and mid range. Even long range in some instances. Neji can only fight close range. I love neji, but he loses this one.
