HELP! What the hell do I do? They don't think I know that they know that I smoke weed, but I overheard my parents yesterday. My mom cried and my dad wanted to call the police! What the hell??

What would you do? Quit, or do it less? I have done it everyday now and I want to cut it down a little bit (like 1-2 time in the week). But I know that if they start yelling at me, it won't help/call the police because i'm so stubborn.

To some extent my friend experienced a problem similar to yours.....It will be difficult to leave the habit and many of your friends will try to force it on you....
The best thing to do is try your best to stop smoking.....
I am not sure how strict your parents are,but accordingly try to win their trust.
If needed accept your mistake and apologize. If you ask for their help and convince them that you are willing to stop smoking they will have no choice.
