You might want to read that again. She didn't die from THC overdoes (which is what the picture is about). She died of a heart attack. The amount of THC you need to have in your system to die from poisioning (OD), is about 40,000 joints (@ .9gram). That's about 1500 pounds in 15mins.
It's also a dailymail article. You need better sources.
Probably no one died from an overdose of tobacco or alcohol to I'd say. All those deaths are consequence of continuous exposure, hence the high rates. Of course there's no way of discerning a 'pot' death like that. Weed has at least the some of the intoxicating factors of Tobacco and then some. It has been shown to cause cognitive impairement in some areas, and therefore it's messing up with the users brain, and that can't be good.
Although, I think you can be a responsible user, and lead a normal life. But you sould dial it down though, maybe just at parties, or when you want to make some artistic stuff, or some crap like that.
