It's not his Jinton that would be the problem. It's his absolute invisibility, flight, and Chakra suppression that makes him dangerous. He can hide his entire existence and still take out Konan and some Paths. Add that in to DSM Kabuto's Mugen Onsa, plus Edo 4th Kazekage's Golden Dust to bind and crush, and Edo 2nd Mizukage's Joki Boy technique, and there's no way Pain and Konan can win.

Itachi and Sasuke beat him Pain and Konan trust each other so their attacks will be somehow linked cause their super best friends. Sasuke wanted to kill Itachi and didn't even trust him there.

Doesn't Nagato have sensing of some sort? When he was an edo he knew Kabuto's exact location.
