Great theory and good thread. My take on this is on the subject is what other people have said mainly that Obito didnt awaken the rinnegan because he wasnt the reincarnation of indra though he possessed Hashirama cells. However, the chakra topic is the interesting bit. I have a theory on it.


The chakra fruit gave kaguya the three doujutsu's and special chakra, this special chakra and doujustu was then passed on to her children (sage and sages brother). Now I will suggest that the sage managed to pass on bits of his chakra and the knowledge of chakra through Ninshuu. This I say because madara says that the sage "taught" us chakra

And i believe what then happened was that the sage merged part of his chakra to other peoples thus unlocking theirs similar to what naruto did here

And the reasons why he shared his chakra is because of his philosophy Nishuu and of his personal belief that if someone haves too much power they end up going mad and becoming conceited

^^ This thus explains why everyone is being attacked by the tree. because in a sense they all possess parts of the sages chakra which has been merged completely into theirs. This also explains why only a couple of clans posses doujustus and having particularly strong chakra and thats because they are of direct lineage from the sage and his brother (Uchiha, uzamaki, senju and for this theory the hyuuga.)

The 1 to 9 tail beasts chakra i believe is different from everybody else's chakra since according to my train of thought every human chakra comes from the fruit and not the tree. (this explains partially why the tails beasts chakra colour is different) so according to this theory the tree and the fruit are two different types of chakra and the tree is trying to get its fruit chakra which was taken from it. Only problem is that the chakra given to people by the sage has now merged with their own life energy. and if all there chakra is consumed they die.

P.S btw this explains why people have much less chakra than tail beasts and that is because the tree is in a sense much larger than the fruit.

I enjoyed reading everything you said especially when you talked about the different types of chakra. As you can see this is part 1, there will be more and i'm not gonna lie, you did touch on what will comes next.

You know I just thought of something yesterday...what if the chakra used now is a dilluted form of the chakra used by the Sage/Kaguya?

It would explain why there are chakra natures,since the chakra gained from the Shinju will change over the generations.

hm... That's interesting, and since They had the 5 chakra natures, once it got diluted, some people were more adept at using some chakra natures than others?

Probaly,there were possibly people who could use a certain chakra nature at a different level compared to now.

Hmm that's a tough one,I believe some forms of chakra take different forms in certain bloodlines.KKG usually involve mixing chakra natures to create something or a new nature altogether.

Yes I was thinking of something along the same lines haha. It's weird that for most of them, only specific people managed to unlock them. (haku, pakura, etc)

Bijū-chakra is a special too, but in a different way. Bijū-chakra is strong and holds the ability of different Kekkai Genkai. Like Gokūs Yōton(not Yang-chakra). However, Jūbis power is different also due to its body. It's like the energy which circulates around this world, it's nature energy. Because of the combination of the nine Bijū and the unique body-which is known as Gedō Mazō-, the final outcome is different.

Good theory. It's possible there is a chakra type that is superior than the jinchurikis, including Hagoromo. I think Kaguya is immortal for this very reason. She just cannot die unlike Hagoromo who admitted her mother was more powerful than him. In what form? We don't know. Kaguya's powers are still unknown.
